Good luck my friend. Finally I see a fairly proper loan application although collateral 120% is the common practice. In this bear market a quick drop from 110% can drop the collateral value equal or even lesser than the loan value. Do you have topping up in case the value drop?

There are some lenders who are lenient enough to settle with 110%. One of them is shasan.

Yeah I don't say no. But you have acted like an idiot in that specific case. You have sent to me everything that the scammer @op wanted you to reply.

You've only played his game and that's why I won't ever consider you of being a serious escrow. He played you from the begining to the end. I am saying for a couple of days I will find the time to make a proper topic of how he played with you and you acted not proffesional, but i will at a point when i am more free.
