Plagiarism, as usual.

You probably did more, but this is the first I found:

States are increasingly talking about crypto regulation. Some call the cryptocurrency an asset, others - as a means of payment, others - count it as goods, and the fourth simply prohibit. Vietnam, Lebanon, Bangladesh and other developing countries, which prohibited crypto, with a not very stable economy and national currency. Politicans of such states is often generously agitating the population that the cryptocurrency is a financial pyramid and bubble, high volatility and huge risks, and that digital currencies are only suitable for criminal schemes.

Obviously, most regulators of such countries are afraid that the usual tools of monetary policy will simply lose their former effectiveness, and the population, as a result, will give preference to crypto-currencies, if not for everyday exchange, then at least to maintain value in conditions of galloping inflation and lack of confidence in the banking system.

You can't do anything to "fix", because your ban is permanent and irreversible.

I've noticed there was an influx of spammers/shitposters in October 2017, and I'd caught quite a few of them who'd either bought or hacked an old account and started bounty spamming in that month.  This guy registered in 10/2017, but it just seems weird to me.  Something happened during that time period--maybe it was that was when the entire continent of Asia got wind of the gold-paved streets of bitcointalk.  Who knows.

And OP, since this is a plagiarism ban, it's permanent and your appeal isn't going to be successful.  You're not allowed to post anywhere outside of Meta and only in Meta to appeal the ban.  You're not allowed to create any new accounts, either.  So you're done.  Should've thought about the consequences before stealing other people's work.

I see now why theymos has decided to implement welcome a message to all the newbie and highlighting the bitcointalk forum rules and guidelines. This includes the permban on plagiarism. I bet the administrator were working with it already and it will be expected to minimize the ban appeal here in the forum.

Not at all worth it, I can't get my head around it,it was just a simple reply and I do not really see the reason copy/pasting that post..
And considering the OP's rank(full member), he/she ought to know better
