Introducing an entirely new physical collectible, the Bitcoin Cigarette-Style Box!  Dollars should always come with a warning label!  Load the box with rolled dollar bills and leave on display, or keep the box shut if you prefer.  

Ships flat; very simple to assemble; fold the edges, adhere the ends, you're done - takes 5 seconds.  Box measures 3.5 inches by 1.8 inches.

Pricing:  .0042BTC ($15), plus $6 shipping domestic or $20 international

Limit per customer:  maximum x5 boxes per customer for the first 1 week of sale.  After that, unlimited.

Shipping in the next few days; just waiting on some appropriately-sized plastic toploaders to ship them in.  :)

Status Update:

Should start shipping in the next week.  Still waiting on toploaders; BCW told me they are currently backordered, and I don't trust shipping them without a protective sleeve.
