Title: Show your trust list!
Post by: HiDevin on January 12, 2019, 05:37:36 AM
Since the new default trust system came out and everyone is making a trust list, I want to see who has whom on their trust list. I'll release mine first.
My trust list is pretty small to be honest, would like it to be bigger but I mainly lurk on Meta and Lending and Gambling sections.

edit: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5096207.0 Just go look at DdmrDdmr's thread SMH.

If you really want to see everyone's trust list, you can always look at the latest trust dump:
https://www.bitcointalk.org/trust.txt.xz

Everyone's trust level from dt0-dt2....  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;full

Edit - why exclude me? lol.... :P
Since he has a custom list, he'd have to put the a ";dt" at the end of the URL to see the actual DT 1/2

... the trust dump shows everyone's custom trust list - as of the last dump.

https://bitcointalk.org/trust.txt.xz

I made it so that'll update every Saturday at 02:52 UTC. -> is "trusts", and -/> is "excludes". Only people with at least 1 post are included. If someone has never touched their trust list, then their trust in DefaultTrust is not shown.

edit: My brain is literally off right now, sorry @ibminer LOL
If your brain is literally off, you might want to see a doctor.
... wait, scratch that idea... you can't see without a brain!!  :D

Suit yourself man... You are going to miss important scammer ratings from quite a few people with that list. Also, if you want to exclude half the people in default trust , you should not include default trust.... ;)

Thanks, still learning the trust system even though i've been lurking here for about a year   :P

You may have included the wrong DarkStar. You probably didn't mean a Newbie:

mine is small and weird, it contains 2 members who don't trust one another , but i trust both of them. i also don't exclude anyone even scammers, sometimes a scammer might tag another scammer for the sake of their own "business" competition and therefore I would want to see those ratings too.

Cryptohunter and Lauda

I can throw some resources (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4826180.msg48268705#msg48268705) at it, and update it weekly for all users.

Here's mine. I don't have many unusual names on it yet, just enough to make it 10+ trusted users. Excluding users is much easier than including them:

speculation but could be because you are implicated in a possible extortion scheme and also red trust people for presenting facts for a start.

I have not created my trust list yet because i never really paid any attention to it before

but anyone here who puts ~  in front of untrustworthy members linked to real financial wrong doing/scams hit me up and I will put you on a list that I will be recommending to all legends and heros to use.

You can add as many people as you want in your big box. The small box with the number in it is your depth setting. If you set it to 0, you only trust the people in your big box. If you set it to 1 you trust the people in the box and the people who they trust. If you set it to 2, you also trust all the people that the people on level 1 trusted as well. You cast a wide net if you set it to 3 or 4. However, at 3 or 4, your trust rating may have lots of junk ratings.

What I do not understand is why DT 1/2 users remove each other from their lists, but some have positive ratings to each other or no negative ratings to each other. Is this a game for them lol.

-Just because you trust Bob and Bob trusts Alice, it doesn't mean you have to trust Alice, you could very much distrust Alice while still trust Bob who trusts Alice.

-if you trust Bob and he doesn't trust Alice, it doesn't mean you can't trust Alice.

-just because you had a successful trade with Bob, that alone might not be a strong enough reason to trust their judgment.

and the list goes on.

Nope, that is not what I am saying. I am saying that if user A excludes user B in their trust list but donít have any feedback given on the user B profile. Because by excluding them from your list, it means you basically donít trust them, so why no feedback given than?

Not at all. Feedback and trust lists are two completely different things.

Leaving feedback for someone is a statement of whether or not you would trust them in a trade. Adding or excluding someone from your trust list is a statement about their judgement of others. There are users on this forum with whom I would trade, but I would not necessarily trust their judgements of others. Similarly, there are users on this forum who I would not trade with (without an escrow), but whose judgement of others I trust to be accurate.

agreed.... on the top 3 for sure. tman and lauda are scum bags who abuse the trust system - suchmoon is untrustworthy by his own diagnosis and by connection to them and has ludicrous opinions of this board.

actmyname is obviously far smarter than the above and is civil so for now so I will just continue to debate with him regardless of his motives or allegiances.
