This guy registered in 10/2017, but it just seems weird to me. Something happened during that time period--maybe it was that was when the entire continent of Asia got wind of the gold-paved streets of bitcointalk. Who knows.
And OP, since this is a plagiarism ban, it's permanent and your appeal isn't going to be successful. You're not allowed to post anywhere outside of Meta and only in Meta to appeal the ban. You're not allowed to create any new accounts, either. So you're done. Should've thought about the consequences before stealing other people's work. This includes the permban on plagiarism. I bet the administrator were working with it already and it will be expected to minimize the ban appeal here in the forum.
