If money gram then it can be considered as risky base on pin post. If you want to make trade on Hungary by Face to Face then you should post it on the exact location for Hungary.

Since when moneygram is risky ? When you collect your cash from moneygram it cannot be chargedback same as western union.
The only risky thing here which in most cases you can't avoid is that the person should provide few personal infos in order to send/receive money.
There is nothing risky using moneygram.

Actually MoneyGram and WU is risky. You can be banned from them if the other person uses fraudulent payment method.

Actually you can be "banned" in any payment system if the other person uses fraudulent payment methods. Lets not use money, lets exchange crypto for potatos...
You can never know how someone paying you... Fraudulent or not you never know.
Also if you use escrow, and if there is any problems with collecting your money with that kind of fraud payment, you won't be able to pick up your money, and the escrow won't release the crypto to the buyer.
But if you collect your money where is the risk ?

MoneyGram and wu will track down. I know ppl who are banned- and they were tracked down for the funds

You don't need to deal with someone here there are many trusted website that you can buy bitcoin with money transfer like MoneyGram.

Take a look at this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=405208.0

As you can see they are accepting MoneyGram and you can exchange your money into bitcoin and the good part of that it is one of the top trusted on perfectmoney exchanger list https://perfectmoney.is/business-partners.html

You can also find other exchanges from the exchanger list above that accept MoneyGram but make sure that you choose a exchange site with high trust score because they are well-known and trusted.

- Western Union (they reportedly will sue the recipient to recover money in some cases)
As western Union transfers can be recovered in some cases I think it can be happened for moneygram too. I have not been scammed, just theoretical no practical.
