Lol,most cryptocurrency users have stored up in their wallets coins that are actually useless and cannot be sold for anything reasonable
I actually do not think anything can be done,as your ideas cannot affect the projects or make the coins successful, due to bad planning and improper management some coins have plummeted to form zero and are definitely never rising again.
You either sell off or hold it

And if you can't sell?
We need to believe that we have power when we unite.

In the world of cryptocurrency now everyone knows that they are having a big problem, from prices to investors, if you bring good news to crypto this year, it will be a very good solution for all, the challenge of buying Bitcoin and keeping it in your wallet for periodThis long step is very good I think.

Yes, holding lots of altcoins that I received from bounty and some of those coins are still not listed. Well, if you can do something about this its good, but for sure you have to give more efforts on developing the solution. Good luck for your future team.

I did not bought useless illiquid tokens, but i got a lot of them through airdrops and bounties. My plan is to wait and be patient with them, maybe some of them will succeed at the end.

I don't have a bag of tokens but just a pouch of it. I think the best solution for these tokens is to hodl and just keep on monitoring on the project's telegram on when it would be valuable for use.

ALMOST everyone in crypto has a bag of useless coins and tokens and
they most likely came from ICO's.

I have liquidated almost all of my tokens back into bitcoin and ethereum,
Three reasons for this:

1. I dont have to be worried and stressed looking at the value falling

2. I dont have to spend valuable time watching the market  movements
in order to hopefully catch a pump and dump

3. Bitcoin is the one with far higher odds of giving a return on those
tokens in the long term.

You have a community then use them.

Here's your plan (based on Fontas pump 'n dump)
It's called "pump 'n dumping shitcoins (R)"

1. Pick a date or price you all want to exit on. (This is your inner circle, don't let anyone else in on the plan)
2. Hype the f*ck out of the coin, facebook, instgram, forums (all of them), etc.. Get every stupid fool wanting the coin.
3. Get the propaganda going (hire russia if needed ;-))
4. Then when a lot of sheep enter the market the price will rise.
5. Keep the propaganda going saying stuff like "Whoaa I just bought XXXX coins. Don't miss the train Chooo choo!!!" (basically lie your ass off)
6. When you get to the exit price / date slowly liquidate your positions.
7. Then watch the bagholders take the fall for you.

BTW. This should be an altcoin thread.

good idea, but is it useful? if successful, you have taken a revolutionary step and helped the bounty hunter rise. yes, we admit that since the bear market began in early 2018, all tokens are almost useless. a total of 4 tokens from the 4 bounties I participated in from April 2018 have not been used as profit. but just a little, I still have confidence in the development team. we are waiting for the best results  ;)

You are not the only one in the bag has a lot of tokens that today are very cheap. Selling them for that price is pointless.
What do you ask-Nothing just wait in the hope that the market will unfold and these tokens will again cost a decent amount of money.

This pump and dump game only works if that particular token is listed in exchanges, otherwise not! I have a bag full of useless tokens which are not even listed in exchanges.

Like OP said, he is holding meetings with Project leaders, big companies or trading platforms to liquidate those tokens, but I doubt it will do any good because no one will try to revive a dead token which has already earned a bad name and lost investor's confidence. It is easier to create a new token and introduce to the market. I believe it's better to forget about these tokens without wasting time in meetings!

A once useless will remained useless. I don't think there are traders who will still try to test the waters on those dead coins as there are lots of opportunities outside.

For those dead coins to be revive, it needs a "SERIOUS" talks to the devs itself which I doubt they will still pursue on it. It must also passed lots of difficulties like exchange listing, new roadmaps, big community, serious marketing, face the current market situation and a decent "capital". If those well established coins are having hard time to deal with the current market behaviour, then what more on those dead coins.

Anyways since you have decided, then do it without hesitation and see for yourself the result of wasting putting your time there.

Are you planning to make us laugh with your comments and ideas, what you can do about the fake tokens that are created and being stuck with you, basically nothing you can do about it. Each and every user in this platform will be having one or the other tokens that have no use at all, the main reason for that is because of the fake airdrops which is aimed at collecting user data base and other fake projects. There is no solution for that, just move on with your life.

I have a lot too. ICO tokens that's been useless. Projects that just disappeared after token distributions. Projects that has poor planning that ended up to nothing. What will I do with these tokens? Some tokens are not even listed in exchanges. Sad. I really wish I can benefit from them but I think there is really nothing we can do.

And I have exactly the same situation. A lot of tokens in my wallet which will never be in demand. And not only from the bounty but also from the numerous airdrops, in which I participated, when I had a little experience in crypto. And the cost of some tokens is so low that the transaction fee will much more expensive.

I do holding a lot of tokens that can't be liquidated but what exactly you are planning to do? I don't think there is much you can do, most projects and holding from listing because they are 100% sure that their token/coin will be crushed in this market condition so how you plan to confess them that it will not crush or that it is okay to crush, look at Forkdelta there is selling orders for most of the finished projects from desperate people who are willing to sell with only 10% of the real price. I don't think there will be a real solution until the whole market starts to recover.

<snip>

<snip>
One of two intelligent posts in this thread so far; the rest are just one line shitposts made by members trying to earn even more worthless tokens.

OP, how did you acquire your bag of shit-tokens?  Did you get them through bounties/airdrops or did you actually buy them on the market?  Hopefully it isn't the latter case, because by now people should realize that most of these tokens are worthless or are headed toward zero in the future.  It's no wonder they're illiquid, because no one in their right mind would spend their own money to own them.  IMO all of these tokens are created by people who can make some slick advertising website that makes them look professional--but behind all of that is an idiotic reason for their creation.

Creating tokens won't solve most real-world problems, and I have yet to actually see where blockchain tech has been adopted in fields such as medicine or even banking.  Surely if the really smart people who are involved in those kinds of professions saw that some token would help them perform their functions more efficiently, they would have eagerly latched onto it.  That isn't happening.  What IS happening is that a bunch of scammers are lying to people who are looking to get in on what they think is going to be the next bitcoin, and they do this with false claims, deceit, and smiling faces.  Then after they've made their money, they're on to the next scam.

You did the smart thing by cashing all your tokens out.  That's what anyone should do if they find themselves in possession of them, and as soon as possible.  And that's IF the tokens are listed on an exchange and IF there are any buy orders.

Sad. I really wish I can benefit from them but I think there is really nothing we can do.
What you can do is get off the pity pot and stop being the sucker on the wrong end of a losing trade.  If you own any ICO tokens, there's someone else who's already made the money off them.

I'm holding a bag of Bitcoins that bots have been dumping for more than a year and I'm really exhausted with it all. I feel the same way I felt in 2016 and what saved me from going mental was taking a break from this forum and from checking the price every day.If you're worried that your coins aren't worth a lot now stop thinking about it. Bitcoin cycles are getting longer. They used to be just 1 year then 3 years and now it can be 4 or 5. If all goes well in 2020 we'll be back above 10k.

If you haven't already, stop accumulating them. I'm guessing you did a bunch of bounties for ICO tokens where the project went nowhere? The market is completely saturated with those. Creating demand out of nowhere for these tokens is unlikely, so there's not much you can proactively do.

The best you can do is wait for the market to turn bullish again in hopes that you can liquidate higher. I would just forget about your bags in this environment.

Thats right, throwing away you think that bitcoin will no longer be worthy of holding back is wrongthing, you should know that the price of bitcoin will definitely recover, history teaches it. but when to recover it is still a mystery, the cycling of recover can be 1 year, 2 years or more

I also do activities like you but I don't hold too many tokens in my wallet, I realize that the condition of cryptocurrency prices is currently falling so badly that it has a direct impact on token prices and makes the price of these tokens worthless, so there's no choice other than waiting until the price rises again.

only a few tokens I keep, just like you. and I have mostly converted to bitcoin or ethereum. because I believe the two coins are consistent. even so I have set aside a portion of fiat currency to meet daily needs. believing and being sure of tomorrow about the future of crypto kept me strong in holding it

No, I don't hold any useless token especially from ICO, but I do hold some of the unpopular low market coins that I believe have some potential like Bismuth. Some of you maybe get the useless token from bounties, it is worth to remember that signature campaign or any bounties based on ICO token payments aren't likely to get you a profit. Actually, it just needs to have a common sense, many of project doesn't reserve a particular fund for Bounty so they make their useless token for the payments, and take the profit for themselves.

I hold quite a lot of illiquid tokens, I myself don't care about that, the token comes from a failed project, most of the projects failed due to lack of costs and poor management, although it doesn't hurt to try to improve the value of a token, maybe what is needed is an improvement of the concept and the developer who is competent for it, the most important thing is funding, so that illiquid tokens can be more valuable.

uh oh. it sounds like this crash still needs to go deeper yet. people are still bagholding tokens and hoping for recovery. :-\

i can't wait for the bittersweet taste of capitulation. it'll be painful as hell watching the price crash below $3k, but this market obviously still needs to be purged of holdout speculators.

i'll say this though: in 2015, i still had a few totally dead coins that i ended up forgetting about. they eventually pumped in 2017---everything pumped in 2017. food for thought! ;)

I had the dead coins too, but it's not too big, and I cannot do anything with those coins. And if the price really crashes below $3k, I wonder what will happen with the market, and I guess there will be a massive selling from many people because they are very afraid to get a big loss. I also hold many coins in my wallet and although it's not too big depends on other people, I still hold it until now because I don't know what I will do with those coins because of the market still not fully recovered and I cannot sell right now.

I have a lot of earned tokens by participating in bounty campaigns ICO. However, while it cannot be said that most of them are useless. Sometimes it takes many years to promote your project. Moreover, it is impossible to judge by tokens in the period of such a long period of falling and stagnation of the cryptocurrency market. Therefore, I am not in a hurry with conclusions. These tokens can suddenly begin to grow in a few years.

when I save a lot of tokens, I will experience a lot of losses because surely when the bitcoin price falls then the price of the token will also fall deeper and will become cheaper, it will only make you lose, it's better not to save too much tokens, you get it from airdrop or bounty campaign so you can save it as long as you want.

I think every bounty hunter does, I possess tons of coins that are of no value at all, some have value of less than a dollar compared to the hundreds or thousands of dollars they ought to worth according to the ICO price, I'm afraid there's nothing any exchange site can do about it apparently.
Bounty hunters and airdrop hunters are the ones that holding a full of shitcoins in their wallet right now. If they have prevented that in the first place they wouldn't have any problem on how they are going to get rid all of it.
I don't think OP can do anything about this random coins we had, it's just that it will be forever embedded in our wallet no matter what we do.

Several useless coin in my portfolio, most of such coins are airdrop and from developers that do not have a reasonable idea to offer in the cryptocurrency community, for some coins seems to be useless, I feel when the bull run commence and they are still consistent to the project development, sure they can recover and become usefull.

I think it can't resolve anything about that because it will be there forever because some tokens we have is from scam coin or they called it a " shitcoins". That tokens are abandoned from people that want to scam only and make a dirt in crypto.

Yes, I have some worthless tokens in my MEW wallet, because I participated before in useless airdrops and bounty campaigns when I started doing the altcoin job. Now I am very selective, and I try to choose carefully the most promising projects before participating in its bounty or airdrop campaigns.

Like many people, I have those things and don't know what to do. I prefer to wait and I have many frends who do the same thing. I don't feel sorry for those coins and they mean a lot to me than their actual value on the market. Somehow, I can say that I love those coins and I feel myself connected with them in a different way.

But aren't their "tokens" called shares? Basically, they have already latched onto it decades ago (with the "technology" being there for literally hundreds of years). So there is nothing to invent for them and the tokens we are now talking about are nothing new conceptually. It is about how they are distributed (via blockchain and smart contracts or otherwise) but this is secondary

Though I agree on the scammers part

I also have the same problem as you experienced, in my bag there is a token which but has a satisfactory price is much different when I buy the token now I am confused about what to do with the token token if I sell now then I will lose but if not I selling it just became garbage in my bag, I was confused what I should do, so that the tokens did not become garbage and I did not lose.

I also experienced it, but what I can do is hold it, as long as the project is still running according to the roadmap, because the market conditions are currently not good enough, but if my project doesn't feel well developed, then I am forced to sell

Better you sell your tokens before it changes become garbage and you cannot get your money's back. But if you are confident and believe that the token can increase in the future, then there is only one option for you to hold the token. You don't have to confuse with that, and I am sure that you will know what you need to do with the tokens. Many of us have the same experience as you, and everyone has their decision related to their tokens no matter they got the token by free or by buying at the ICO.

I am an optimist, but it seems to me that these tokens will remain illiquid. You can try to do something, but I believe that it will not work, because from the very beginning it was not perceived as something serious :-\

it is very hard to gamble your luck holding a coin that has no good potential to have a good value in the market I think it is better to trade it so that the quantity will raise and after that convert it to a good coin like bitcoin or any other stable coin you want to have.

All members who are in this forum who participate in bounty or airdrop projects must receive tokens or coins from the project. If the project is successful then the coins we get will have a value of money but if the project fails then the coins we receive will become coins that are useless because they don't have value. So many members are in the same boat with us.

Well, I have many illiquid tokens too. They are mostly received from participating in different bounties. But i can't say that there's some problem with it. All we can do is keep participating and choose appropriate bounties.

I have bags of altcoins in my wallet. I really regret my decision because I lose 97% of my portfolio due to holding shitcoins. I do not know if I have still believe that I can regain the losses that I experienced.

Except if this Crypto currency is a scam then it is right for you to make some actions against this coin but if they are legit investment then i suggest that you should consider the bearish market which is still in effect right now. If you will be just fair to see the market then you will understand that the whole crypto market is really in difficult right now that no wonder most of the Crypto currencies are looks like dead.

Depends on that particular coins that you are still holding, 97% of downfall might be hard to recover as instant like the years when it was still rising
but since its still a bearish trend and market are still struggling the only option that we have to take is keep studying and learn from the past experience
knowing the chances if there's still further development but if there's nothing better to decide much quicker.

That case we may consider into some project that did not list yet in the market because of the market situation. I have a lot of tokens too but now still on my dashboard and wallet waiting to be listed on the exchange. It depends on project token that I held if I saw that it is profitable to hold, I'll hold but usually, I quickly trade to Ethereum or Bitcoin.

You can be certain that you are not the only one waiting for that moment

And that's likely the reason why it will never come. The market which lies ahead of us will be quite different from what we saw in 2016-2017 (and still see, for that matter). What's going on now should be correctly called "the purge". After it is over (which may take some time up to a few years), there'll no more than a dozen altcoins left for alive. All the rest are going to bite the dust as totally useless for anything other than quick pump and dump

It seems to me that now, when we have been on a bear market for more than a year, it is very difficult to say which of our tokens are useless and which are not. Therefore, let them all be in our wallets for now. The market will rise, it will be seen which ones are useless. It should be borne in mind that most projects develop over the years and therefore should not be rushed to conclusions about their uselessness.

I'm also holding many of them and all of them came from my recent bounties. Some of these useless coins came from failed and scam ICOs that I participated last year. The rest of my coins are still awaiting their day to be listed in their future exchanges, maybe after the whole crypto market recovers. But I still hoping that some of my coins are still worthy to hold while waiting for the  market to become bullish again.

I also have a lot of useless tokens, but it seems to me that if their price fell to the very bottom, these tokens do not have a chance to climb up, just who bought them for a very small amount, he will not let them rise, with a step up, he will sell his pile tokens, for a not very high price, and will not allow the token to grow.

I would like to know what kind of solution you are preparing for us by meeting with project managers?Yes, we all have a lot of tokens, but I do not see any options for how they can be revived.Waiting for your reply.I hope this is of interest to many.It would not be bad if some stock exchange was entrusted with projects that carry out an ICO, in which case their tokens will have at least some value.

I hope to see the outcome of this your various consultations and hoping its going to be a positive one as its going to be really difficult to see someone who will either drop money to mop up the useless tokens or convince an holder to let go of the bags of coins for free because he still believes strongly that those coins that are worthless today, could become gold mines tomorrow even though reality on ground suggests otherwise.

You did the smart thing by cashing all your tokens out.  That's what anyone should do if they find themselves in possession of them, and as soon as possible.  And that's IF the tokens are listed on an exchange and IF there are any buy orders.

And also, even though if the buy order exists or even if the token is listed in the number 1 market, Most of them will still suspend the ongoing project, or change the initial goal so after that we can realize that nothing can be resolved with just a token.

I don't hold any useless tokens or altcoins, because I only hold Bitcoin, and a tiny bit of XMR, ETH and LTC. I've never invested in ICO's or traded tokens/alts because I always saw how insanely risky it is.

It's really nice to see that you are willing to change this situation in our community, I'd suggest you to talk with exchanges, news sites, prominent bloggers and all other high-profile members of crypto community, and explain to them that scams and shit projects are making the whole field look bad, and that they should be more careful about whom their work with for their own sake. We'd be in a much better place if exchanges didn't list crappy tokens, news sites and blogs didn't cover them, and this forum and other social media had some sort of moderation for ICO's.

You are very confident to do such things and I envy you for that. I hope this also be a lesson to us, your situation will require more efforts and will waste a lot of time. If we were able to trade them right after we received them, we will not reach this kind of situation.

You should not really put your trust completely in any other coin you are holding that is not BTC and ETH, any other coin aside this two may tend to become shitcoins one day, I am not saying all, but some because of the big competitors we have now.

If you notice that some of the altcoins we were holding are already phasing out and being replaced by new ones coming with similar project and a better idea. That is by the way, concerning the OP, I think he is really wasting his time, how does he think he can get everyone together in this diverse community, does he even have the full resources to do so, and also the time to do so.

Not only happening to illiquid tokens, but there are also a lot of tokens that are useless, you have worked on it for several months, got your stakes only to wait for several months again hoping it will have a market and value, and you will get disappointed for waiting in a useless coin, you are not all alone with this.

Lol, how do you intend doing this, since it is something you can稚 do physically since these people are all not in the same country, and what assurance do you even have that you will not be scammed too by having a mole in you meetings.

It will still go a long way though, although I am still not convince enough about the method you intend using in gathering these people, but whatever method it is that you have that will guarantee the success of the meeting, I think it is worthy of trying and let us see the outcome of it first before proceeding or advising further on what to do, but at this stage, I think the case rest with the initiator.

Seems like a pretty crazy idea. But how, because you face a big problem that you don't have the money to do those things. If a project is on the right track, they will have a listing plan as intended, otherwise they will have a scam, and your tokens will forever be worthless.

I'm also holding thousands of coins in my wallet but I don't consider them as useless coins. Some of them gain value in time and some provide a passive income upon holding. I know that these coins would rise and develop again once the market recovers again. I don't mind storing and holding a lot of them because I have faith that they could have good values in the future.

Hold up a little bit to the coin, with time I believe the token will come up. Am also holding many coins in wallet that are yet to make sense on exchange site.

Yes, me too. quite a lot of tokens that are useless, everything is beyond expectations. do not sell precious moments and then when we expect to sell also the price is not worth the transaction fee. The most worst that i ever feel is buy some illiquid tokens at ATH and then hope it will come back, but then the exchange should delist it

Yes, I keep in my wallets a lot of tokens, received as a result of participation in the bounty campaigns ICO. However, it seems to me that it is still too early to conclude that many of them are useless. For the development of many projects need a long time, up to several years. Therefore, I do not lose hope. Of course, some of the tokens seem useless and we knew that this would happen. However, the rest of the tokens should bring us a good profit. In the world of cryptocurrency, losses are always unavoidable and need to be put up with.

I store hundred of useless ERC-20 tokens from Bounties and Airdrops in my Ethereum. Unfortunately, there is no way to get profit with them - the most projects had issued such tokens are already dead.

You could always create a dao (decentralized autonomous organization) focused on reviving projects.

Blockchain tech is open source and distributed.
That means that anyone can come in and revive and manage a coin.
Obviously, the vast majority of these illiquid tokens should just stay dead.
But your dao could focus on identifying projects that are actually really good but didn't make it because of the crash.

Pool together your resources, gather techies, veteran investors, miners, etc. and you could actually get dead projects going again.
This would not only provide value to the coin eventually but benefits the entire ecosystem at large.

There have been dead projects in the past that have been revived and gone on to be great projects.
A dao will ensure that the community surrounding it is kept alive.

I am holding a bag of useless illiquid tokens. So do millions of other people in our community. We must do something about it! So I decided to Pick up the gauntlet. I知 having meetings with projects leaders, big companies, and trading platform, trying to find the best solution for all of us. Would love to hear your situation, thoughts, and ideas.

The best course of action is prevention - to purge tokens that are at high risk of losing liquidity or getting delisted from major exchanges. Fortunately I have shifted to higher quality projects, saving me from this predicament, but sadly I too have had to take losses from failed or abandoned projects. Investors must be very selective about the projects they choose to invest in.

That is right what you say. I also keep a lot of coins not moving and seems useless. The coin doesn't get a place on the market. Some of my coins become garbage in the market because the price is very low, far from the ICO price. When I hear the steps you take, I am very supportive. I'm sure if the steps you take find the best solution then the crypto currency market will improve soon. Indeed we must act immediately before the crypto currency market dies and these actions must be carried out by all parties.

I think there are a lot of bounty hunters and airdrop users here that have been collecting tokens for quite a while but now they are worth absolutely 0. I've been expecting some coins to not become successful but probably over 90% of the coins I've collected over the time are worthless now and even that 10% is worth very little. I think the right decision is selling your coins immediately after you get them instead of hodling and losing all.

I think the solution would be the development of a platform that can buy these dead coins from their developer and then resucitate it.
Although I don't know how this is going to be implemented but I believe it would be effective.

If they are not giving any updates about listing the coins and the team behind is no longer showing, consider that the coins you have is useless and will die in time, with lots of fake projects around this industry, we have to be more selective and always do good research before we invest or join any bounty, we can do nothing but to continue moving on.

You understand that there are a lot of tokens on the cryptocurrency market, I myself have a lot of them. Of course, there are different tokens among them, but I don稚 sell anything on the market so much when the token is undervalued and becomes the top token with time so it痴 best to keep the tokens on your wallet and wait good times

Indeed, bounty hunters and users have accumulated tokens for a long time and hope that it will be listed and bring them more profits but over time, profits and listings still don't appear, all are just lower values and almost negligible, that is really a very depressing thing. So, the strategy right now is as you say, sell as soon as possible, but I think it's best to wait for a nice price, instead of selling immediately, a little patience is still the right thing to do

Nothing can be expected on useless tokens? if the number of investors is very small. and there's no benefit for you if you hold the token for too long. The token will definitely end in worthless for a long time. if there is still a chance to sell then sell it, if you already know it's useless tokens, don't buy it!

I did not buy any useless tokens either. But I am hoping one day, they all comes to life as I have also get them from airdrops and bounty. I realized that bounty today is not as profitable as before because tokens released and paid to hunters are turning out to be scammed. It is a waste of effort and time joining if you found out later it is a scam anyway.

Same with me,  I got my useless token mostly from airdop. Some bounty reward have a value but its very low. But when buying token or coin with our real money, its better choose solid coin or top 100 in coinmarketcap because most of it have big liquidity and good developers team with good project

All that useless tokens in our wallet reminds us we have a bad decision and we should try to avoid it in future. May be, if projects which launch that tokens will create some useful projects which they collected money for, that coin will rise again. Until then they worthless. Why big companies, and trading platform have to do something about this? Investing in crypto we always have a high risk to stay with bunch of useless tokens.

Let them create this damn platform for processing all this garbage in our wallets. I'm sure half of these coins will be thrown there for $ 1. Lish would not have crammed into a wallet. However, here it is necessary to talk only with the developers. Push them to develop and do not skimp on new exchanges.

I don't believe there is any reason to raise false any  hope here as far as those useless tokens is concerned they are gone forever in fact the project owners might have given up  and abandoned  those projects thus there isn't any remedy to it.
Personally I feel if there is any way out to sell those shitcoins in my MEW wallets I would have taken such step however this is why Its very important to be selective in bounty hunting or ICOs investment, however this is clarion call to every cryptos enthusiast to make thorough research on any token before investing on it or promoting it.

Yes i have millions of worth less tokens that cannot be sold and will have no value in future because the developer has already abandoned bthe project. Well i don't think we can do anything if the project is already been abandoned even if they tried to revive it people already lost trust on it.
Oh sorry for your loss. You can稚 do anything on this so better not to sell them. Though nobody would buy them as you yourself saying this project has been abandoned. But you know what, this is volatile market, May the team just stopped the project due to some loss. And in near future, they found it profitable and they ignite it again. This would let you to earn money. Don稚 lose hope.

Yeah, I am. Some of these alleged worthless coins are in ERC while some are in their own private wallets. Some have dumped with soft scam and scarpered to safety while others are promising to be listed. It's been months and failed promise after promise. It's only on hope I wait, believing something can still happen and the coins get listed. This is sadly discouraging. Some of these failed projects where from bounties here while others were airdrops from other sites.

If you are holding a tons of bag of useless illiquid tokens you can go to exchange it into a coin and so that your useless token may have a kind of useful to you. Just like for example investing it or selling your token, or investing it to some crypto gaming website or blockchain gaming website in order to your token may have a kind of useful to you. Investing it to be a key to play some games (https://vegascasino.io/casino/video-slots/wild-pixies?utm_source=ccwp) and earn profit by winning and just playing some blockchain games. If you really want to earn or cut the losses you've getting you can play some games in order to earn more money, but you must need to gain some knowledge in order to play some gambling or games in cryptocurrency so that you can really be able to gain some profit.

Oh, you think when we say useless token, it will be about very low price or umped price, those ones, we can still try our luck and see if we can sell it and use it to buy a better coin provided they will still get buyers, just like I have exchanged some of my useless coins with little value to Binance by swapping it.

There are some coins that you cannot even do anything with, they have become so useless that how many years have they been in the market now, yet they refuse to enter exchange. What can you do with such coin, nothing but to just keep them there as decoration, hoping that one day, magic will happen and mistakenly put them on an exchange.

LOL you're right. We can just praying for a new listing and a big news. But's it's just pray tells.

You still can not decide anything about this, with whom you would not have met, because the viability of tokens does not depend on your decisions. Yes, we practically all keep a lot of tokens earned in the bounty campaigns of ICO or bought as investors. The fact is that we cannot now say for sure which of them can be considered promising and which are useless. Many projects have been working on the creation of the finished product for years. There are cases when tokens begin to grow significantly in price only after a few years. Therefore, if teams still continue to work on their projects, we continue to hope that the value of their tokens will grow sometime.

Cryptocurrency is a very peculiar currency. The cost of tokens in most cases increases only with the development of the project, which served as the idea for the release of tokens. These projects can develop a very long time. Therefore, we correctly do that we keep our tokens for years. Some of them are able to give much greater profit over time than many famous coins.

Best idea is to cut the meeting or make it short and then back to your wallet weed out the trash and shitcoins and find a reasonable not very fair price which you should be expecting and sell your coins and tokens I really doubt there will be anything that can be done most of those devs for the coins are either gone or cannot be found Project is dead thats just it Sell to reduce to much loss

I also have loads of worthless tokens I got from airdrops I did in late 2018. The tokens are just there in the wallet and they are of no use.

I think that when most of us decided to trust a project and invest capital in it, we were always convinced of the great future that ICO would have, since they offered us an endless number of advantages for which it would be worth investing in that token.

Therefore, going out to ask project leaders and people involved in the business will not give another result other than hearing the same arguments as before to invest in this or that project, so it seems banal to try to find an exit to the problem of the failed ICOs in that way.

;D I guess every investor of cryptocurrencies might have bought a cryptocurrency which have turned useless in his/her portfolio. That i would say it's a lesson we have all picked from the previous years. Hopefully, if the crypto market rises again we would not hurriedly invest into any cryptocurrencies without doing researching about the project.

I think that each of us collected a few dozen worthless coins. That's normal. I kind of heard about what the platform, where can be sell all useless coin for symbolic price. So there is a way to get rid of them.

Lets face it. That's the reality of it - that not all projects will be successful. Circumstances like these were inevitable and i think there is really nothing we can do about it.
I, for one do have some tokens that are still not listed in exchanges which i acquired from bounty campaigns way way back. And if i am to base my analysis about those tokens from the projects telegram group chat, i believe that those tokens were already very much pointless. I just can't help but feel miserable and with thoughts that i've just wasted a lot of my precious time. But then again, looks like that you, OP have a plan. Although it may seem futile, but i will still give you the benefit of the doubt. May your plans and effort do yield us, holders of worthless tokens, some miracles in the end.

If the coin has no utility it will have no value. We have hundreds of projects with no active development and their value is near to zero. The market will clear up all these shitcoins.

I had a lot of coin came from bounty before well I can't do anything with the price of that token it was for you to accept that the project is failed or don't have good value, even if you do such things then you will never change that the project is failed they need enough investors and good project to became successful.

I am also holding mine as I rather hold them than selling them in very little price. Holding is very interesting type of investment also as you will not know what will happen in the future either the useless will remain useless or it will climb up to the top.

Your quite persistent person by deciding to act rather than remain silent about the situation. If in case you will be able to solve the problem using the techniques that you are going to do, please don't hesitate to update this thread as I am pretty sure that many will copy your technique if it is effective.

The best option would be to sell them on that platform but I think we should wait a little longer because some projects are still trying to gain their reputation back and you never know what could happen and trigger some action into their coin price. Of course over 90% of them are dead already but I think there is still some hope out there.

what is useful in the past? to be useful in everyday life, I think all crypto is almost the same, they don't have a significant function, only stored in an online wallet.

I think almost everyone of us do. I have wallets dedicated to holding such tokens since they are a lot, then another wallet for holding tokens with real values.

This seems to be difficult to resolve because shit projects keep on launching and we intentionally be part of their bounty programs in a hope they might give us good result but something different will happen like ended having bags of useless shitcoins on our wallets and that is okay for me as I didn't spend much time to have it all I only need small amount of time for them though prices matters but can't do anything about that except making our own due diligence in choosing the best project.

Yeah I'm also one of the people who holds hundreds of thousands of useless and immovable crypto currency tokens. I struggled to get all of these tokens but after I had them the token had no value on the market. It made me disappointed. Most of the coins that I have are coins with static movements. I suffered a big loss with this situation. If you have contributed by meeting great leaders and people who play an important role in the crypto currency, then I also appreciate that there is a good solution so that the market situation can improve soon and can provide definite benefits.

Ok, let unite!
Let's start by coming together!
We can come together by you coming to me and offering to buy all of my useless illiquid tokens!
Sounds good?

Putting sarcasm aside, a bag of useless illiquid tokens will probably stay that way forever.
It's better to face reality, cut your losses, and move on.
If you got a lot of these coins through airdrops and bounty hunting, then nothing lost yeah?
Just your time I guess.
But if you invested money and ended up getting burned, see it as you paying for some very valuable lessons about high risk trading.
Take away what you can learn, and keep on keeping on.

I have more than enough of them stored in my wallet which I got from doing bounty and also airdrop and whenever I see them it reminds me of my wasted efforts and also urges to think and act wisely. And so far I do think anything can be done about it

What would meetings with project leaders, big companies and trading platform do with removing useless tokens? Most of these tokens have no or anonymous team members. They are not affiliated to any companies and they are mostly not listed in any central exchanges. The best way is to leave them as such and transfer your useful tokens to a different wallet.

I am a bit different from you. I do not like to hold many coins and I do not have passion about it anymore. I am just looking for some coins which give me more profits and make me riches. That would be enough for me. My list of a few promising and profitable tokens is like BNB, Ethereum, bitcoin, EOS, Tron and Ripple.

Yes I also have many useless illiquid tokens like you do. Honestly speaking we can not do anything for these coins until and unless dev of those coins do some thing good for their coins. So I am keeping it in my wallet because you never know which coin will be pump otherwise they are worth just pennies. If we transfer these coins to exchange it will cost us so at present it is not sensible  to do anything with these coins just wait when they will rise otherwise leave it as it is. Even there are many coins in my wallet that I don't think will ever listed on any exchange.

We need to believe that we have power when we unite.

If you can't sell, thats the bad luck. I don't think anyone cares in this crypto both the big companies and project leaders you say you are talking to. All of them are just the same. You only overlook and smile if and when anyone of them gets to a reasonable price to sell.

I have a wallet full of useless liquid tokens too. Some have paused development as the dev couldn't raise funds. Some of the coins can't be withdrawn from exchanges after selling as they are below withdrawal amount after deducting transaction exchange fee. However, I believe that 30% of them can make me rich tomorrow, the crypto Market is unpredictable.

I think every bounty hunter does, I possess tons of coins that are of no value at all, some have value of less than a dollar compared to the hundreds or thousands of dollars they ought to worth according to the ICO price, I'm afraid there's nothing any exchange site can do about it apparently.
