Please kindly note that Getmoder Token Offering was a private event which the GTMR tokens were offered to our network members or specially invited participants only! We did not promote the GTMR token offering to world-wide participants. The reason being that GTMR is an utility token and we are trying to reduce the price volatility due the pump and dump action by the speculative participants when GTMR is initially listed in the exchange. However anyone may purchase our GTMR tokens at the cryptocurrency exchanges after we have officially listed in the cryptocurrency exchanges.

Please be advised that Getmoder Foundation was not holding the conventional initial coin offering (ICO) for the worldwide participants. Rather, Getmoder had launched an initial internal token offering for our network members only. Hence, the initial token offering was limited to network member only participants during the initial stage. Various comments from the non-members are welcomed, but please be advised that we may have conducted our initial internal token offering in an unconventional way if compared to the traditional initial coin offering event.

GTMR is an ERC-20 token which rides on the Ethereum network. Apart from functioning as a transaction fee token, participants may use it as an collateral to apply for a loan. GTMR token will be progressively listed in the various cryptocurrency exchanges which are already indexed in the major cryptocurrency ranking and evaluation site (Coingecko, CoinLib, and CMC) that breaks down quantitative and qualitative data for a number of different metrics.

*The initial token offering (ITO) for the invited only participants only was completed on the 05 August, 2018.

a) During the initial internal offering, a total of 7,154,595 GTMR token (4.76%) were offered to the 329 strategic specially invited investors during our private token offering event which lasted for 3 months period.

b) A total of 51,923,076 GTMR token (34.62%) were offered to two large international consortium.

c) 37,500,000 GTMR tokens (25%) has been reserved by an international trading company based in Hong Kong. The M.O.A has been signed and transaction will be carried out before the end of 2018. Payable in Ether.

d)The remaining 53,422,329 GTMR token (36.62%) out of the 150 million GTMR token for sales will be listed in the cryptocurrency exchange for trading purposes. Price is determined by the market in which it trades: by means of supply and demand. The pricing is rather determined by basic economics: scarcity, utility, supply and demand. However the price if the token may experience wide swing at any-time due to the high volatility nature of the cryptocurrency economics.

e)Getmoder Foundation holds 100 million of the GTMR tokens, of which 80 million GTMR token may be trade-able.
