What is the significant meaning of "NO"? Can you please tell the significant meaning of no? Do you think it is not good or bad to exchange or it is scam?

When I tried to click the about us tab in that site it just redirect me to the home page so there is no information about who they are then how someone can deposit their cryptos.

BTW Bitcoin is limited to 21 Million,so it maybe a noob's scam attack. ::)

They received 4.3 of 5 calculated by 182 reviews.
I do not think 4.3 is bad.
