I think it will be the same winner or perhaps Craig Wright for his ridiculous attempt and forking bitcoincash and then destroying all of the crypto markets as a result. Jihan Wu could be runner up for removing half his workforce

My two options for bitcoin drama queen of the year are:
1.Craig "faketoshi" Wright
2.Almost every bitcoin user. ;D

the biggest bitcoin drama queen of 2018 is.............
the market cap

the reasons:
1. its a meaningless number as the $ is not even real $ supporting the number
2. anyone can make an alt with a trillion coins and buy 1 con for $5 and overtake the market cap for just, as i said $5
3. yet masses of people follow it and believe it has value and are obsessed with talking about it

(i know the vote is about people, but peoples sentiment seems to have more people foolishly following an empty number than the names in the vote)

also the names in the vote are names of people unrelated to bitcoin, but related to managing machines and altcoins.. so seems the names picked are as about appropriate as saying samson mow or butterin

so to me the voting options are limited to the same crap options as england had for "britains got talent" the year a dog was voted as the most talents brit.

Well I don't get the aim behind having a drama queen or is it some sort of humour? Pardon me probably I should improve on my sense of humour

Right now the price of bitcoin has got me and some investors in serious brain racking so this would really be a welcomed distraction I would follow it up and have fun

I agree about Craig Wright. Making the market bleed at a critical point just because you can is a very immature act. I've seen some serious people on this forum that still think he is Satoshi, but I hope they're wrong. I don't think something as elegant and innovative as bitcoin could be created by a person that couldn't stand change so much when the time came.
If I could add options and vote for companies, though, I'd go for SEC. Postponing decisions, denying so many of them without probably really looking into it... Oh, and my top choice is high officials (like CEO) of JP Morgan spreading fraud about cryptos on regular basis while probably enjoying advantages of buying during the bearish market.

any drama they caused in 2018 is nothing to do with bitcoin. but their respective altcoins.

Has to be Craig Wright, hands down! He's always been a douche but he has been getting worse.

Craig should win it with his I will destroy BCH and Bitcoin will be worth 1000 dollars attitude. While people like Roubini have their own problems and don't recognize Bitcoin as something valuable claiming to be the founder and failing to prove it is taking it to another level. Roger and Jihan are pumping their own coin and want to make money. Craig is a narcissist.

How will you send Craig the 1 Dogecoin? Does he have a public donation address?

I haven't decided still whether this is a good idea to vote for this drama queen as I am not sure that it will be successful and will meet my expectations to the fullest extent

I am one of them. Currently I'm balancing between an idea to give up about bitcoin and to keep holding it to the next one 20k $.

Roger Ver for almost everyday in 2018 had blame bitcoin. It seems to blame Bitcoin is the new way to promote an altcoin to our days.
Roubini do the same but for another reason and for sure not to promote an altcoin but to promote fiat money and banks :D
Craig Wright he tries in 2018 not only to rewrite the white paper but to rewrite the root meaning what is Bitcoin and what is the reason that exist.
Jihan Wu several times in 2018 says that he will stop mine Bitcoin and always do threats like this. Imo he deserves a place in this poll.
Maybe Vinny will be another great option for this poll but Vinny is a common scammer that do what all of shitcoin scammers always do. Blame Bitcoin. It seems for that scammers Bitcoin is the only barrier that prevent them to scam more ppl and sell their shitcoins.

it's hard to top roger ver in the drama department. everyday, he's badmouthing bitcoin and trying to keep the bcash-bitcoin rivalry alive. it's embarrassing to watch him.

honorable mention for craig wright. he got a surprising amount of people to believe he was gonna dump the satoshi coins. roubini is a nobody in this space. he'll be a passing joke in a few years like professor bitcorn.

if it was a person then it would have been my vote too. it is so annoying to keep it being reported as "value" too, specially when they talk about it as if it is actual money entering the market not a big bubbly illusion because of massive amount of shitcoin supplies.

you seem to be too busy denying lightning networks utility and growth that you have missed the actual drama that these two have been causing in the past 2 years alone.

LOL. I am new to this and is really exist about being the drama Queen? I know that Roger Ver always posting some drama's on his twitter account so probably he was being entitled as the drama King though I do believe on his words and made it as some sort of references base on my observations but not all especially in the speculations are right and correct. So this Drama Queen would be exciting to know who will be crown with this title.

I think both Roger Ver and Craig Wright should share the price this year, with all the drama they started with the Bitcoin Cash fork. I have to be honest by saying Craig Wright should actually get the prize with all the tantrums, but there would not have been any drama if Roger Ver was not part of this whole thing.  ::)

It was a very interesting year for Bitcoin and these two people were the leaders in the total collapse of Bitcoin Cash and a near collapse for Bitcoin. <BTC>

My vote goes to CW for ruining Bitcoin's before the end of the year and even claiming SV as the "true" Bitcoin. LOL. And obviously his eventually split with Roger Ver which set the whole crypto market specially when Ver releases the infamous threatening “If you want a war…" email allegedly coming from CW.

Glad to see Wright in the lead... At least he can be the winner of something this year :D

Jihan Wu was a contender in 2017 with the original Bitcoin Cash split, but he's been pretty quiet this year, especially recently with Bitmain's financial woes.

It's a tougher choice between Craig and Roger but I choose Craig. He's just so over-the-top, a true megalomaniac. Roger is so predictable that I hardly notice him anymore.

Craig Wright would be the ultimate winner if I were going to vote as he was one reason why the whole crypto market cap has tanked in the latter part of this year. Bullying people to mine his sh8t coin is not the way to entice new investors into the crypto space and he behaves like a spoiled five year old kid throwing a tantrum. People like this should not be respected in my books and I will never purchase his coin even if it were to ten ex in the next few months just out of principle.

What did he say? I didn't realize he regularly talked about Bitcoin. I just thought he was the new Prof. Bitcorn for predicting a crash to zero. I definitely figured it would be someone more involved with the community or ecosystem...
