I could not find a reliable crystal ball.
I did look into our new "Rick and Morty" Lava Lamp we have here at my workplace for consult...
Here is my conclusion:

1. at least one ETF up for review will get approved by default due to US government shutdown (they will take advantage of "it's not our fault, we were on shutdown" and let the ETF pass thru the system.
2. Bakkt will go smoothly into operation.

I was gonna go with my BAKKT game entry, which is 4949, but then I did some FA and some TA based on Ichimoku cloud, moving averages, RSI, etc, factored in some data from Willy Woo's charts (http://charts.woobull.com) and some rainbow logarithmic regression and exponential projections (https://www.moonmath.win) and found out that I should go with... 4949. In the end, nothing beats SOMA^TM.

that's a longshot. the SEC merely needs to publish a decision---it could be a few sentences long and they can elaborate on their reasoning at a later time. even in a full government shutdown, the SEC still retains ~6% of its staff. they can publish a one-page letter.

Me too, Mic - end of the quarter is always an interesting time.  But as they say 'It ain't over until the fat lady sings' and we shall have to wait and see on Sunday.

Biststamp has turned more bullish and has caught up with Bitfinex a little - it was a $100 gap, now it's dropped to around $70.  So, will a weekend dip kill off $4000 again for now, or is 4K really broken?

I would say let it be broken and time for next boring range of up and down, just let it be between 4.5 and 6K or something :)

Things are moving

This tension is killing me. It's like when one of those game shows is about to announce the winner and they hold back for what seems like an eternity before announcing who won.
