Considering all the ups and downs which we are witnessing from last 8 months do you still think that bitcoin will atleast reach the value of $10,000 by breaking the boundary of $6,000 to $7,000 which is going on from the long time.

This is an accumulation phase we’re witnessing now I think. $6000 looks like it could be a floor, I actually think there’s a good chance we end 2018 above 2018, quarter 4 is usually bullish.

Yes there's 99% chance that bitcoin reaches atleast $10,000
But no one knows when...

We all just need someone to hype up the market and the only thing that i see for now is the ETF thingy but if it's not the ETF that will hype the market then i might be missing something. I was hoping that by the end of this year, we could all just at least see some breaking of resistance.

If only more people thought the way you do we would be back in bull market. The problem is that most people are this strange state where they wait for others to buy in first and give them a sign. There's a lot of money waiting to join the rally but nobody wants to be the first.

Reaching $10,000 is closed to reality. This year's performance can't be a basis in the first place why bitcoin shouldn't reached that level. The bearish market happened this year test on what level bitcoin price will maintain it's strong support and that is around $,6000 as far as the records are concerned. What is the meaning of this? In here we can see that a slow rise is a good standpoint for another leap. Id rather see it that way compare on a quick jump.

When will bitcoin price will reached $10,000 again? No one knows. But you have lots of reasons to believed on that not just because of speculation but on a pure backed up technical analysis.

 perhaps,  because since that is the current ath of the year.and basically there's a tends to reach that value  if market bulish again before  month of November until December , which is  just 10k again in my view and it will never exceed for sure due to some factors that always occurs when market growth rate gradually increasing.

I guess its more realistic target than seeing another all-time-high because I think $10K is doable. We need some baby steps to get to $10K so let's see if we can break around the $7k-$8k barrier in October-November and probably hit close to it at the end of the year. I don't like artificial break out though, sort of slow but sure increase and not the over buying we saw last year.

That is what we are all hoping on and we should expect bitcoin to go as high as $10,000 before December this year.  The current market price is not encouraging but I believe strong investors will soon come into the market and push the price upwards.

When we compare the price difference from the current price with $10000 it is not much difference because the prices can climb $1000 or more even in matter of hours so we just need some kind of catalyst to initiate the bull run which was sleeping over for long term.I hope it will happen even before end of this year so just buy some coins now and wait for the time to come.

Of course it will reach that value. Bitcoin has reached almost 20k $ so im sure that he is capable to reach at least 10k $ . But the problem is that i have no idea when it will reach this value cuz in the last few months hes price was stable between this two numbers -6000 and 7000 dollars . So its gonna take some time to reach 10k again.

You do not give a time frame in which you speculate when bitcoin could reach that price and if that is the case then the answer to your question is a definitely yes, bitcoin is going to reach that price at some point in the future, the real question is when that is going to happen? And I think there are good chances that we could reach that price at the end of this year.

Yes no doubt there are great chances that BTC will cross $10,000. It has a lot more potential, also it has grown high than the said price in past. No one knows when will we reach this price again. I wish to reach this price soon but honestly there are no such symptoms to grow high again soon.

I think that it will. There's a lot going on and even banks are interested in blockchain. ETFs are coming, poor countries are seeing a surge in bitcoin trading and lightning network is developing really fast. I think that 10000 will eventually happen it simply has to. Be patient because it will take some time. Some people are predicting bull market to start this year but it's a matter of expectations vs reality.

Yes that's way better than the other predictions that are coming out to boost the confidence of majority that has been tired of the long bearish trend.

Can't say on what particular month it will happen but hoping for the best before this year ends.

We have not seen a huge rise in the price from quite a long time which has made us think that whether it will reach 10,000$ mark or not.I don't think that 10,000$ is something unachievable for Bitcoin.Last year we saw that it touched the milestone of 19,000$,so 10,000$ will be easily acieved by Bitcoin.No doubt that Bitcoin is struggling nowadays but soon it will reach this mark.

Think about what we are in right now, We are bearish now and in my opinion, It is too unlikely to see that kind of level of value, Just like what Tom Lee and Mike Novogratz predict we may not see a price larger than $ 9000 USD price this year, I am also thinking that way, and having doubts on the latter speculation for some in the forum that we can have a bull run this coming December, I don't agree with it at all, But we can say that $6000 is the floor for BTC and aside from going up a sure thing that the price will not go down even further other than that level.

Yeaa sure , don't worry. Bitcoin will definitely surpass $15k in the near future. Its true that bitcoin is fluctuating between $6k- $8k from last few months. But according to me btc will surpass $10k in November and will surpass $20k in December. Let's see, what happens.

yes it is likely to happen, you say 99% of the price of bitcoin will rise again predictions and hopefully not only predicts but actually happens, because all people have hoped that bitcoin will stabilize at the price we expect at least $ 10,000,

Hi there with precognitive abilities ;D. Could you also predict my future? But kidding aside, I think you should not easily claim this as a fact because the beginners out there might believe in you. To be specific, your statements hypes them up to buy more coins without any hesitation expecting they will have large profits in the future, but in reality, there's no assurance that it will happen. Be careful with your words next time :).

I expect 10k by January, it is very real.

Bitcoin price reached 20k USD once, but it doesn`t mean it will reach the same value in future.

I still expect it to go up, but rather moderately: 8-10k USD in January-February.

Hildnon to your expectations dude. Even though a lot of us think that 10k can be attained in the next few months, bitcoin has the curious habit of breaking the hearts of people with expectations. I don't think it'll be that hard to hit 10k even this year but we'll never really know until it happens.

Come on mate there are still chances to increase in cryptocurrency as it will always rocket only in the last quarter. The price fluctuation is common in trading. I still believe the value will reach atleast $14k this time.

All these delays with ETF are causing delays in the price rise. People are waiting on the decision to decide how much to invest. The price will hit $10k by end of the year, there is always a mini bull run around this time.

I think bitcoin will reach 10000$ or more this year, but we need to wait more as is possible this month to not see that price. And as others users says, ETF delays not help the price in any way. Also i think we need some investors come back and put some money on crypto again to see a good bull run this year.

The market is doing what it is supposed to be doing after a massive bull run, which is bottoming out and/or consolidating, so how exactly are ETF delays an obstacle? People only bet on ETF's because they hope it will speed up the process of bottoming out, but they have to accept that the market doesn't care about you or anyone else.

After every bull run the excess of circulating coins has to be put back to sleep, and this process could potentially take years at worst. With how bear markets cause money to withdraw itself from the market, there is less demand to buy circulating supply, so why not just have peace with it and stop expecting ETF's to solve that problem?

With how stable the price has been in the last months, Bitcoin is actually a well functioning currency right now. Why not utilize Bitcoin as such?

By the end of the years it maybe possible that bitcoin will increase up to 9,000 or $10,000. Because people are attracting to bitcoins and positive news are appearing now days.

It will reach 10k and I think it would be taking some time but it won't be as far away as 2020 like people think. I think we will reach 10k easily during 2019 even maybe early times of it and not like summer or something. However the trouble is not reaching 10k its staying there.

I mean 10k is a nice threshold for all of us and we should be excited about reaching there however the important is if we can manage to keep it above the 10k limit from now on. For example the price has not fallen below 5.8k levels this year, which is great news, even tho we dropped from 20k we are not below 5.8k which is amazing, if we can manage the keep price above 10k on 2019 we will be very lucky.

if it can break the $ 7,500 resistance, the 2nd resistance point will be $ 8,000 and above. and these two moves must take place within short periods of time. short-term If periodically goes like this, it will be $ 10,000 in December.

I'm sure the price of bitcoin can still return to the price of $ 10k, but not this year. I think bitcoin prices can reach $ 10k in early 2019. This year the price of bitcoin is not in line with expectations.

You ask like that as if you don't believe in bitcoin, things like this make it difficult for bitcoin to rise. bitcoin needs support and trust! in my opinion you don't deserve to ask like that, especially because the price of bitcoin has ever reached $ 20k.

Hey yes I do expect bitcoins to touch at least 10k by this year end, I'm forming my opinion on the fact that bitcoins has formed an resistance levels around 6k and has remained strong so far. Then again we have the impending news of bitcoins etf being approved if that gets approval we can see it touching 10k and above levels. Also as crypto ads have been restored on google and Facebook we could see some positive movements soon.

The current market is quietly unpredictable so you think it will reach 10k USD in January. But reality next month I expect month it will be possible in crypto market. So no one is said when it will going to peak and how it will dump in the market but anytime this will change the result. All the investors are still  believe the Bitcoin potential so we should buy now this make good profit in next year.

Very possible Bitcoin will reach  $10,000 and above in the nearest future not withstanding its market value at present of which the nearest future could be next month or before the end of December this year probably. Although one cannot be too optimistic about the whole thing since anything can happen in crypto currency market at any time in both direction.

Let's hope for high demands and that $10k would be possible to happen, as we're heading up for much higher price this year. Last January we've been to that price already so that's not imposible.

Who's know the price goes up because its a volatile currency. We can also contribute for bitcoin by investing our money and increase the community by advertise.    

Bitcoin prices can of course reach that expensive price when there is good news and when the demand for bitcoin is rising, so all you have to do is wait until the demand starts increasing so that the bitcoin price can become expensive again because of your patience the most important thing in the world of cryptocurrency.

  The forbearances in penetrating on crypto must be done by those who has the capacity of willingness to wait for long time for making more profits in return, this must be more important way in the world of crypto.. Even the price does not hit $8k we are still hopeful that bitcoin's price will reach the desirable peak before the year ends, it may hit $10k or furthermore. Just a positive motivation.

In my view it is possible because if we observe the difference between the current price and $10k, it can be filled in the remaining time in this year. People are now putting again their investment in bitcoin and due to rise in demand the price will also increase. I am optimistic about the future of bitcoin and those who lost their investment due to fall in the price will recover their deficits.

The fact that many banks are interested in using the blockchain for their own benefit doesn't mean that they are interested in bitcoin, in fact it is very clear that banks hate bitcoin but they love the idea of the blockchain, so it's likely that in the future banks and even governments will begin to use the blockchain technology for their own benefit but those are going to be private blockchains.

10000$ is not such high limit that it couldn't be reached and in relatively short time. At you looked at the last year it looked like Bitcoin price has crossed this sum a long time ago. Still Bitcoin is highly volatile and price can change very quickly.
But how high the price will go depends exclusively on.the market and the users, supply and demand, how much is.one willing to pay for Bitcoin. Nevertheless I beleive Bitcoin will reach 10000$ again but not this year.

Definitely it will. It is just a matter of time as this is not the only time it has surpassed the $10,000 you are talking of but has been able to reach an all time high of $20,000. It will soon surpass the previous all time. Lets just wait and see what the future holds. :)

This year is a full year of correction and it's hard to reach $10k this year until the end, hopefully next year there will be other historical factors in the crypto market to make it rise again. A high increase does take a long time and to wait it must have high patience too, but so far the price of bitcoin can survive at a value of $6k which in the sense that I feel it is a good sign that will make crypto market stronger.

I am positive that bitcoin will have to reach that value in sooner time, and for this year that's  possible to happen. Just stay updated and trust bitcoin for it's unpredicatable price will also become a profitable rewarding surprise this year. It's not too late to celebrate, since the year of 2018 still ending so just be calm and hold your coins, and someday we will harvest what we planted.

A lot of people are just impatient for bitcoin to reach this level again but for me, its just really a matter of time.
I agree with you, bitcoin will go beyond $10k level in the future, be patient and its all worth it. Bitcoin will make a new ATH, I'm sure with this one. :)

I couldn’t agree more with your visions on bitcoin, and I loved to hear that coming out from a positive person who really take into deep perseverance expecting bitcoin as 100% sure. That’s showed an outmost trust toward cryptocurrency’s capability, and with the acquired patience despite of slow rising market the people still hope for a better tomorrow. Thinking for much higher price than $10K is believable, because bitcoin price has no boundaries and it can reach whatever value it takes.

$10,000 is the area that bitcoin has crossed several times and I think it is going to pass that level again before December this year.  This time bitcoin is at the level that we should buy and not selling and hold and not dumping therefore all hand are waiting for what happened next.

There is a strong resistance at the 6200$ level which is a good sign and most investors consider it as an indication of a near surge.
Will this surge occurs before the end of 2018 and will Bitcoin rise above 10k$!! that is not for sure.
Reaching the 800$ level will be a good thing for any investor.

Yeah I also expect the same but before January 2019. I don’t know why the demand increases at the end of the year and if it happens again the price will hit $10k before the end of this year. It is a fact that nobody knows the exact time when it will reach to $10k, but we should be optimistic about the good future of bitcoin and hope that it will increase in the near future.

Agreeing 6K is the lowest value and we will go to the moon again,in the next year it will probably cost between 10K it could happen cause for BTC it is not difficult with full confidence of the bite holders.

We witnessed another round of dumping today, and bitcoin's price falls to $6200. Its a indication that we're not really ready for a good pump to put the price to the 5 digits once again. Sure there are a lot of positives news already and in the horizon, but its not enough to push the price to even $7000. So its going to be close, unless there's one positive news that will happen close to December that will make the bulls pour their cash on the market, otherwise the price could be around $7000-$8000 the most.

I really think people should not be that impatient, the price of 10000 is really not that far away, we could easily reach that price again when there is a correction but instead of the price going down it goes up, this could happen at the end of this year or during the next year, I don't really see a lot of problems to reach that price because to me bitcoin is very undervalued at the moment.

Could it be possible to happen while we're in bear market? Yes I think so mate and that possible price could reach much higher than $10k. The situation got so unpredictable, but I do hope our crypto market will have to recover in the soonest time this 2018.

Due to the situation of the market, it is impossible when the price of Bitcoin will reach 10000$. Due to anytime decline in the market makes us think in a different way, which Bitcoin will not cross more than 8000$ this year.

for short term i think botcoin is gonna go down temporarily provided the fud the bad news and all the negatives stuff, bit to think long term like 5 to 10 years bitcoin is gonna be big just like what happened to the .com bubble the amazon, google etc when they started they so volatile they price jumps 80 to 90% up and down.

Approximately one month in that narrow a price range is not really a long time but there's probably going to be a little bit of a wait before the market picks up

There's good developments starting from November onwards but it's possible that the market will stay bottomed out until early next year judging by the current indicators

At this stage now, what is required is just patience! The market looks like the last red stick candle is not really having much power yet to continue with the drop in price, so the likelihood of maybe still seeing us inside the triangle moving sideways is still there. No one can actually tell yet how things would eventually end up until we get to see a break out, so until then, I guess we just have to chill to know where we are headed first.

That depends on how low you are actually talking about right now, but we have been imprinting some higher highs for the meantime now which could possibly bring about some bullish growth eventually or bearish as the case may be, depending on the direction it tend towards. Now is not a time we really can tell actually how all these would play out knowing that however the market decides to play it, can only be known with time. If we can see a break out upwards, the chances of actually seeing the market try to test the $10k spot may be there, but nothing to be too excited about at the moment.

Nothing is impossible right now, and we are still possibly inside a triangle and the possibility of seeing this triangle thing playing out till almost towards the end of October is huge at the moment. The bears and the bulls right now are still in a fight and trying to bring about the direction that would please them, so it is whoever the best man is that would end up winning this fight but at the moment, the chances of bitcoin hitting $10k or not, will be known with time, and there is no one that can categorically say if anything is possible or not, with the fact that it is a market and all that matters is trend and time.

Defenitely there are chances for the prices to reach $10000 before end of this year but we need some kind of catalyst to initiate that bull run towards these prices because we had noting positive about the cryptos for too longer and ETF rejections made the investors to wait so the market is sleeping for months now.

Definitely. But main question - when... ? 6k per BTC is a bottom. Big whales trying to dump below but cant. And many institutional and big investors buying crypto now. Even some know Universities investing in crypto now. SO soon we will see most huge bullrun in crypto-history... We must be patient  ::)

I am not sure, but if we refer from the last 8 months, of course it will be difficult to happen, yes we can see and study the market situation, especially the manipulation done by many popes. this makes every prediction always inaccurate. and some crypto experts that bitcoin takes at least one year to come
