Already a week I can not withdraw coins from this exchanger. Support not answer. This exchanger is very similar to EXVO. They also allowed you to withdraw small amounts but blocked large amounts. I wrote to them in the discord, they banned me and deleted the messages.They also deleted my question from the main topic. Beware of this exchanger. They are waiting for large sums to rob you and remove the site as EXVO.

definitely this exchange is not transparent.

They use the funds to create masternodes.

I have asked for explanations by discord and they have deleted my messages and banned me.

Never heard of this exchange and by doing a quick search about them, they have some scam accusation though its already resolved.

Looking at the ANN thread they have, its still young and its mod seem to be active. Though I'll wait for more review about them before trying them out. Reporting to moderators won't help with your case, they can delete posts by they can't help with issues outside the forum like Vaultmex's own site.

I was able to withdraw DOGE from this exchange a few days ago, but their withdrawal fees is just ridiculous compared to any other half decent exchange.

I do not recommend VaultMex for now...

I watched interviews of well-known critics and investors of cryptocurrency not long ago and it was said there that the HITBTC exchange scams is true? Who heard?

like I said - the admins cleaned up the branch from the negative messages

in their channel as the only one queries why can not withdraw coins
people have been waiting for withdrawals for weeks
this is the worst exchange I've ever seen.

I do not agree with all these negative feedback given.
I personally use this Exchange and the only time I had a problem, I've created a ticket as mod suggest in discord ch and after few hours it has been resolved.

For Instance , I use Kraken and Binance and both times I needed support , they NEVER replied to me in " no-time" but it doesn't mean these are SCAM exchange.


I think people always watch the "bad side" without thinking about the percentage related to the total amount of users .

Maybe I'm wrong, but you' re forgetting users who don't have any problem therefore are not complaining , and , I think they are the larger amount .

It currently appears as if nobody can withdraw anything of value from that exchange. Support there is vague stating that wallets are under maintenance for the past three weeks. I would highly recommend that nobody use this exchange until they allow people to withdraw their coins.

With a little bit of research you would be able to conclude that Vaultmex creates its own worthless coins,
like several shady exchanges do, just shameless stealing of people, like Yobit.

Hi. i need to clarify some of the things here.

I am workign as hired community leader for Vaultmex.com so I'm just getting paid to keep the community calm.

I have no control on the coins server so I really would like to take my distances from this exchanges from now on and ask to you all to remove the neg trust given because I'm a long time trusted member of the bitcoin community and I wouldn't ruin my reputation for such a job.

I am also really helpful towards new people and users of BTC community both here and bitcoin stack exchange so I really do not think I deserve this negative red trust.

Sorry if I kept my position as community leader but I was on contract with them until the 2019.

coinexchange 53 Millions
bittrex 300 millions
hitbtc 690 millions
poloniex 629 millions


and in buying, there are more 110 btc order like bittrex


and it's same on all other coins, all is fake to make appear site as active and with nice arbitrage to do, but once you deposited you are screwed
