l created my first account on this forum, when I got message on the dashboard that my IP address has been used for evil .l was just shock since it was my first time I have never signup before. I left the account which is brand new. A friend told me to create another one which l did and l got the same message, l reluctantly make a payment  for evil l don’t know about since that is the only option l have . The second account (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1910995) was ban due to plagiarism when replying to a thread which l agree because l copy a quote and paste as a reply in other to provide a solution to a thread that was raise . l sent a mail to the email I found on the ban message, I did not get any reply which lead me to create another account, after a while raise a topic on the economic board about candlestick analysis (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5103723.msg49484046#msg49484046) which l move to the altcoin section for much people to benefit from the topic, the next day I got ban evasion.

l make a research more on the forum rules, l found out l have broken the rules.

l totally accept all blames and I deserve all punishment due to my low knowledge with regards to forum which should not be an excuse.
I raise the topic according to the forum rules.

You read all the rules after the fact, and apparently you haven't read any of the other ban appeal threads in Meta that say almost exactly what you said in this one.  If you had, you'd know that pleading for forgiveness/begging/pleading doesn't work and that your account won't be unbanned. 

If you acknowledge your rule-breaking and that you "deserve all punishment", then you're going to have to accept what I just stated above.  People don't get second chances for plagiarism here.  If mods started doing that, they'd be doing it for everyone and the problem would only get worse.  Please don't keep asking for a second chance or forgiveness, because we've heard it all before and it's a waste of your time.

There is no plagiarism on my account as a reason for banning the account this was due to ban evasion. You can take a look at my previous comment and topics on this account that was banned.

This is a wasted effort that will end of futile for the OP, asking for forgiveness/pleading for mercy has been attempted numerous times,but for a plagiarist on the forum,mercy cannot be granted.
You were acquainted with the rules,yet you decided to break them,you should also be able to handle the consequences.
Your ban is permanent,it cannot be overturned.
Edit: Ban evasion is also against the rules and it's punishable by a ban to the account that's evading the ban,permanent ban is to the owner of the account as well as the account

Do you think if l know the rules l  will break them when I know the punishment behind it,l wouldn't have done that. If you read carefully l said i copy a quote and paste l never new there was a feature for quoting from external site.

Well, you are requesting which account, which account is forbidden @tosindesign, while account: @wizardcrypto, not banned. Still active. So now you have 3 accounts, 1 is banned 2 active.

I believe you commented on this topic because you are running a signature compaign. Mate let me clarify you on this note am not running three account . Two account have been banned by forum moderator which are tosindesign and wizardcrypto of which reason for banned are honestly stated.The fishdemon was only created to raise a topic according to the rules of the forum which say " if an account is banned , you can created another  to raise a topic on only on meta section of the forum"  especially when you are not getting email feedback from the forum after . Or do you think if wizardcrypto is active don't you think is foolish thing to create fish demon. Please read carefully before making a comment on a thread.

Its really unfair when you think somone discuss here on your thread just for their signature campaign. Your both account got banned for proper reason man.

Already you accept that you have break the forum rules and that's why your account got banned.
