We all know that it always go like that. What caused bitcoin to be down I believe is not just the demand and supply theory. There must be a reason as to why the demand is less which cause it to be down, can be too much regulations, slow transactions and high transaction fees. I also believe that at the because holders are not letting go of their holdings, there is no traffic, no transactions, no uses, no demands, in short stagnancy can also be another factor.

The law of demand and suppyl, is basic and relate to all areas of life, one  of the factor that enhance the bull run is when the demand for BTC  increase, this ultimately increase price, reason why we must be commited to the community to ensure BTC  become accepted globally, especially for online exchange, this is the future. As this will help to stabise BTC price.

The demand and supply has been an essential part not of bitcoin and cryptocurrency, but the whole economy and for the last couple of years, we saw the demand on bitcoin rise and due to its limited supply its price rose quickly, this high demand brought new people and new investors who started getting into the mining to cover this demand, and as we can see now with the problems that the cryptocurrency market is facing the demand has gone down while the supply is still not changed and that is why i believe its price went down.

It aint just commodities but almost everything in this world.
Once the supply is low but people want it, the value of it grows.
Paintings, rare items from sunken ships and as technology grows it is now smartphones which are being valued and other computerized items.

That is how the world will go until the end of the days. Everything is for sale and once they want it more then I can make the price go even higher.

but this supply and demand can change rapidly due to other factors, such as negative news, crime of theft in the wallet or even on exchaners and so on

of course, when buyers automatically increase the number of bitcoins increases and supply decreases, prices will rise. if the demands decrease, the price will also decrease. and in my opinion the factors that influence bitcoin are the function of bitcoin which cannot be used as a payment tool so that buyers are still hesitant, even for investment. that's what causes the decline in the price of bitcoin and the difficulty to rise.

Demand and supply is one variable that can make an impact on the price of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general. However, the blockchain ecosystem is a special one and it is differentiated from the ordinary commodities. There are some other variables that can move the price of Bitcoin up and down, such as the difficulty of mining, the volume of transactions etc.

The factors of demand and supply is a fundamental principle that is applicable to virtually everything that have price. However, these are just for basic understanding in other for the teachers not to confuse us at the time. As we go on in knowledge acquisition we then realize the more important one which is Elasticity which to a large extent gives explanation to certain areas that curiosities never stops.

For bitcoin, while it still respects the fundamental law of demand and supply but the forces that would drive that goes beyond those things we were thought in elementary school. For one reason, bitcoin was not envisaged when the text were written or re-written and for another reason that bitcoin is not confined to space and number of people that a model can be applied or envisaged the importance of whales or sharks as the case may be.

But you might also consider market inefficiency as a part in the variables that affect price movement.

Yes that's how the price of bitcoin being determined. The law of supply and demand has always been applied for it. But with some other things do affect bitcoin's price like manipulation but we don't have any lead on who's the cause of it.

You may want to compute the total circulating supply of bitcoin and it's total market cap currently. And you'll get the exact details on how much is the price of bitcoin has up to date.

demand and supply is applicable to every commodity with price, crypto is not different here also coin price rise when supply get decreased or burned,in case of btc bcz of its low supply and high demand price increase but majority of btc is holded by few guys or group so they control the price ,even if demand is increasing and they are not ready to increase the price then btc will dump so its upto to them to control the market scenario.

in each trading place no matter that in futures trades or traditional trades , supply and demand give huge influence into price.for example when long holiday, the demand for hotels will rise alot and it will effected to hotels price.as long as there are supply and demand price will move with its volatility.

Definitely, but the good thing here is that the supply never grow because it's a fixed supply and with some coins that are lost
in circulation, it will make the supply lower and that will result to a better price as the adoption continues.

That's only a basic explanation but the process to adoption will certainly take time.

Its the fact, the prices were only determined by the demand and supply of bitcoin and it is also same for any crypto currencies or any products which is having prices in this planet.

Honestly it is embarassing that people didn't even know this basic level of knowledge. :-X

Definitely, this is the underlying principle with which Bitcoin works in terms of its movement of price, either upward or downward. Supply and demand is more simple terms works like this, if a commodity has a limited or fixed supply yet it is highly in demand on the market, that commodity automatically becomes valuable because it is hard to come by. This principle applies to Bitcoin because it has a fixed supply of 21M and in an event where its demand increases (more investors joining), the value and price will definitely increase. This is why all crypto enthusiasts must continue to contribute their quota through awareness creation.

It is, IMO, among the primary reasons for bitcoin's price however these are not the only ones. You also have to factor the general sentiment of the people willing to trade, those who hold and the news circulating at any given time. Bitcoin is very much like stock markets, though bitcoin is somewhat special on its own accord, given that TA and other related indicators of measuring the price don't work for the said cryptocurrency.

Oh and by the way, rarity of something doesn't automatically make people drool over it, so there's that for supply and demand.

that is absolutely true. but it is only true in theory and the truth behind it is another story.
The price of bitcoins is always strongly fluctuated because behind it are many whales manipulating its value every day to benefit from investors.
If you want to invest in crypto, you should think carefully because in this market it is not easy to make money and is under a lot of pressure.

There is no other reason for bitcoin to worth anything. If a company makes a product and sells it for 100 dollars, there is three possibilities, either the product will sell A LOT and they will increase the price to something higher because they can and people will pay, or the product will sell just enough and they will keep the product at the same price, or worse scenario people will not buy for that price and since it costs them a certain amount and they can't profit anything lower they will just stop selling.

Bitcoin is not like that, the only reason bitcoin is not 100 dollars or 1 million dollars is the demand and supply, we have a limited supply but we have it all the same and people are willing to pay 3.5 thousand dollars for it now, if people were not willing to pay that much it would go down, if people were willing to pay more than it would go up.

The price of bitcoin is determine purely by demand and supply. The strategy use in bringing the price of bitcoin down is just to spread FUD that will cause investors to redraw their funds thereby causing low demand. Through this the price will go down.

Price increase in price increase quantity supplied, decrease in price decrease quantity supply. Future expect ations. If the supplier expects prices to increase , they save their product for later, decreasing quantity supplied now.
They might burn some of their tokens so the price will be more expensive later. Supply and demand affects the price, its normal for that and the developer will do everything to improve and make the price pump. Follow the supply and deman trend, take profit on that.

But when you spread FUD you even destroy your future trading strategy as well. In short-term you may have profit but in long term, it will be disastrous. This happens because the real value of the market is not clearly depicted in the market cap. Of course the same happens when you spread fomo.

Yes it does, the market price of cryptocurrency is affected by the demand and supply in the market. This is what determines and drives the market price. If the demand is too high the market price will surely rise.

I think the demand and supply are just terms, it's just fictitious. Actually who "really needs" BTC / Alts?
In the end they will not use it for anything else but will still be sold in the same place and same exchange, but with a different position, top position.

Yes because we can see that infect on bitcoin pricing.  If you look at the order book you will find out that the buyer are not ready to pay much because we have numerous sellers that are ready to sell at a very cheap price.  I think the factor of demand and supply are really playing out.

As an economist I strongly believe that before one should concludes on the fact that the price of commodities went down or went up something must be responsible for the demand to be less than the supply or the other way round. Some of the reasons which the first respondent to your post has mentioned are all valid in my opinion.

Prices can go up and down with the demand and supply is indeed certain, but for the current situation, bitcoin price movements are very affected about outstanding issues. In addition, the occurrence of whale manipulation has made the bear market continue so far which certainly has a bad effect on the crypto market itself.

Supply and demand will be one of many factors in bitcoin besides the news on everywhere. People right now want to buy bitcoin at a low price, but in another position, people would also want to sell bitcoin at a high price. But in bitcoin, some people have a large amount of bitcoin, and I think they are other factors besides supply and demands. But maybe I am wrong about that.

Considering Bitcoin with respect to demand and supply, the best thing here is that bitcoin supply is limited to  21 million. Further more if the bitcoin wallet passphrase is lost, those bitcoin will never be used ever so it will be minus from total supply.  Once you will see more demand for bitcoins and knowing that its supply is limited, bitcoin price will sky rocket. Maybe you will not realize this now but for sure it will happen in future.

On each and every commodity related business it is purely on demand to supply availability. With bitcoin the same is a big thing for its growth in much shorter time period. In the beginning it wasn't known to the people, and when the userbase began to increase with massive adoption the price began to rise based on the lower availability to the increased demand.

I would like to believe that it is true for Bitcoin too, but we know that different strategies are used to simulate fake demand and supply by scrupulous exchanges. We know transaction volumes are faked and we also know whales are used to manipulate the price. <Constantly dumping and buying to maximize their profits>  :P

A lot of the regulated exchanges are playing by the book and you will not find fractional reserve practices, but these things are happening on the more dodgy exchanges.  >:(

Yes, because of manipulation. Demand and supply should always be balanced. In Bitcoin, today's demand x supply status is = supply>demand.  Compared to before, the demand in cryptocurrency is quite low but there's a theory that today's status of demand and supply in bitcoin will dramatically change because of the things that will happen soon.

If you are going to analyze it, the most influential and the alphas of the world are trying to get ready for something and will affect almost every field, aspect, and industries of life. Cryptocurrency will be going to be on demand and so on the golds. Fiat currency will go down and the only currencies that will matter will be the digital assets and a bunch of golds.

Yes it is very important factor about the price as when so many bitcoin will  be sold so demand will be a little down, because the more people sell the more price gets down but when people keep on holding so price will rise because demand will be high so that’s why I always hold and buy  at low price while I never think about selling now about selling.

Big countries are hard to convince because they also have interests, they have banks to protect which is the opposite of crypto since we are
decentralized here. Everyone should continue promoting crypto, educating people so the government will see that we are still supporting despite

Yes, the big whales manipulate the market mostly, they supply a lot of demand thereby dumping the price and create a panic sells order, innocent investors then sell at loss as the price goes down further, then whales buy back in at cheaper price.

of course supply and demand factors really influence quite a bitcoin prices, because bitcoin itself has a limited supply and high demand, so the price can go up very high, but it is also influenced by trends in the crypto market which make prices bitcoin cannot rise even though the demand in the market is quite large.

Of course, the price of bitcoin, as well as other types of cryptocurrency is determined solely on the ratio of supply and demand. The price of a decentralized cryptocurrency is not regulated by any other authorities. Therefore, it is difficult to predict its price. It can change very quickly under the influence of certain news information and therefore has a very high price volatility.

of course bitcoin is influenced by demand and supply factors, even pure bitcoin prices occur from these supply and demand. when demand rises and supply is limited, then people will be willing to buy at high prices, and this is what makes the price of bitcoin soar, and vice versa

Bitcoin is the same way the price of your mobile phone, a bag of any fruits, and just aboutevery thing else is determined. Supply abd demand has been the determining factor in setting the value of not only bitcoin but also to the other cryptocurrencies. Exchanges and the presence of many cryptocurrencies competing in the market can also affect the price of bitcoin.

Cryptocurrencies have been created as an alternative to the overly regulated world of traditional finance, which generates an increasing concentration of capital and power in the hands of banks and large corporations year after year.

In essence, the digital currency market is as close as possible to perfect competition. Such a model implies a free exchange, free of coercion and without extraterritorial coercion, on the will of the interacting parties.

If digital money is spread as much as possible, banks will lose their power over people. Nowadays, banks are parasites that do not produce anything, but only rob people. In essence, banks should help countries develop, not rob from, for the sake of their profits.

Cryptographically protected digital currencies in distributed networks are clearly not in a position to "win". However, the actions of major players in the world of traditional finance can create certain obstacles to the growth of the cryptographic industry, in particular the development of its infrastructure. In the future, the trend towards regulatory barriers in the form of KYC/AML, various limits and other tricks for governments and banks to make it difficult to purchase cryptographic assets through popular payment methods may be expected to increase.

The factors of supply and demand defines every aspect of our life. In cryptocurrency issue, I believe that it is the same as our daily commodities. If bitcoin is recognized by the goverment then the demand on it will rise. The price is determined based on the availability of supply.

That's right, demand and supply factors are an influence on market prices, but demand and supply factors are also influenced by the news circulating.

In anything buying and selling, the factor: demand and supply always play crucial role in determining the price of a commodity especially in a free market like cryptocurrency market. As far as bitcoin is concern, its price is influenced greatly by the supply in circulation and of course how people demand for it.

When I was in college we were taught that the price of any commodity is determined by the factors of demand and Supply to a large extent.
In your understanding, do you think that the price of bitcoin is determined by the factors of demand and supply?

Personally yes, I believe the crypto market is determined by demand and supply, although I think it's also sometimes manipulated by big whales.

Even for big whales to manipulate the market, they will still have to deal with the demand and supply factor for a successful manipulation to take place.

If your professor told you so then they were not wrong because it is actually determined by the demand and supply. So you should believe in your professor already and stop being doubtful to yourself. Aside from demand and supply, there are other factors that could make the market move.

Yes, in my opinion, one of the factors driving the price of bitcoin is supply and demand, where the number of bitcoins is limited and the number of requests that continue to increase makes the price of bitcoin higher, but when the demand declines, the price of bitcoin will also decrease. This is a simple matter of the bitcoin market law if we do not pay attention to other factors.

Yes! At some point it was a supply and demand in market before the price change it needs a help of a investors to affect the price for doing a transaction that will help to the systems with that if a lot of investors will use it there will be a lot of transaction fees that will help to the price grow. At some point also the holder effect the price also because they didnt use the system any transaction and fees is gone and it was the reason why the price stable and gets dump sometimes.

Most of cryptocurrency and not just Bitcoin is determined through supply and demand. The reason why the price of Bitcoin is high is because the supply is lesser than the others and the demand is high.

This emotions are actually disadvantageous to the market and should not be allowed to thrive in it,when traders bring in such emotions into trading, they tend to be irrational and cause price manipulations based on the idea they feel is correct based in their emotions/thoughts.
Trading should be free of emotions, and definitely the higher the demand or the supply, the better for the cryptocurrency market in general

In some cases our coin transcends mathematical rules, but in another way it can not fool them. We need to create a personal algorithm based on our beliefs; combining the aspects of rigorous economic rules with the versatility of the market, implicitly of the coin. Obviously, the sum of the subjective auxiliary elements remains at our discretion if we have to neglect them more or less. Whenever I try to visualize the rules that our market has, I start from the hypothesis that what if it's the opposite of what I thought. To be short, we must be able to distinguish between particular cases and linear cases.

And people can't determine which is fake or not because they let their emotions take the wheel instead of being more critical about any news they follow. A coin's demand and supply also largely depends on how it presents itself and it's projects. Good coins create big demands because investors who look at the future believe they'll have real actual use.

I remember one scam ICO that happened and it is really in hype. Emotions took over, demands sky rockets and people are following it until it blows to just an imaginary project.

This kind of things in crypto currencies should be prevented. I mean, we can prevent it and look for a project with a company already or a real product in the market.

Is there anything you know that is not like that? Of course the price of Bitcoin is being determined by the rate of demand and that of supply. That’s why sometimes you will see some people talking about whales who comes to pump the market price at times. It’s because the price is determined by demand and supply, that’s why they are able to do that (and also the bitcoin can also be easily manipulated), when demand (buy) large quantities, the price begins to go up.

It can't be prevented when greed is the main driver here. Legitimate projects continue to struggle because they can't make senseless claims that scam projects can to attract insane amounts of funds.

In the same way, these scam projects have large balances to make themselves pop up everywhere on social media, while the legitimate projects rely on 'mouth to mouth' social media marketing coming from actual users....

It's an unfair world we live in, but as long as greed remains the main driver here, scam projects will continue to pump harder and thus net you more profit during the next bull wave.

thinking as demand and supply; price of Bitcoins goes up and down as if each bitcoin was being sold where buyers and sellers wander in and out, each seller assumng his coin has a certain value, and each buyer willing to pay only some specific top price, so exchange prices. And when some buyer and some seller agree on a agreement price,  transfer is occured.

I am totally sure that the market moves by the Supply-Demand, in fact, if you apply Wyckoff's theory, the Bitcoin chart fully complies with this law, because if the Demand is greater than the offer the price rises and if the Demand is lower than the Offer, the price down.

The volume of transactions can be observed and the Law of Effort-Result is fully applicable, this applies, since Bitcoin has an acceptable market structure, that is, it can study its Accumulation and Distribution phases.

Many speculators use different theories of study, some investors apply their knowledge to acquire profits, because they are completely sure that this market obeys the Law of Supply-Demand, which is something different from Stock Market, because in the market of cryptocurrencies , there is a high volatility, and that is what makes this type of market interesting.

When the supply of goods is large but the demand for goods is small, the goods will be sold at a low price so that the goods can be sold quickly, whereas if the supply of goods is small and the demand for goods is very high, the price of the item will rise so is bitcoin on the crypto market.

I think thats the same. Whales have huge supply and in that case, it will be impactful in terms of price in the market. The interesting fact about Bitcoin and altcoins is, it has limited supply which will be a good indication of a good high price when theres a strong demand with the supply in the market.

What has made you say the demand is growing everyday? There may be more merchants accepting and adopting bitcoin, and more developments being done however I wouldn't say that the demand has been growing. Demand = people wanting to buy and since the price decrease last 2017, people have been doubtful of buying bitcoin since then (the general public, that is). Even with the crypto community so actively engaging, the demand for bitcoin has been stagnant. But that would only be my opinion as well.

A stock is very different on cryptocurrency. There's a huge difference between those two and shouldn't be compared, they aren't connected to each other. Stocks are manipulated by the investors of the company and its action towards the community. Cryptomarket can be manipulated by everyone, the changes can be dramatic if there's a massive hype on that specific cryptocurrency.

If people using bitcoin for transaction or for investment, the demand of bitcoin will increase and the price will follow
I think the one that most influences the demand and supply is the trust factor. with good price trust to buy it will affect the psychology of investors to buy and vice versa. so a trend will occur, which can be a reference for traders to transact. the more requests, of course, will make other traders believe that prices will rise

so far yes, because the other investment assets are the same, that is influenced by suppy and demands. when the supply is running low but demands increase, it can make prices go up very high, and vice versa when there is a lot of supply, even though demands increase but prices can actually go down. I experienced this situation now for the love bird. when there is more supply, there are also many demands, but many traders actually reduce market prices so they don't compete. that's normal in any industry.

This is common knowledge. Decentralized cryptocurrency is not secured, has no financial support compared to the usual currency, which have such support from central banks. Decentralized cryptocurrency exists only on the basis of the ratio of supply and demand. Therefore, it has a high price volatility. For several days, it can rise in price or fall by 30-50 percent and this will be considered normal.

If you do not take into account the more insignificant factors, but to look only at the main thing, then yes. In fact, Bitcoin rose so much in 2017 because of its popularity, and therefore, because of such a huge demand for it. Growth trends will appear when Bitcoin’s popularity increases (or its need in the modern world).

You forgot one thing why bitcoin became so popular that time, it's because of all the positive news, (CBoE and CME bitcoin future contracts is the last great catalyst), but after the demand has wane out and so at the price.

So everyone 'buy" the news in the market. And that's how the market operates. Positives news will result in more demand, and no news or complete FUD will make the market goes down.

Well the same thing is used in the pricing of bitcoin. Prices are still so connected to the real usage. That is why if a big whale (big time investors) dumps, then it is for certain that prices will as well go down. The result is that more supply is now available and the usage is low with respect to the remaining volume of unused coins. If you might have observed the prices sometimes drop vertically straight. This is just a sign that some are moving out or is trading their coins.

The demand for Bitcoins is based on the awareness about Bitcoin, its popularity, the trust among crypto community members, and a lot more. If the demand is high and the supply does not meet the demand, this causes a spike in the Bitcoin rate. There are only a total of 21 million Bitcoins that can be mined, thus supply is very controlled and price will keep on increasing. Once it will be unlocked, the supply will essentially be exhausted unless its protocol is changed to allow for a larger supply.

The major determinant of crypto currency price is the law of demand and supply mate, news are just factors that facilitate demand and supply. The news you talked about is what makes people consider either cashing out or not, when people make this decision, if demand and supply does not play out, everything will become static.

Even if the president of the united states comes out today to say he is in full support of crypto, that news alone will not make the price go up if there is no demand, but it will rather facilitate demand which in turn affects the price of the coin.

Even though we have that huge demand but it is still far enough to reach its limitations. We don't know if there is a back-up numbers of bitcoin hide for now and 21 million circulating supply is just we know since before. The only possibility when it totally mined, there might be an increase of price and we surely get more profits during that time.

To be agree it is true that news are not reality I think as some news come for our benefit and some are not for us, so it has not effect about price but demand and supply makes market shake and price also get change with it, I think it has ability to raise the price when in market demand become higher than supply, and falls when supply become higher than demand so both of them are inversely proportional.

Why not mate demand and supply are the two factors which has ability to increase and decrease the value of crypto along with the price, when in market supply become higher than demand it makes market go bearish and when demand rises than supply so it makes price higher, and makes bull run, news are all fake just make your own analization.

Of course I do, totally and support myself according to Wyckoff's theory, where:

If the Demand> Offer prices go up.
If the Offer> Demand the prices go down.

This is the basic principle, and can be applied fully to the speculative market of Bitcoin and Altcoins.

When Wyckoff refers to the Law of Supply and Demand, it is towards the stock in the Stock Market, where many of these shares are backed in some way, either by having liquidity with FIAT money or by having Gold or any other precious metal backing .

The current market of Bitcoin is not only governed by this Law of Supply and Demand, it also has a factor that distinguishes between markets like the Stock Market, and it is the high volatility, and its support behind blockchain technology.

Many speculators can talk about the news influencing, that there is manipulation, but the cryptocurrency trader understands very well the concept of Law of Supply and Demand, and hence all the speculation is derived.

Yes.  Prices of cryptocurrencies in general are determined by demand and supply... more like how food or property prices are determined by demand and supply. If food is scare and demand is high the price shoots up and likewise properties.
Bitcoin works in this way too. It is scarce already, so high demand does push the price up as a result.

I realize that high demand will cause prices to rise if the supply is low. This means that there is a great need for crypto money which causes a lot of demand.
But what happens instead is the price will decrease if the supply is very large while the demand is very small, inevitably if you need coins to be sold even though the price drops.
This happens in the business world in any field, so it doesn't need to be surprised and don't panic, because it's natural.

I think that since you graduated from school nothing has changed. The price of goods is still determined by supply and demand. And I think that until humanity comes up with another form of mutual relations, supply and demand will still manage the price of goods and services. Bitcoin in this regard is in gains in relation to other currencies since its offer will be limited to 21 million. BTC. If the demand for Bitcoin will grow steadily, the price will also grow. Now it is important to integrate Bitcoin into the realm of the real economy.

If I think theoretically, I can easily say yes, but if I think with a realistic approach, I think that the Bitcoin price is not determined by the supply-demand balance. Theoretically, I can say that the answer to the answer to yes briefly states that the prices are based on the supply-demand balance and when these two balances meet at a common point, the transactions are realized. But to explain my realistic thought is unfortunately not the case. Especially when we think that many big investors, big investor groups and speculators are trading in the market, we can conclude that these prices are determined by these people. I can say that if these people make upward trend, the prices are constantly moving upwards, and when prices are down, prices continue to move downwards. In short, the answer to the question you ask in theoretical thinking will certainly be yes, but the answer to the question you ask in realistic thought is undoubtedly no.

Is there any product that isn't affected by demand and supply? That is just a normal and cryptocurrency is not an exception, it is also being affected by it. Since you already knows the factors of demand and supply ,you should also know how it works, does the factors can increase in demand and when the demand for cryptocurrency is high, the price will also be high and when the demand is low, price follows it down. It's as simple as that.

the price of bitcoin is determined by the factors of demand and supply, if there is a lot of demand like investors, buyers, traders, and miners with bitcoin for sure the value of bitcoin will also increase.
Demand and supply can make the price of anything to either go up or down. But this one of cryptocurrency, especially is too much to the extent it pisses me off. The volatility it's too much. Though I do know that some people are able to make money through it's volatile nature but still it pisses me off cause it's just too much and I haven't been able make anything much from it yet.

one of the factors of the price movement of bitcoin or altcoin is demand and supply. but in my opinion, another very important factor is one's interest in owning and using crypto currencies is also very important. interest will arise when a crypto has good quality so that it will provide trust value. against users to own or use that currency. so that the currency will have a high selling value when it has good quality and gets the value of trust from users.

of course the price of bitcoin is determined by the number of requests and offers. because bitcoin is decentralized there is nothing to regulate and control so that demand and offers that make bitcoin fluctuate. then demand and supply are influenced by the news if there is bad news about bitcoin, most of the beginner investors will be affected and sell their coins, of course this will increasingly make the price of bitcoin down because of the increasing number of offers. and if there is good news, the number of requests will increase.

Yes but also there isn't supply of every demand.
Btw if you want to look bitcoin from basic economy knowledge, it's like bitcoin is factory where high demand = high price but also your price must cover fees of production (mining). If price of production is higher than the actual price of product, you keep producing with loss and hope of future profit or stop producing (miners keep mining with loss or stop mining if it's unpofitable). But also there is another thing, halving. Now imagine this like following: You produce very high quality product but every four year there is regulation set on you which makes you to produce half of current product in every four year. In this situation demand is still same or grows because your quality is great but supply lowers.
Now imagine tx fees, it's like distributors have to take your product but because of demand and price, sometimes fee is low or high.

It really have a big role in the market since that's the reason for market price fluctuations. All the market supply will be uncontrollable which one way that we couldn't see a stabilize price and even causing its volatility characteristic.

with the high demand in the market and limited bitcoin stock that can make the price slowly rise, there have been many moments that occur with the large funds entered in bitcoin the price situation has increased even though not significantly.

Btc price is affected by a number of factors such as media report, government policies, etc. However, all these factors affect the price by influencing the principle of demand and supply. All these factors affect how people invest or pull out of btc.
The most important indicator that influences the increase in bitcoin prices is the amount of bitcoin demand, so that the available supply is less so that it affects traders to increase prices.
From the large demand will create prices that increase along with the increasing trust in bitcoin throughout the world, this will encourage countries that have been rejecting the presence of bitcoin to be willing to accept it, because it will affect the industry, especially the tourism industry.

When I was in college we were taught that the price of any commodity is determined by the factors of demand and Supply to a large extent.
In your understanding, do you think that the price of bitcoin is determined by the factors of demand and supply?
Yes, because we know that the bitcoin have a limited supply and when the demand of it in the market increase the price of it are also increases on which can give us a profit. On the other hand, when the demand are low the price are also low but the supply of it are never change that results to price fluctuations.

It's an internet money, the demand will increase as there is an increase of adoption on online transaction using bitcoin.
We need to support bitcoin now if you are also investing at the same time, we are early investors here that could get a good profit once it will go mainstream.

That's true, demand and supply are driven by the things around us especially if there's a good news or bad news. In cryptomarket, price movement is not the only basis for you to invest because you have to know the current news with that coin and if there's a development. Its easy to understand the law of supply and demand, but don't depend on that one because even if there's no demand right now, it can increase in the future.

Is just one of factors but there are more factors who make the price of bitcoin be where is, money on bitcoin market, people who buy and sell, miners and traders.
There are differences about that, for news, adoption, miners, people who buy and sell, and so on are things that affect demand and
supply in the market. and what affects market prices is demand and supply, so it must be distinguished between that.

Yes according to me as well one of the factors which is driving the price is demand and supply. When the number of bitcoin will become limited and the number of buyers will be high then price will rise automatically, but when the demand declines it will take part in price of bitcoin reduction, but try to hold your coin for long term and don’t sell right now panic price.

Of course the price of bitcoin is also influenced by supply and demand when there is good news about bitcoin, so there will be many people buying bitcoin and automatically this will make prices soar, and vice versa. But there are other things that affect the price of biitcoin, namely the existence of halving day, in the presence of this will make the price of bitcoin higher even though many experience corrections because the number of bitcoins that are successfully mined will decrease in the allotted time. supply decreases but demand continues to grow

The supply and demand factor is only a small component of the bitcoin price. Today, the main role is played by price manipulation and the wound volume of which in fact is not.
The latest price increase was accompanied by daily volumes of $ 80 billion in which 70 % of the wound volume.

Yes always the bitcoin or something else regarding the price is affected by demand and supply, even if is about gold or any precious metal, but sometimes the price of bitcoin or crypto or stocks share can be affected by some news, and by some whales who want to invest or sell a lot.

Not easy to estimate such numbers when bots are working on exchanges, there's no fix numbers with those liquidity, the number of bitcoins generated are negligible and still it doesn't mean straight up, with the possibility of bitcoins skyrocket or went down digits vary alot of factors, for newcomers trend analysis is the best picture you can get.Biggest players would always be the big player that could move the market, making your holding up and down over matters of seconds
