People can advertise websites here , as you said there is 8 month this website is working and they had not any scam complaint, you say the website is scam without any experience of playing there.

Use your common sense and you can able to answer your own question. In the world of gambling, even how good the purposes is, gamblers will not just put money on a gambling site that didn't meet their criterias.

Yes you did not play there as you probably own it or maybe one of paid shill of the site. No one will do the same thing as what you did (advertise it) if you have never played on the mentioned site.
Normal people who have just found a new site wont advertise many times. There must be good reason for anyone to advertise a new site, but you have no reasons at all.

The site is 11 months old and this coming November this site will expire so I think this site is not safe.

Just checked out his trust history were he gained negative related to the site he do advertise. This is one of the reasons people take most information on public forum with a pinch of salt. People tend to abuse the privilege of self generated content on established platforms by lying any chance they get.
