Great project. BotCompare — a rating platform for crypto trading bots and most of all is there a need to deposit a money and how much would it be?

How often you will test bots?

Hey, thank you for your question.

At the moment we're just spending our own funds to test bots and share the results (we're a group of traders, trading since mid-2016).
We're depositing different sums and try different packages on bots, thus trying to present an overview of all options and answer the questions like:

- how much one should deposit to break even (taking into account a flat fee of tariff)
- what currency pair to choose/ what strategy to pursue

And some the like. So that's how it works :)

I have few things to share here.

The site is simple and looks neat. You need to tweak it for faster loading. And I wonder, there are so much of bots for crypto.

1. Did you use the same scenario on all bots and trade at the same time? If so, What did you find out?

2. You can post a tabulated results of comparison from all bots. This can help users to cross compare the bots and pick the better one based on their trading needs.

3. Did you think about ranking the bots?

4. You have made reviews about different bots. You can ask the bot dev to join a video/audio session with you and explains the features of his/her own bot.

5. Award some discounts/coupons to your viewers from the bot developers side. Engage more audience.

1. Yes, basically we use the same scenario, and at the moment the only thing we find is that many of them just don't work :D
2. Yes, once we have two additional bots tested — probably this week the table will be ready and we will keep it updated on a weekly basis.
3. Yes, it's related to the previous question.
4. We are planing to start doing regular sessions, but a bit later.
5. That's interesting, though it is not the main priority — we believe that as we present valuable data on bots, people can make their own educated decisions, and maybe only after that we will present any discounts/coupons

Sounds interesting, i will follow this and see how it goes. I personally have never used a trading bot, there are so many different ones outside.. and most of them doesn't make any profit. so its nice to see that someone will test and review the bots. hopefully you wont get payed for a good review 8) keep up your work!
