Say thanks and respect to Satoshi Nakamoto, father of Bitcoin, who took the first shot of Blockchain industry. Although that is not used as he wanted, we don't know who he is, how is he now? But people will remember and prompt his name forever.

At first I thought it was another alarm of another bug/exploit and had a small hearth attack since the news section doesn't change much but luckily it was good news.

What can I tell you? I wish I was mining bitcoin 10 years ago. I first saw it in around 2012 perhaps in Slashdot and ignored it, biggest mistake ever. On the bright side, Bitcoin is still 8 years away from being an adult, we are still early adopters.

Not felt if now is the birthday of Bitcoin to 10 years, it has been a lot of problems that bitcoin went through to reach this point, and that in my opinion is extraordinary because there is no very fast-growing currency like this bitcoin. My hope for bitcoin going forward is that hopefully bitcoin will continue to grow and benefit the people. Thanks also to Satoshi Nakamoto for introducing Bitcoin to the world

I had same, in 2013-14 i was offered to pay for my designs with Bitcoin but i refused it. It was a mistake but i don't regret because we could not know that bitcoin would have today. Even that when i read my email, i wondered what the fuck bitcoin is. And if i received bitcoin for my designs, could i hold them until $20k, or i would sell them at $1k.

it is not exactly bitcoin's 10th birthday but instead the 10 year anniversary of the publication of bitcoin's whitepaper. majority of people consider the day bitcoin started working and had its first block to be its "birthday" which is in a couple of months.

Time flies really fast, it felt that it was just yesterday when satoshi published the Bitcoin Whitepaper (actually I am ignorant by that time since I only know Bitcoin after 5 or 6 years of its launch)  I still remember when I first came  here in the forum  and witnessed how new created coin forked out of Bitcoin chain and yet still used Bitcoin whitepaper as foundation of their idea.

yeah. each of us has an own story about bitcoin, an memorable memory like in the 90s when we first had wish's CD and playing it for weeks.

As bitcoin reached its 10th year of roller coaster ride, FUD, poor
performance on the market for this year, yet it still remained
strong and trying to recover from huge dips.

Kudos to everyone who's supporting this awesome innovation!
Without the strong support of the bitcoin community this invention
will surely go down the drain.

Hope that this technology will live long for another decade or two
despite too much hate from the government due to its capabilities
of being used as a medium for illegal transactions online.

Yeah, today is the birthday of Bitcoin. I am really glad Bitcoin still kicking despite of many FUD spreading, let's hope that it will continue, we all know that in the long term run, Bitcoin will never end. It will help the society on our daily lives.

  We have different appreciation on what to become on Bitcoin in the future crypto currency market, innovation after innovation was seen on the news, opening new coin to challenge one to each other coin as posted in the market, yet, Bitcoin able to remain among the top of all coins as posted, it was Beaten hard every so open but it still stable, consumer's confident remain high, with high volume of transaction on the trading market, i believe Bitcoin will take the lead to be the most trusted coin in the market...

The community is very grateful to Bpk Bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto who has created blockchain technology so that it gives a bright future. A publishing bitcoin whitepaper that is able to hit the internet world and become an extraordinary transaction tool. 10-year bitcoin whitepaper and having unexpected developments, this is a breakthrough that can explode at any time.

A huge congratulations! It's been 10 years a long journey but this journey wasn't a piece of cake for reaching this stage. Would like to thanks Satoshi Nakamoto to introducing with bitcoin. Wish a great future of bitcoin as if it will be accepted more country and will increase its value incredibly.

After many failures from government sectors and financial institutions still, bitcoin is alive in the market for 10 years. Really this amazing fight by the bitcoin with the other financial institutions, many people called it as scam and Ponzi. Later they accepted it as legal tender and Happy birthday to Bitcoin.

I do really respect, admire and thankful to Satoshi Nakamoto coz I / we owe a lot from him. I know that no one else knew him and I am not sure if he is rich now but there's a possibility that yes he is. Bitcoin is a decade now, already reach far and has been recognize worldwide. In the future, it has a big possibility to play a very important role in the industry.

I will say that whatever happen to bitcoin till now that would be the best for it and if we look at the bitcoin white paper and int's importance so it is important to people from the very first day and to know that when and how we can come to this all things are looking magic but the truth is that bitcoin is the strongest financial system in the coming days and blockchain is legalize in the future.

Happy birthday indeed to an idea which has affected the world in the best positive way. though i started using bitcoin in 2017 and wished i had invested earlier, bitcoin has changed my life so much and i am grateful i invested in it. i dont know who satoshi is but God bless him wherever he is for bringing bitcoin to us

I, of course, respect Satoshi Nakamoto. but after all nobody knows the detailed information on it. And this is the saddest thing.

Bitcoin have reached very good progress in this ten years, many obstacles that bitcoin have passed. The community keep growing, it's just a beginning of the mass adoption. It is profitable investment and it is usefull technology. Thanks for Sathosi Nakamoto who has created this awesome technology.

Yes happy 10th birthday to our hero, our life style, our future.. I would like to thank to Mr. Satoshi Nakamoto, the father of the bitcoin. I want him come out and say something soon but i guess that he will not. In some news and talk Nakamoto is the name used by the unknown person "or" people who developed bitcoin. Which one is true? So i have big questions in my mind about that .. Is he real? Is he alive? etc..

Its been a decade when they start bitcoin. It stands that long so it must stay much longer and acceptance of it happens and being adopt by some countries. There is no way to be negative of the fall but take it as an opportunity to have much volume on your hand. I believe that it will recover on the market and gonna worth good.

Bitcoin is continue on giving us benefits even though its facing some problems. Its already 10 years and I cant imagine what will happen in the future of bitcoin but I hope that it is better than now. Bitcoin's birthday is one of the special day we need to celebrate.

People who have been there since Bitcoin started and still in the crypto right now?

The invention of one of the best financial system in the last decade is blockchain and Bitcoin. It has really revolutionalized the financial system. Mr Satoshi Nakamoto will always be part of the financial history of the world for his work in blockchain technology and bitcoin.

Most of those people who have been there since Bitcoin started probably now enjoying their riches. Most of them are now millionaires and some might be billionaire already. I'm sure that Bitcoin changed their lives 360 degrees.

Even now it isn't not that late, for the effort you put you'll be provided with good return. Right now the first set of early adopters have benefited good out of bitcoin. I believe we're the second set of users, and expect to grow big at the earliest as adoption is helping in wide spread which is necessary for growth of the network.

It's been 10 years where the bitcoin was created bitcoin and as one of the believer of bitcoin I know it will last for couple of years. Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency will stay alive if we keep on supporting. But, if we want to a good future in bitcoin where they will live forever it will need good and massive adoption.

we know that from 2009 bitcoin price is increasing many many times than frist time price, butt we should know in this year the populairty of bitcoin is decreasing so much, i dont know why the popularity of bitcoin decreasing but it makes the bitcoin different than years before

Exactly because one of my cousin is damn lucky who bought bitcoin when it was new in market and he bought so many in number so at that time price was not very high so holding till now has given him really huge price I am very happy for him and I am also very inspired now so I am buying and at 11th birthday of bitcoin I will sell mine so it will be profitable.

It's so appalling that this post is still around.
It has severed it's purpose and honestly should be locked to preventing unnecessary post bumping

10 years is a very long time, but I haven't achieved all the dreams I want to get from bitcoin / cryptocurrency.
So far, the price of bitcoin has always changed rapidly, it has always declined, so in the 10th year, hopefully Bitcoin will continue to improve, and more people will benefit.

10 years looks like a long period of time but in fact it's nothing, especially for a new technology.  And Bitcoin is still very young and new technology no matter that some think. So, maybe you wanted too much from Bitcoin, you must have patience. Bitcoin has achieved a lot and passed a long way but there is still long road to go and the price is not the only valuable thing about Bitcoin.
