It's probably as good a time as any. Prices have dropped hugely since this time last year. Maybe they'll fall a bit further, but hopefully the big drops are now behind us. it's up to you but for me buying tokens is not woth it and very dangerous because as we see nowadays mostly tokens are keep struggling and has a tends as well to become shitcoin in the near future if the market keep fluctuating.  If you want to obtain massive profits in the future perhaps buying ETH,  NEO,  EOS is still a good idea since it's very promising and still had a tends to recover again unlike other coins in the market.

Its better to wait till January ending as market capitalization falling form 121 billin to 114billion USD within 2 days & if its fall again more all coins will test their new all time low price as compared to their all time high price. Prices are quite low at the moment, but the question of whether they will fall further is still wide open, with no indication yet. Volumes are increasing, which is goood, but prices are still following the year-long trendline downwards.
I would say BTC is the one to watch, as this often leads any recovery. If BTC starts to rise dramatically, that might be a good time to buy.
