You best bet would be to wait till they get listed and then sell them at the brink to get as much ETH as possible out of it if you are in dire need of the money. Its generally the top 10 altcoins which are accepted as valid collateral.

Probably you have not seen which collateral OP has offered. The collateral op has offered which cant sell if loan default as it is still no on an exchange. I told the price comes 10 times lower means 51$ when the borrower asked loan for 0.75 eth latter edited the post to take loan 200$. so collateral is 25% of the lending amount and also there is a chance not to be listed on any exchange.
