I'd agree that it was informational. It's still up for sale on their site. Perhaps it sells on that site with 10 minutes left in this auction. I would not consider it a bid until you are told it's a bid. I'll allow Hox to verify themselves, because it's possible that it was just an advertisement/self-promotion for their own sale, but it's not unheard of for people to jump increments; happens in almost every auction.
