Just so you know, CRGO aren't a valid colateral as they can't be traded currently. Providing such colateral won't give you a good rate at all, you have nothing else? And why do you need the loan for? This ICO seems a very serious one though so let me dig up more and if I consider investing in it I might grant you the loan. I dont have anything else to offer at the moment, i know i am going to repay this loan so i am leaving whole my CRGO as collateral.
