I don't think so, this site is just reseller of the main lottery provider so in other words this site does not hold any funds for the prize. It is like we buy lottery tickets through directlotto then they will buy it from the main lottery provider. In case of winning, so we will need to wait for the prize from the provider through directlotto. I'm not sure about the legitimacy of this site, so if anyone is interested to use the service then it is their own right.
