There are over 1500 cryptocurrencies on the market. However, most of these crytocurrencies has little or no value at all. I have been selling several of these cryptocurrencies whose prices are just nothing to write home about.

 It is sad to see several cryptocurrencies valuing less  than 0.0001 dollars. We, the investor( time and money investors) need to do a lot to cater for this unattractive prices. Some investors are scared of the low prices and hence are not even interested in trading in cryptocurrencies at what?

What can we do to speed up cryptocurrencies in terms of price?????

You can't "market" the value of some of the shit in this industry. It's full of scammers and liars.

You are willing to wait or you aren't but people will still adopt the crypto that shows real value to them while scam coins wash away.

Stop throwing your money into coins/tokens that are merely a science paper. If people still throw money on useless coins/tokens, people will be motivated to create more useless coins/tokens.

One of the main reasons why certain coins/tokens are worth nothing is simply because, you guessed it, they're actually worth nothing. The coins/tokens we have right now that are actually usable are very very small in percentage.

So, how do we increase the value of cryptocurrencies? Build stuff that makes cryptocurrencies useful.

If those coins that keeps popping up will have a true real life usage, then definitely they can be valuable in the future. But the problem is that they don't offer anything at all except for pump-and-dump scheme that's why the price is just a penny. I don't think we need more adoption, it will definitely come if people see's value on tokens, unfortunately 90% are either scam coins or doesn't add up to the equation of crypto sphere, they're just clogging the market place with 0 value.

Value of a crypto is based on its technology, ecosystem, its creators and developers, and its adoption. We, as investors, must choose GOOD coin to hold and then just wait

No, it's based on adoption only. People buy it because they see value in the tech or they don't.

Assessing it's technological innovations isn't within most investors skill set, so their will always be a delay in adoption due to use cases having to be proven. Most crypto are just ideas with plans to do something... that isn't something an investor can properly value when you're gambling on the team actually releasing something useful.

We can make cryptocurrencies grow and value of it by making people see it as important and for a lot of volume to come inside the market. That is how you can make crypto valuable.

Firstly, I want you to know that the crypto market have changed alot due to the market blood and correction respectively which was also the factors the affected the price of the coins you mentioned to be little or no value. However, one of the strategy to the value of a coin in term of price  are hosting an airdrop and crypto challenge in other to again more community support.

You can’t increase the value of crypto currencies just by saying that. Value gets increased when the actual product brings more assessment and change to the way society lives. Up to now if look at the doge coin it is absolutely useless and if you look at the XRP- they are about to change the banking world.

your question doesn't make any sense. because on one hand you are talking about the value of cryptocurrencies and how we can increase it, and on another hand you are talking about their price and it seems like you are only interested in making profit from shitcoins.

the first one requires the project to become better! in other words if there was a decent cryptocurrency that could have some real adoption from anyone other than a speculator then the  value of the coin would have also grown and with it the price would have skyrocketed. maybe even more than bitcoin!

the second is already happening. you are just too caught up in nonsense of top ranking shitcoins that you miss the "pumps". if you look carefully you can see the profit is there for grabs every day since altcoins are purely pump and dumps that go though it every day.

Well literally, prices increase whenever purchases are made. Now a huge volume of buying transactions will surely pump prices. High demand with decreasing supply naturally results to price or value increase. But of course there are prerequisites for increased demand. Adoptability/usability and popularity are just some of those prerequisites.

Take a few million dollars and pump the coin to any planet you like.

For an investors point of view this is the time to really take your positions as there are looming signs of impending big movements. But on the speculator point of view speeding up is always on their mind so the value is not really their expertise. If they are really thinking of the value, they have to switch to fundamentals and study those that has some potential of increasing value.

I want to correct you there are more than 10.000 coins in cryptocurrency market, 2100 of them in the coinmarketcap list. (https://coinmarketcap.com/all/views/all/)  But yes you are right most of them worth under one cent, and more than 3000 is unfortunately "shit coin". The main solution for this is cutting ICO's down. There should be a system or process for every ICO before it starts. If this goes like that we will have big problems..

Here is what you can do to increase the value :

1) Spread awareness about crypto. When I say awareness, I mean make people aware of both positive and negative aspects. They will then make better decision whether to buy or not.

2) Buying in large quantity can also push the prices up especially for smaller coins. It will be temporary though.

in my opinion, the price of a certain altcoin or token will only increase if it has real application in the market. aside from that, if the demand is high eventually the price will go high. most altcoins have no value anymore because they are pump and dump ones or real crap coins which are created for the benefit of the devs.

not to mention that OP is mainly talking about profit making although it may not be obvious from the things he said. and making profit is so easy when it comes to pump and dumping shitcoins. there are  coins that get pumped >1000% with 0.1-1BTC. it may seem like a small amount of profit but you should know that this is happening on a daily basis on a couple of different shitcoins. so the aggregated profit is huge.

for bitcoin the job is easy, you just have to start from yourself and start spending bitcoin and if you have a business start accepting bitcoin payments or even if you are an employee start asking for part of your salary in bitcoin.

but it is impossible for altcoins because most of them are not even recognized by anybody and also the fact that people only see them as pump and dumps that are used for speculation not as a currency. and they are not designed for it either.

Acceptance and adoption by the people to a certain crypto will increase its value.
For you to help out boost a certain crypto you need to help advertise the good name

Their value less then 0,01$ because their quantity is to much! Bitcoin has a supply for 21 million max. But some cryptocurrencies 1 billion. So it not easy to rise their value.

To increase the value of the crypto you are holding with is by giving the timeline on the roadmap , it has a delivery products so that the investors would be confident enough to share it to everyone in crypto world. With that start, then the community will increase its numbers so many traders and holders will be willing to take the risk. And more updates would be great.

One of the best methods to increase the price of crypto currency and attracting more people is to advertise or educate the potential investors about the benefits in digital assets to be able to control their assets the way they want it to be. The crypto currency market is a broad market which controlled by different kind of individuals and we can't have the same point of view. However, the crypto market faced market correction a couple of months which we both but the investors are yet to gain the confidence of investing more and only thing we can do to increase crypto currency is building people confidence concern the market and supporting the utilized coins.

To speed up increasing crypto prices you have to have a large community and adopt it for sure the price of crypto will increase rapidly

If this coin is nothing, we can't do anything about its price. Actually this doesn't make sense. Promising coin and so can appreciate. We have to get out of this red market and everything will fall into place.

a crypto, if it has entered the market, then the one who determines the price is the volume, the value of trading activity, and also demand. so, in my opinion, it is difficult to choose an ICO that generates large profits.

The way to increase the value of crypto currency is to buy it at high prices with large volumes. if you are a rich person, of course.
but if you can't do the grave, don't sell your crypto currency at a cheap price.

The only way to increase the price of altcoins is to start the project. Once this has begun they can attract potential investors as the price rises. And of course their project should be unique to attract more investors.

The value of cryptocurrencies can increase in value by making them usable. Buying, selling and using cryptocurrencies isn't common knowledge. As of now you really have to know what you're doing to get started with no guarantee/backup if your funds get hacked.

Hence the need for practicality, user-friendliness, more security and of course, tactful marketing. If no one knows about the greatest thing ever, it's still worthless. Many of these things can be provided by an ICO creating distributed exchange networks, marketplaces and well-done escrow systems. Still have yet to be perfected and popular. Only a matter of time.

You cant really do much to increase the price of a certain cryptocurrency since the creator of that coin has to do that by promoting and marketing his coin in order for people to use it and create demand. When a lot of people want to buy a coin, but there are no coins available in the ICO other people would have to sell their own coins and the price will be higher than in ICO.

Why would people invest in projects that has no potential. It is obvious that not every coin would gain traction hence the low price.

Yes in can grow more compare to other giant coins because of the hype and I don’t see any real increase on that. We can only increase the value of a coin if there’s a demand but if its a bear trend we can only educate people to have more patience. Good coins will make move to pump their coin, so look for the coins who have a better team.

Its because those coins were target for pumps and dumps by investors who dumped on potential bagholders at the moment they got listed on exchanges. Its a specific breed of investors who jump from one ICO to another ICO. This was much prevalent during the 2017 ICO craze when bitcoin rose to All time high prices.

A low price does not mean a bad project explicitly. Then again majority of these altcoins dont have anything worth investing in.

I think we should focus more on bitcoin than any altcoin because it is the one that will definitely grow in future owing to its deflationary price.

crptocurrency value can be increased when there is adoption. This a particular cryptocurreny increases in value when there is adoption of their cryptocurrency for usage thereby increasing the demand fo the cryptocurreny and when this happens, the value of the cryptocurrency increases.

To me I think the value can be increased when cryptocurrencies go mainstream and many people buy into its ideas. If that happens I think we can increase its value day in and out.

Instant profit that allways be sought by many investor, they don't know how the function the token it is or even they don't care the teams who developed the token are. Only see at the price side which have a low price and hope in a few years ahead they will get many profit, I feel if I have some token in my wallet which have less then $1 I always hope in a few years ahead the token will reach price $1 or more, maybe this is the reason why many investor still buy token because they just need a little money to buy hundreds of token including OP. But eventually they will regret it hence the token become worthless.

First we have to stopped this hacking thing, have you noticed everytime there is hacking in exchanges there was a huge drop in prices, we need a secure environment for all crypto holders present and those coming and we also need a stop to all these shitcoins that get funded successfully.

What would we need for that to happen?

• First - We would need to exchanges increasing the wise investments on Cybersecurity measurements
• Second - We and especially the exchanges need to encourage Cybersecurity professionals to work with them, that is not so easy to do since you need certifications to start working and the empty job spots for those positions are a lot
• Third - They need to take a whole new approach with the security of those funds, like the way they are storing them. So if a breach happens they can only take a really small percentage. It will be a hassle, but they are earning a lot of money to keep them safe.

You can't do nothing, those cryptocurrencies that have value less than 0.0001 dollars is called trash coins imo. No one will buy that coins and mostly the coins is from airdrop or abandoned project. So it's better to just move on to other coins that have a good future.

Even if a company decide to invest more in security features, if there is an inside job then its pointless. Mostly its the fault of the user that their log in details has been breach.

The price of a coin increases or decreases depending on the usuage.
For example if the coin has a higher demand, then the price will reach the sky.
Higher demand in the sense, people have to invest on that particular coin with lots of money, then the price of the coin will rise.
Moreover now a days many Altcoins (excluding the major ones) are dying due to pump and dump as also no one investing on the particular coin.
So higher the demand, higher is the value.

There is only one solution and that is utility. If the digital coin is really needed then its demand would go high and while demands go up the supply now becomes limited and the price goes up as well. The problem with the current market for each of these digital currencies that have gone low is the lack of usage and because of this other people who thinks sees a certain coin drops in value without recovering, tends to conclude that it is going no where and therefore sees negatively. Any coin that is worth mentioning has value attached to it, those no worth mentioning have little value for good reason.

Now there are many shit coins that have value attached to them that is over hyped and over inflated but that never lasts, we've seen that this past year or so with so many coins vanishing off the face of the Earth but the coins that add value stand the test of time.

You name me 5 coins that have ground breaking technology that are leaders of innovation, that are doing revolutionary things with great solid teams, that aren't in the top 100 coins.

Sure you may list some that you feel are all those things as people are biased especially if they have a holding in a coin that they were persuaded to believe in but that doesn't make you right.

There's tons of projects that are GREAT and AMAZING in their own right but just don't need an independent coin to function and are only saying they do to make money.

So here's the deal ask not what we can do for Crypto but what Crypto can do for us, that is the thing that will help, if a coin solves a problem and is revolutionary it will do well whether we as individuals promote it or not because stuff like Ethereum is literally revolutionary and game changers.

Those coins that are worth next to nothing more than likely deserve to be there and you trying to do anything to promote those coins will be just be another shill among the crowd.

Here's what we can see from the past year. Bitcoin does well = every alt coin doing well so as much as some may hate this, we need to see Bitcoin do well to see the success of other coins, most coins are attached to the pricing of Bitcoin and that's just the name of the game right now. I believe one day this will change but right now the best we can do is try to promote and will Bitcoin to do well if we want out other investments to also do well.

New money entering the market means all coins doing well, most of the new money from new investors comes in through Bitcoin, nearly every person on this forum first started with Bitcoin before branching out and getting passionate about blockchain, crypto and altcoins. If new investors lose huge money from Bitcoin doing well, that can do significant damage to other Crypto's and put new money and new investors off crypto altogether.

We've seen this from the crash from $19k to a few thousand dollars, it's been so difficult to pick back up since then and it's because most people who aren't experienced with Crypto who entered in a couple of years ago, are now telling their friends, family members and everyone else who will listen not to touch Bitcoin or Crypto.

We know not to lose faith and we know it's not the end for Bitcoin or Crypto but those new investors who got in just because they heard from their investment advisors or from a friend that someone they knew made it BIG from investing in Bitcoin, don't. Those people never understood Blockchain and the technology and the power of it, they entered to get rich quick and are scarred and scared to bring new money in or to dabble in crypto again.

So year things we can do:

1) Tell people about Bitcoin
2) Tell people about Crypto in general and the other coins
3) Explain to people the technology behind Bitcoin, Blockchain and Crypto and explain why it's so amazing, powerful and revolutionary

These are the true things that will see people get fired up, see new money come in and see all Cryptocurrencies to do well, but like I said shitcoins will always do poorly and are doomed to fail.

We need to get people to understand that Bitcoin, Blockchain and Crypto isn't something to enter to get rich quickly and to make huge $$$$ but it's about something revolutionary that can change the world we live in and help us advance technologically. Once people get fired up about stuff like that, the rest will be history because people wont care about making huge wads of cash, that will just be a bonus, they will wont to throw money at projects because of what it stands for and how revolutionary they are.

You cannot increase the value of what is useless. If the cryptocurrency is worth nothing it is useless. It's all.
The more you invest in shitcoins the more scam you create itself. Invest in projects that have real product and value. This will reduce your risks and increase your possible profit.

Investors should put more time on researching promising projects than listening to shills. When the market was positive, we have witnessed tonnes of shit ICOs and scams. People should be have good understanding where they are investing their money. It could help us to discourage the scams and unwanted ICOs. The way is simple. However, investor confidence is very hard to come by, and how the way that cryptocurrency is seen by the public good? by continuously developing the technology of the cryptocurrency.

Somehow you as an investor specially small investors cant really work out on promoting such a cryptocurrency to make a hype and make prices increase,increasing a coins value is really dependant on the company who publish that specific coin.Or big investors who have a name on marketting industry or a good influencer

I always get surprised how people think they can actually affect the price and move it up. Maybe some big investors and whales have certain influence on price but small individual investors absolutely not. So there is no method or something you can personaly do to increase the price. I think investors should apply some strategies to increase the value of Cryptocurrencies. We know that if the amount of Cryptocurrency is low in the market then the price of Cryptocurrency increases. Even if the use of Cryptocurrency increases, its price increases. So by using these two strategies we can increase the value of cryptocurrency. I think if you want to improve cryptocurrency, I think you can also be patient to wait for a more stable price increase than the crypto price increase this month, so I believe you will also benefit.

The value of cryptocurrencies can only get more increase when investors stop seeing this as a means of making quick bucks but implementing the main purpose of the platform. With this more people will be adopting the usage of cryptocurrency apart from mining aspect.

in terms of value, I think this should start from the development of bitcoin and ETH. we know, and there have been so many examples of this. in fact, a lot of cryptocurrency values go down starting with a decrease in bitcoin and eth. so, waiting might get better for now, until both of these coins recover.

That's the reality of the Initial Coin Offering industry and it is true that most of the Coins/Tokens even they are listed on Coinmarketcap their value is 70% to 95% lower than the price when they are still in the ICO stage. Don't you think that most of the people in this forum are giving full support on Crypto Currency such as Bitcoin and many more and they are using it more often? :D Even a lot of people support a certain type of Crypto Currency there is no assurance that the price will boom in an instant because it is a long way process and it depends on the market trend whether it's bullish or bearish.

We cannot at once increase the price of all cryptos available in the market. For doing so we need to have a large amount of money.
Let me tell you from beginning. What we see in common is that when we see more demand of a particular thing, then that particular thing's price goes up.
You can take the example of Gold. As all the things follow supply and demand.
If there will be more demand of a particular thing, then the price wil grow as the supply will be less.
So in this way if we trade a large amount of cryptos then it will surely led to​ the growth of the price of the particular crypto currency.

For an intangible asset like crypto, its worth is determined by what it brings as benefit. The only for a cryptocurrency to increase in value is actually for it to have a real value for people. We can't just buy a cryptocurrency that doesn't seem like promising or will gonna stays here forever. How was that an investment? So for us, investors all we can do is maybe promote the usage of the coin, the value of it. It will be hard if the coin doesn't have real-world value. That's why before we invest we research.

People are always a fan of cryptos that are not really promising because they like to experiment . they thought that buying this coins can give them a huge return but this isnt a hindrance for the value of bitcoin to not recover . the value of a crypto can increase if people buys them and it does not matter if the coin is valueable or not  .


Its already considered as an investment once you already buy and hold it  . its possible to promote any crypto ( with or without real world usage )  , you can attract people or potential investors if you are good at marketing  .

True, the real use of a coin will be the main thing to maintain the survival of a coin and to maintain the amount of demand on the market. Without something that attracts people to buy a coin, of course the number of supply and demand will be unbalanced which will threaten the survival of a coin especially coin from a relatively new project.

Think about the market in basic economic sense. We the supply is limited but the demand is not. If the demand starts to rise, the price of crypto currencies will eventually rise. As the supply of the coins in the market is fixed, people will want to buy it for higher price eventually since a shortage will be created. Now to increase this demand, we will need to increase the adoption of crypto currencies. The more the people will know about it and start adopting it, the more the demand will be created thus causing the price to go up.

By supporting cryptocurrencies, the value of them will increase day by day, we need to involve crypto in a different field in real life, so by doing that the place of crypto will be higher and then the influence will be on crypto's prices and then their value will increase so much. Personally, I think sooner or later, the crypto market will grow so much as long as this community stay strong and believe in that.

It depends on the demand of the coin if many investor wants to buy the coin the higher thr price it will get, so to make sure that there will be a new investor or buyer the developers and team should achieve all the accomplishment and continue to expand and upgrade the project.

It's also important that the project has a unique concept and unique solution to an existing problem using a blockchain technology (or the likes)

You should instead mention that to increase such cryptocurrencies values one should buy them - which makes them worth buying for since their prices will increase.

To increase the value of any Altcoin, a lot of factors are needed, but mostly we need a large amount of investment in Altcoin. Also, the amount of purchase is greater than the amount of sale. The amount of supply and demand needs to reach a certain level before the rate changed.

In my case i'm not in a rush for it to rise to the sky since i need to start making decent money first to invest in the way i want to do it. But it is rising even if slowly.

Thats a very stubborn idea. You can buy and buy and you will have sellers dumping on you every second making you a complete loser in terms of trading gains because you wont be getting any gains pumping the price but only the ones who sold at high price. Moreover this is impractical since to move the market by 1% the volume of trading required is much high that you can imagine - you can calculate it yourself if you wish to.

Thus a normal class trader would never be able to amass that much volume of coins in order to manipulate it. It is done by whales and mostly those are coordinated by several whales. You small fries are nothing more than a joke to them. :D

Increasing the crypto value of course through trade in the market which will create a price agreement, where many requests will increase prices. Vice versa, many sales will reduce prices. Commercial law applies strictly in crypto trading.
It will not be able to be intervened to create the desired price, even though the crypto owners agree to buy in large quantities because the demand is not conducive.

To start from headline, terribly wrong, we don`t increase value simply by turning volume up, you need to spread the word, teach people about it, when majority starts to use it economy will grow, value will grow, simply as that. How you boost economy, how do you boost crypto economy, would be the right headline. When there's an economic panic, people save more and spend less, what can be bad for entire economy. How to boost crypto economy, people need to work for crypto, people need to spend crypto, merchants to accept crypto, it`s a circle and crypto circulation, higher it is economy power can enormously rise.
This is the simplest you can get, and all come down to one thing, adoption. Crypto just started, many people still don`t know about it, steps for crypto economy to grow should be teaching others about it in the first place, than people to use it, when everyone knows about crypto and use crypto we will have crypto global economy and value of crypto currencies will be higher.

I don't think there's much as individuals that we can do. The only exception I suppose where we can have an impact is the really small coins. If you find one that is good but unnoticed, and let people know about it, then that may be enough to have an effect. But the bigger coins, it is out of our hands really, it all depends on bigger factors such as institutional investors, mainstream publicity, mature markets etc.

Only thing what makes price increase is the growth of demand.. i found there is a coin called BTZC based on TRX's blockchain, and people is absolutelly bullish on it.. some invetsors that were lucky/smart to invest during presale are selling their coins at much higher price right now.. people are in demand of these coins like mad!

in my view if you want to increase price of any crypto currency you must take some fact

1. on which exchange they are listing if they list them self in more they will get more volume of trade and raise the price
2. either they are listed on cmc or not this is also good factor of increasing price
3. what is their road map or mission
4. whitepaper

It's just a fomo. People are in hype with everything about tron right now, especially with binance full support. We already seen something like this in ethereum success.
