I have checked all his merited posts and those are in altcoin discussions. He has received 90 merits from 5 different people from which 3 guys have already been red-tagged because of cheating in bounty with alt. Also, 4 of them only sent merits to MiChaeng.

Even though it's very likely that MiChaeng (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1267390) bought Merit, there's no conclusive evidence. If accounts get tagged for receiving Merit, it can be abused to target innocent accounts too.
