AFAIK that's what called dex trades. Connect your wallet, deposit your funds to smart contract, put orders, execute transactions, withdraw it back. You can do it with Forkdelta, Etherdelta, and literally almost every DEXes out there. Not a new product, just like Forkdelta.

OP's link is not a DEX. It is some sort of binary options game, but it's too unclear how and what are they trying to achieve.
From what I see, there is betting pool for prices up/down and odds are like on mutual betting sites like Onehash.com
Unnecessary complicated and with low volume/

Maybe you are right, but i saw volumes but not all time. On demo trading almost all time...
I like binary options, but 99% of  them are scams... maybe this project will be great....

First time seeing it but anything that deals with smart contracts in most cases has that feature of instant depositing and withdrawal. At least I have witnessed this with Ethereum network and EOS.

It is not a new thing, this are the exchange we actually call decentralized exchange where you can use your private key to get your coin into the exchange and make trade without having to go through any KYC test or having fear of your coin being hacked since you are still the one in control of your private key. We actually have quite a number of them, the pupolar dex are etherdelta and forkdelta.

I used to trade on that platform, and I was very happy to do it, because in my opinion it was a very good platform to use.

Not gonna lie to you. I have never used the platform mentioned above before since it seems less popular. You might wanna do deeper digging before using it to avoid falling into a scammy exchange.
The idea of trading using smart contracts is good thou.

Yes, this is a binary option which is based on Ethereum network. I haven't tested it yet, but I will gave you one thread I found: p2ptrade.io-decentralized p2p trading platform.Based on smart contracts (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5077449.0). But since this is a binary options, it's more of a gamble to me, so just be careful. Also you can PM the user p2ptrade (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2490826/) directly if you have any questions or doubts.
