If you want to donate a few coins (e.g: you own a coin and want to distribute it), you can create your own "donation" on the list. This way, other users can get the coins for free every X hours.

1 day after my btc will come back.

Try to understand how the donation page works. Here is an example:

1. I am a dev for a coin called PWR;
2. I deposit 1000 PWR on Yobit;
3. I find PWR in the "Free Coins" page and click on Donate;
4. I donate the 1000 PWR to Yobit with the "Payment period" of 3 hours;
5. Now, people can go to Yobit's "Free Coins" page and get a few PWR's every 3 hours, until the 1000 PWR balance runs out;

What exacly are you trying to do/know?

You shouldn't even be using YoBit. They are shady as hell and there are plenty of warnings about them everywhere.

You are confused. No way that BTC1 will just disappear without a trace. Let's see if you are now a victim of Yobit's unprofessional service or you did some mistake along the way that leads to disappearance of your precious BTC1.

I think OP has wrongly pressed the Donate button, but which donate button did he clicked he dont know as he even dont know what happened. Getting support help is totally useless as they dont even bother to check the support tickets. So i think Op have to forget his 1 btc and move on and take this mistake as experience and next time dont click anything which you dont know it.

That's what I understood too base on his explanation but I'm not yet buying on his story until he shows a proof that he really did.

Show us the screenshot that you wrongly donated your 1 BTC to their 'freecoins' tab. Their support won't reply to you immediately if you will ask them to retrieve your money but there could be some hope if they will. Worst is they'll never reply.

The reason I asked for screenshots of your past transactions is because maybe you just mistakenly assumed that you donate your BTC1 but instead you did some transactions e.g orders, deposit, withdrawals etc.

I don't know how to check the donation history there but I asked some trolls on trollbox to somehow help you and maybe have the same case like you. I donated some numbers of sh*tcoins there just to see how is the process. Unfortunately, I can't find a way to check the donation history.

Actually, I just saw that BTC isn't even in the list to be donated. Did you click on "Donate another", selected BTC and fill this form? Most likely no.
