Title: Why banned account?
Post by: bobdilan3456 on December 11, 2018, 06:26:23 PM
Hi! How to find out the reasons for the ban?

"Sorry olgahappy, you are banned from posting or sending personal messages on this forum.
You have been permanently banned by a forum moderator, probably due to spam or plagiarism. You may appeal here, but your chances are not good: banappeals...@theymos.e4ward.com"

This is my account https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1871224
I don't plagiarize. I can prove authorship if necessary.
I know that I have a short message, but they are few and only at the beginning.
I wrote to the e-mail to find out the reasons, but they did not answer me.
Is it possible to recover the account because I have an interesting branch that can be developed. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3434683.msg35832361#msg35832361
Thanks!

Since your account is permanently banned there is no chance that you can recover or unban your account.

Plagiarism is against forum rules so there is no way to take your account back.

Please read this rules. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0

First of all, praise Allah theymos for the change of the ban notice, though it's not helping to reduce appeals.

Second, please try to prove the authorship of that comma between "кoшeльки" and "Кaждый":

Cкoлькo oбщaлcя co знaкoмыми y кoтopыx ecть aппapaтныe кoшeльки,Кaждый являeтcя пoклoнникoм тo ли Tpeзopa тo ли Лeджepa и вce в ocнoвнoм дoвoльны cвoим выбopoм,тaк чтo oбa кoшeлькa впoлнe xopoши.

B пpинципe cкoлькo oбщaлcя co знaкoмыми y кoтopыx ecть aппapaтныe кoшeльки,Кaждый являeтcя пoклoнникoм тo ли Tpeзopa тo ли Лeджepa и вce в ocнoвнoм дoвoльны cвoим выбopoм,тaк чтo oбa кoшeлькa впoлнe xopoши. Taк чтo этo выбop индивидyaльный

Hear, hear.  However, the change is of much less value without including an example of the plagiarism in the ban PM that these morons get, i.e., they need to be shown exactly what they did to get banned.  I'm asking a serious question here: would it be too much to include in the PM what you just did right here?  You showed him exactly what he copy/pasted, and unless the content thieves get solid proof in that ban PM, they're just going to keep creating these futile threads--and I'm not even sure that'll fix the issue, but it might help a little more.

If someone was unfairly banned because of some misplaced quotation marks, then they have a valid argument and should appeal by making a thread.  Jokers like OP are the ones who just want to waste everyone's time making them dig up the proof of what they did wrong, in addition to the lying and begging we often see in threads like these.  And I still say that creating a child board is the best solution.

The update in banned notice is a welcome development, it would although do little to those who appeal irrespective of the fact that they have broken one of the rules or another. And their chances are indeed not good.

It's funny how everyone seems oblivious of the rules until they've been banned, then they know exactly what board to post an appeal after opening an account for that.

Like in this case, Russian moderators usually delete comments with a violation before banning an account.
Therefore Russian-speaking users can see which post was a reason of their ban.

I don't think they get a PM, it's just a red notice at the top of the screen. But as Veleor noted, this particular post was deleted by a mod so the OP knows exactly what the ban was for and still created the appeal thread.

There is no evidence! It's not my post and this post do not, look at my profile as of this date there are no such messages. I have all well with memory and I know that there is my, and that there is no. I know what intellectual work is. And even to copy such messages-it would be humiliating for me.

I respect rules. And I wouldn't ask if I knew I was plagiarizing. But this is an unfair accusation and I want it to be proven! Check all my messages in your profile!

But I wrote the moderators. I am very sad and hurt. I think it's a conspiracy against me.

I found the cause! This is terrible. It was my wedding day and I didn't write anything that day. This one was made by a friend of mine, he wanted to help me. Because I read from that date is not my handwriting, not my style. But now I know the reason of ban. That's sad. No one can be trusted in this world.  Let this be a lesson to other users, do not let anyone to their work otherwise it is easy to lose.
