it's a very long time, if I may know, what is the project? what about the development of the ICO? has the project reached softcap? and how does the bounty manager respond to the distribution of rewards? if a project has no problem with all the questions, then the project can be said to be still fine, but if there is a problem with one of these questions, you should be prepared to look for another bounty

I think that is too long. Are you sure that the bounty is still running, you might have missed some major detail about the bounty. The longest time I have participated in a bounty was almost six months and I got paid after 2-3 months. Make sure that you are updated.

As it is, I am even waiting for a long concluded ICO bounty I did so many months ago and it is now looking like the devs have scammed us and the investors after participating for over 6weeks. There is a reason some people now longer trust bounties paying in their coins. Apart from these coins being shitcoins that get listed at low volume exchanges, most of them end as scams.

to get a coin reward from the bounty takes a long time, usually the campaign runs 1 to 3 months, then the coin will be distributed 1 month after ico ends, after that we wait for the list of exchanges provided by the ico project team, therefore follow the progress of their project.

It usually takes time and I haven't received mine until the end of the ICO.

2016 - 2017 is the era of bounties and ICOS.

Today, it's dropping because of the number scams are increasing.

So I think more than 2 month after end of ICO it's too long, but many project wait when market growth back and don't pay.

All ICO pay tokens for about a month. Sometimes this period increases to 3-6 months, but this is rare.

Because at the end of the campaign these icos don't reach enough value or that ico already created for scam purpose only. They are trying to give more delay and they hope that the market will be recovered again but in fact that it will not easy as they said that before. so many icos need to increase their development progress to attract investors.

Yeah the period is around 3 months for us to get paid. Also if we consider the facts like when we get paid and when we can convert the coins into BTC or ETH so that we can have some valued asset can take nearly 6 months with my experience. There are very few bounties which are paying within one month of time and also we are able to convert these tokens within few weeks to couple of months to the BTC or ETH pairs. ICO's are becoming very stringent these days as they are not able to raise sufficient money now a days and thus it impacts the bounty hunters as well.

it all depends on the project you follow. in general, you can get your payment in one month, but they sometimes postpone the time to 3 months, or even 1 year, or not at all. Well, that is a loss from Bounty Hunter, so choose a project that you think is very good in this case.

For my own experience it is depend on the bounty and how long they will list their token in the exchanges and and it is also depend on the many exchanges that they will list their token. After listing their token to the exchanges their is still a lock in period before you can use the token...

I think lately it has been difficult to conduct a successful ico and several projects has been forced to simply name a long duration for the icos to ensure that atleast their sofcap is met. Every bounty program pays after ICO, with which softcap must have been reached.

In a situation where bounties take 6 months to get concluded, definitely bounty hunters will get their tokens in 8 months time
Its hard to comprehend. OEL bounty concluded last month and the team suspended ico to 2019, which means all bounty rewards are fast forwarded to year 2019

we can only work right and wait for rewards.

I think if between the bounty and the ico there is no one who feels disadvantaged and both of them are equally fortunate to keep running because it also becomes a program to be able to promote their projeck

bounty in 2016 and 2017 although long but the pay is big enough in my opinion, we can see examples such as utrust and popolous projects, but for bounties in 2018 old payments and only disappointed when entering the exchange, prices dropped badly, believe it or not , almost the average bounty project this year despite being successful but will not last long in the Cryptocurreny world

Two years is too long to get paid from the ICO, and usually, they pay after one month the ICO is finished so they can move to the other goals. I wonder what is the ICO, did you ask with the bounty manager or the teams of the ICO about the payment? I hope that you can get paid soon and every people who participate in the ICO is also getting the payment too.

it did not mean that for the past two years he had just been paid.

This will be different from any bounty. Maybe it used to be often faster in the process of distribution. but for this distribution process indeed ni require quite a long time and does have plausible reasons as well. investors sometimes more recently the bounty hunter and because the numbers are also pretty much so indeed take long it is reasonable.

It actually depends on the run of the ICO itself. Because if the ICO will last for a long time by selling tokens. The bounty hunters should continue to promote the particular ICO which you joined in. But if the ICO runs so fast and reached already the hard cap. They can give bonus or reward by month or a week.

2 years? Are you kidding? Most of bounty campaign will pay their bounty hunters in less than 6 months including campaign running time. Some campaigns can run longer than 6 months. I quit all campaigns that run for more than 1 year because it's fraud and waste my time.

yep, approximately around 1 and 2 months after bounty campaign end. The bad image that certainly related with ICO project is a scam or legit ICO but they didn’t pay every participant (this case I have heard a few months back) when the token has been listed on some exchange.

I agree that the time interval is very long, the bounty hunter must have a high patience to get the reward that has been his right. Am I just wondering could this forum provide/manage the time interval for the bounty campaign to pay for each participant? And if this is possible, maybe a bounty hunter will have a little burden cause they will be paid within a predetermined time.

It depends on the team and the bounty manager. But it usually takes more than one months to come into your wallet. However, there are some projects that are paying within first two weeks. Just make a better research, before joining a project  ;)

This situation will depend on the notice being posted by the bounty manager or the decision of the team members. There are bounties who are early payers, and some others who will pay at the end of the ICO, and some others pay after 1-3 months after the ICO. Its still their best decision i mean, because as we all know, bounty hunters are the dumpers of price, based on what ive heard.

Mostly is is in approximately 60 days, but there are projects who are extending their token sale or who decide to do the distribution after listing on exchanges. This means that it can take a longer duration.

There are no specified time duration for bounty payments. It all depends on the roadmap of the particular project. the longest i have worked with a bounty is 7 months before i received my tokens

Title: Re: How long ICO's project pay for bounty hunters

The payment of bounty always need long time and long duration. It all depends on their roadmap, the manager who lead the projects and the situation in the market. The longest time i worked with bounty is 8 months before i reach my own tokens in my wallet. So many manager need long time to check the spreadsheet and our stakes, and for now with the bad situation in the market i think it will takes more time than before, maybe the developer of the projects afraid their token will dumb like the market. And they intend to slowdown the payments.

It is getting bigger almost every day, because teams behind the ICO do their best to protect their toke rate growth no matter what would be the cost. Bounty participants are not able to influence the process, so all they have to do is wait.

the difference in 2016 with 2018 is. projects are few but there are rarely cheats, if the project is over the tokens or coins are directly distributed, BTT regulations are also not as complicated as now. maybe that problem will be faced now

It's different between one project to the other projects. Normally you will pay one month after the ICO done, but it depends on the project. Sometimes it will take more time to get paid, two months, three months or maybe you will not get paid at all.

Normally the token distribution will takes place after four weeks of the ICO sale completion so it may fall under one to three motnhs category,if some project takes too much of time to pay their participants then they might be turned into scammers or they didn't collect not enough funds to pay their participants.

I think everything is different and busy with regard to the ico project we have. sometimes there are distribution problems that are very fast, even 1 week after ico is finished, there are also those who need up to half a year to be able to distribute bounty hunter rewards. usually the project with the concept of exchanger has the duration of distribution that is so long, because they usually prepare their products first and then distribute.

That’s true, bounty managers worry about situations when bounty hunters dump tokens straight away after they are listed in exchange and that's why they try not to pay them as long as possible. Three to four months is average practice these days, but some pay after 6 months as well.

Personally, I feel that I have not been paid so far from the ICO project I participated in in mid-2017, even though the project I followed was successful during the ICO period until it reached hardcap. But I don't really understand what they want so that the Bounty participants are not paid. This project is ENVION. Until now I am very sad about that.

Now bounties are much more strict than they were before. Now ICOs and projects are ready to pay significant ammount of tokens only to the most obvious contribution. In additon, many tokens do not make it to the exchanges, so participation is risky: I am not ready to wait for three month to get tokens that cost nothing.

There are several ICOs like dresscode, which had allowed to spend bounty tokens during the bounty campaigns. Usually they create an application, which allows to buy things for tokens or to participate in rolls and make bets. As for me, it is good way to keep participants motivated.

As long as the ICO became successful and the team actually does have some sense of dignity in them, paying bounty is something that would always be a thing at the end. One thing I am certain of is that as long as you know you have been able to do your due diligence, and you are sure of the team you are working for as well as the fact that they have available product to make the project successful, the chances of not getting paid will always be slim.

Anything that is already 2 years, I believe is a dead project or a team with no honesty of some sort, and as an investor, a team that does not end up paying its workers, is actually a red flag.

Some ICOs send tokens after token sale, some after 30,60 or 90 days period - to prevent price drop on the exchange.

They also fear that the bounty hunter can cause the price of their token to be reduced when listed on the exchange. So now many bounty rules are issued token bonus will be locked within about 1-3 months after the ico finished

Usually the bounty will distribute the token when the ICO process has finished. But sometimes it also takes longer. So in my opinion that when someone decides to become a bounty hunter then they must be ready to wait. Especially if the payment is in the form of tokens and is different if the payment is Bitcoin then it could be much faster. So think again that bounty hunters must have a good level of patience. A patient will get the results and that is a long-term reward that must be understood.

It all depends on the project itself, but as far as I know the debt payment itself is 6 months, that is, bounty hunters should receive their rewards only after 6 months and then only 50% of their rewards, and then some time later.

Generally it takes up to 2-3 months, before the hunters will get their payments. Unfortunately there are some projects, that did not payed science April and May. But, there are also some great projects, that a paying within a week or two after the bounty ends.

Seen that most bounties usually extend say about their distributions to be within a month after ICO sales, this is not a problem for bounty hunters as it is known that the whole thing requires a process which equally takes time, this could be frustrating however when the bounties last too long without completing ICO sales and thus sales are extended just like what is happening currently to many projects

I have an interesting example. I took part in a bounty that ended on the 15th of April. It has taken 2 months for the bounty manager to complete the spreadsheet (only with stakes). One more months to add tokens and now is the fourth months of waiting for the distribution. I hope that happened not with every hunter.

Well we really need a lot of patience on waiting for the payments, especially at times the market is bearish. Developers would probably say to you that there some kind of problems etc in order for the coin not to fall into the lowest depths of prices. Here is the deal, whenever you try to join and promised an exact time of payment you should be ready to accept that it could last 4 to 6 months longer. There was only one coin that I got that was paid 1 week afer their ICO and that was the best of projects that I have ever joined so I am not saying not all pay their due at later dates.

Depends on the owners of the company running the ICO.
Didn't they input it on their roadmap? I think they will do that together with the distribution of the buyers of the certain token.

Mostly after 2 months of ICO then 1-2 months they will be giving out the payments for those who joined the bounty program. Not all but mostly this is their rule.

Wow it took longer  than I ever expected. Legitimate campaign only need to wait for the ICO to finish and after the distribution of token to investors they will also distribute the token of campaign participants to lessen the burden of asking bounty reward in Telegram or in Social Media. Asking payment of the rewards redundantly will make a negative impression for investors and community.

At present it still has projects that work very slowly and constantly delaying. I worked for the Current project and it ended in March. But until now we have not been able to complete our KYC to get the tokens. That made me feel very upset and tired. Hopefully there will not be such bad projects in the future.

That is not even possible. Any ICO that is taking more than 6 months actually is out of it. I have actually experienced something close actually, but at the end, every team that is legit will always pay the bounty hunters. Most of the time, it is usually after the ICO or immediately after, but for the sake of dumping on the market, some team may not want to distribute immediately to bounty hunters or probably lock it for some period before they can have access to it. Whichever way, the importance of checking out a reputable team is to at least have an assurance of the possibility of getting paid at the end of it all.

I guess average time for the payment is about 2 months from the date after the bounty ends. The campaign manager calculates the stakes for each of the participants which take time. Distribution starts after one month the coin gets listed on the crypto exchange. The sooner the coin gets listed on the exchange the sooner you can expect the payment to roll out.

I work with bounty more than 2 years and it seems period of paid more longer that be in 2016.

It usually takes about 1-3 months after the ICO ended for the bounty to be distributed to the participants and after that we wait a little more for the token to be listed in an exchange and have volume to be able to trade. Distribution really depends on how successful an ICO is, some ICO not reaching their soft cap does not give bounties to their participants, while some ICO not reaching their hard cap extends their token sale then does the bounty distribution afterwards.

The best ico projects in which I participated, always paid on time and did not make you wait long, quickly went to the exchange and always their coins showed themselves very well. I think it’s not just a good product, but also karma. :) The best projects in this regard always receive support from the community. I, at least, still follow these projects and always support them as far as possible.

The worst projects always make you wait a long time, sometimes they don’t even go to the exchange, and if they get into exchange, there is always start's a hard dump. I was very disappointed in the Amazix group, not a single project under the Amazix organization, in which I participated, was successful, not even one. In the future, I will definitely stay away from bounty lead by Amazix team.

Although I think that normally they should pay in a month or two, I have voted for "4-6 month" because I'm still waiting for my payment from TV-TWO and their ICO ended in July 2018, and they don't look like a scam project.

What I like about this thread is that from what I read it appears that it's a normal thing to wait so long (4-6 months) for the payment. And I thought, based on my previous experience, if you were not paid withing 2 months after ICO end it means you were scammed.

Lately, many bounties that hold payments are not like last year, at least we have to wait 3 months for payment and sometimes the results we get are not in accordance with the length of the project we are doing. Sometimes there are successful projects but are refuse to pay by saying bounty hunters do not help boost marketing, all done by the team or for blogs are all just copying from the whitepaper.
So it depends on the project. In the past there is one group paid 2 weeks after ico was finished but now it's 2 months after ico.

Successful project can do that, but those who keep extending their sale also extend the time frame of the bounty rewards, most of the time now we seen lots of ico who are on this process, they are not paying the bounty hunters in the right time simply because they didn't meet their target funds, participants needs to wait til the time the manager/s informed them worse, they won't receive anything because of scam.

Yeah i think the developers are afraid to immediately release the rewards for the bounties since theses would cause massive dumping so usually they now ay 3-5 months after the ICO ends giving a chance for the coins to be stable at least.

Yes, it seems that almost every ICO is doing that delay tactics maybe because of this current market situation. Unlike from the past years that we have a good market activity and of course the developer is giving the bounty rewards early, I think the effect of this is the demotivation of every bounty hunters and ICO investor as will.

Yes.
Before it was like 1 month after the ICO and they are also listed already in one exchange before distribution.
Now it is a minimum of 2 months after ICO. Some of them takes longer.
Worse is you will have to wait for them to get listed which takes like 4 to 6 months again.
So better just look for a day job and just use bounties for an extra income.

Most of the ICOs are now is in difficult to gather desired contributions due to bearish market therefore they should not release their projects except if the bearish is over so that the participants will not be disappointed in which it will make the reputation of the project to become ugly because people will think that their commodities are not feasible to the masses because the ICO failed to attract more investors.

2 years is quite too long to wait for the payment. I think you must join their telegram account if the project is still active or not. Usually, it depends on the projects you have supported. They usually pay 1 to 2 months, some are delayed and some really don't pay. And we should be ready for that moment. Just be very careful next time on selecting an ICO and don't lose hope. Continue with what you are doing.

Most ICOs will not distribute the bounty rewards until after the ICO completes, otherwise they end up getting dumped on decentralized exchanges crashing the token value. Since most ICOs usually take the place over 3-6 months, it is usually slightly more than 3-6 months to finalize and distribute the tokens.

it's a very long time, if I may know, what is the project? what about the development of the ICO? has the project reached softcap? and how does the bounty manager respond to the distribution of rewards? if a project has no problem with all the questions, then the project can be said to be still fine, but if there is a problem with one of these questions, you should be prepared to look for another bounty

It seems become longer, as what our senior mate said if the project encounters basic problem as he mentioned above but for me it's better to check their developments before joining certain ICO to minimize wasting of time.

I had projects that paid for a very long time, but which are very well shot in the price. Since the project was already well established and the price was very decent. So wait, even if the long payment, it is not a reason to get upset in the project

The further it goes, the longer the bounty lasts and the longer you wait for your payout ...

That seems logical. Indeed most bounty hunters would dump their tokens immediately if there was a chance. So why should investors suffer from that? And even 6 months later it is better to pay by installments, because otherwise, paying all in one day, you are risking to see the start of a big crash during the same day. Most bounty hunters don't trust the tokens they earn, so surely they try to dump them as soon as possible.

As a bounty hunter myself for 6 months I wont really tend to hold up on the tokens that I do earn unless if I do see some potential then that's the time I would hold up but most of the time
I sell it of immediately just to secure out the pay on the time and effort on advertising such project. You are right that it isn't really easy to trust projects as of now and if you do see the opportunity to sell then don't hold back.

paid within one month is reasonable or normal. There are even some that are faster than that and of course, that's pretty good because it indicates that the schedule for what they charge to run smoothly in accordance with what has been planned. When can indeed longer than a set time may be questioned about that issue.

Scammer sell eth from "scam" a lot of people and it makes eth price down

The developers main intention is about the coin to reach the soft cap, if it doesn't reach most of the ICO project do not pay it. Well that's the reason most of them don't trust in ICO's and they consider it as scam project. If it reaches the soft cap usually they will pay within a month.

These days payments from bounties could take as much 3-4 months even though these bounty managers write there on their threads that payments will be done 1 month after the end of the bounty program or ICO. They delay so much it's almost possible to forget you're expecting such payments. Some pay after token has been listed on exchange and price has tanked way lower than what motivated you to sign on in the first place which I think is a fraudulent act.

All ICO pay tokens for about a month. Sometimes this period increases to 3-6 months, but this is rare.

In that case, does the time of listing the token in an exchange included in the 3-6 months interval? If that so, is there a chance that the listing on exchange happens first before the distribution of tokens to the bounty hunters?

Some project will not mind the market and they will distribute after the crowd sale and get listed on exchange as a result the price hit the bottom and the investors will get angry to the team.

Most of the bounty should be paid between 1 to 3 months after the ICO. But some projects are doing too late! I have worked with Envios, their ICO has ended more than 5 months ago and still, we haven't received Envion bounty payment! Envion was one of highest grossing ICO ever! At this moment, many projects can't reach the soft cap on time that's why they are extending the sale time and then bounty paying time also.

the bounty can indeed be said to have a good roadmap will be able to paint the bounty hunter drops of blood on the longest two months even faster than that. at the moment it is more of it or there is a delay of at least the team will provide announcements over it so that the bounty hunter will not wonder that problems occur. If no news then leave it out because the scam would be a possibility.

The hope of all bounty hunters is that they want to get tokens quickly without having to wait 1 to 3 months. And everything I think depends on the project we are following. Because some of the projects that I have participated in have received tokens before 1 month. And the decision for the token distribution depends on the team and if there is no problem they will send the token according to the roadmap.

In my experience, the whole ICO process will take 3-4 months. The moment they start the sale of coin, majority of ICO's will start their bounty as well. About your comment, I haven't heard of a coin that will have an ICO for that long. 2 years is such a long time and what is hard to accept is that there are bounties that will not allow you to leave. If you left, you will not receive your bounty reward. This rule should not be applied on bounties.

The longest waiting time for payments under the bounty program was 3 months after the end of ico, of course, these are not the most record waiting periods. There is a case when the year is paid
Yes, the most common time is 2-3 months after ICO to distribute tokens for bounty hunters and list on the exchange. But situation is getting worse recently. Many projects didn't even list their tokens on the exchange after 3-5 months, also bounty hunters are obliged to wait longer and longer to receive their payments

Now is not a good time for projects. Investors are reluctant to buy coins and the situation in the market forces to extend the ICO and bounty. Of course hunters don't like it. It remains to endure and wait for the growing market.

Recent projects are almost all such. Many people cut the remuneration several times, delays payments, even the tables count for a long time.

I am usually get my coins within several months. It depends on the bounty managers and on the projects team. If they are doing their job great there won't be any delays in bounty payments, but it also can take up to one year due to the poor management.

It varies from campaign to campaign. But if I talk about the most probable time period, it is usually from a month to 3 months. This is the most common time frame within which most bounties are paid. Even the scam project pay too because they have coins so why not. But the main thing is the listing which usually doesn't take place much in bear market because companies are a bit afraid of token price tumbling in such market situations.

Last year it may take only 2 weeks for tokens to appear on exchanges, but now more time is required. That is why most of bounties delay payment and it is clear to me.

Delays on bounty payment will seems to be a usual act for now and it is sad that mostly of their rewards will take almost 2 months before it arrived to our wallet. We do complaints with that but we can't force the team to pay cause that's their decision, and resulting disappointments to all bounty hunters.

Of course you have a lot of experience in bounty, I have a little less and of course before paid much faster than now, now I have delayed all payments about 5-6 months, almost that's all

We can say and notice that this year was not good for us, we wait for a bounty rewards for more than a month then after receiving we also wait for it to be listing on exchange for another months then after it's valued only below ICO price, that's why some bounty hunters always dump their token because they don't want to hold it and they think it is not worth-it.

There are no exact time for this. there are some who pay thier participants within a week.
There are some who paid in less than a month and some for 3 months.
There are different payment in bounties. some pay quick but list the token for a long time.
I like to have a bounty payment within a month and be listed on exchange also on the same month.

My vote is with the majority, it took too much time and it is in about 1 - 3 months before the ICO turns to pay their bounty hunters. Unlike in the past 2017, after a month, the bounty campaigns is paying their bounty hunters which is quite I miss.

they pay bounty hunters at the end of the ICO or 1 to 2 week after the ICO ended and the stakes have calculated. if they don't pay and change the rules then it is possible that they don't want to pay the bounty hunters. i have joined a campaign at the beginning they don't require KYC and when the campaign is already finish they extend the ICO until december and now at the end they change rules and require KYC.
