Whitepaper is very weak. You might have a great product here, but it doesn't look good in terms of presentation and explanation.

This is a really interesting new project. I think it could make a huge difference in the marketplace space. A lot of people around the world which are effected by restriction and sanctions with payment processes would have a change to be part of it and therefor making their life's better too. It can bring a lot of opportunities to a lot of people and I am looking forward to see it starting to get implemented.

This project will make shopping online and making payment very easy, nice concept.

A very interesting project, Rubika is a marketplace application based on blockchain and cryptocurrency. Judging from the Roadmap it seems that this project planing at the end of this year has opened listings in various exchanges. I don't think this project is really serious with their main objective - of being  one of the crypto marketplaces.
As you noticed, the whitepaper is really like a short pitchdeck of the project and not really a wp.
There should be more substance into it.
