I think you can convert your BTC through Virwox from BTC to PayPal but I don't know if you can convert it into EUR and send it to your paypal account but there is an option to convert your BTC to EUR from Virwox

Just find a trusted trader with lots of positive reviews on Localbitcoins.com.
There are some traders that send euro via paypal.You can convert other currencies into euro inside your paypal account,but paypal will charge you a fee.
Virwox isn't a good option.The fees there are horrible.

You can do it using Coinify. I have not tested it and I can't comment on the service so don't forget to search online for reviews/feedback.
Virwox will charge high fees if it still deals with Paypal/Bitcoin. There is also LocalBitcoin but there is always the risk to get a dispute or a chargeback. An efficient way would be to look in the marketplace here to find someone trusted enough

theres no reliable website to do this, your best bet would be to find some trustable trader to do this with

OR you could use some debit card services which accepts btc and order their card and then cash out the money

Probably the best and less costly option is to use cards
Problem is that there is almost no crypto cards services
there are always high fee if you want deposit money to pay pal and lot of scams

The rates are definitely not that good, though. Expect quite a cut from the actual market value of bitcoins that you're selling.

I'd honestly suggest if possible, deal with someone on the forum with the protection of an escrow directly, because of all the fees involved with even Virwox and all the exchange sites on Bestchange. These fees, sometimes even hidden, can prove to be way more costly than if you just dealt with an on-forum exchanger. However, make sure that you're dealing with trustworthy members only.

Also you might consider exchanging BTC to Paypal USD first, then converting USD to EUR in paypal directly.

PayPal prohibits transactions which involve cryptocurrency exchange. So doing that might result in your PayPal account being closed.
