Two weeks ago, I made this thread [Drownhim.com] Promotion campaign: earn DROWNS and convert them to Bitcoin (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5055981.0) on the Bounties (Altcoins) board. Unfortunately, a spam free campaign can't compete with the massive spam on that board, hence this new topic here. A few months ago, I discovered Drownhim.com (https://drownhim.com/): Official thread: Drownhim! Brand new multiplayer game (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4444282.0). I like Drownhim because it's different than other gambling sites: it's a social multiplayer game. You can win by cooperating and fighting at the right moment. Manual or Unibot Drownhim offers manual playing, and several Bots. The most versatile bot is called Unibot: See [Drownhim.com]Testing Unibot settings and sharing successful bots (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4638210.0) for bot strategies. Know what you advertise Test Drownhim.com (https://drownhim.com/) before joining. You'll need to have an account before you can apply to this campaign. Feel free to deposit, but there's a faucet (on the deposit page) too. Rewards This campaign pays in Bitcoin (250 bits = 0.00025BTC = 0.25 mBTC), all payments will be send to your Drownhim account. The minimum amount ot withdraw is 150 bits, minus 50 bits fee. You'll receive 250 bits (if you joined one part of this giveaway) or 350 bits (if you joined both) and post here. Jackpot rounds Users who make a decent (at our discretion) post/review on Facebook, will be granted Rank=2 on Drownhim. When there are 10 users with Rank=2, Drownhim will run jackpot rounds. 20,000 bits per week will be allocated to these jackpots. Requirements 500+ Facebook friends or 100+ real (at my discretion!) Facebook friends. To qualify for "100+ real friends", your Facebook friends should not be "bounty hunters", but real people you know IRL (I want to see friends with baby pictures and vacation videos, but no ICOs!). Note: your Facebook privacy settings should allow me to see your friends to count them. Payments will be rewarded for qualifying entries at least once per week, but we try to be much faster. There's currently a limit of 60 users per week on this giveaway, to see how this campaign develops. I've played a bit and I don't understand. What's the point of the game? From what I see the ONLY possible move is to drown a player... And I don't understand at all how the result is decided. What I mean is: On another player you can drown or do nothing. Both do nothing = +1 for each, you drown the other +2 for you -2 for him, both drown each other =-1 for both Whatever your neighboor does your best move is to drown him: -he drowns you you do nothing -> makes -4 difference for you (he wins 2 you lose 2) -He drowns you you drown him -> makes 0 difference (both at -1) -He doesn't drowns you you drown him -> makes +4 difference for you (he loses 2 you win 2) -He doesn't drown you you drown him -> makes 0 difference (both win 1) So why would your action be to play fair? I don't understand something here right? And result seems completely random, because other players moves are random as hell, I suppose they're bots? Last game I got left behind really quick because I drowned everyone and it seems everyone drowned me (logical) but some people weren't drowned by all players... Penalty (Revenge) points : It's fairly simple to understand. Every time x player drowns you, give him penalty points. Once his penalty points go above a threshold, you will ALWAYS drown this player every time you can. This is how you make enemies in this game. https://puu.sh/Ck24h/2ff2d8f81b.png Here for example, if a player drowns me on the first move, he gets 1 penalty point. If he drowns me on the 2nd move, 5 points, on the third and above, 4 points. So if another player drowns me the 1st and 2nd move, His total will be 6>5, he is now an enemy. This one is pretty simple, works like : Drown me once, shame on me, drown me twice, shame on you. Notice that in 20 moves, the admin added a 7Drown max limit, so once you drown 7 times, you can no longer drown anyone. 2. Cumulative movement: https://puu.sh/Ck2gJ/7c5510b201.png Now that you understand how you can make enemies, this is a quick example to make you understand how playing aggressively while everyone else is not playing aggressive, will quickly make you the lowest player on the mountain. Being on top very fast doesn't always mean you're winning, because once you're at the top you can only move using people lower than you. While everyone under you is surrounded by people they can cooperate / play aggressive with. I hope it cleared it all for you, you can always ask for clarification!
