Very good to know about the QuarkChain announcement because which will help the community to get more updated information from the team, already i am of the member of their telegram which helps to find some information and their future implementations according to their roadmap.

TOKEN 2049, the premier crypto event in Asia, will be held in Hong Kong from March 13 to March 14. Dr. Qi Zhou, the founder and CEO of QuarkChain, will be invited to attend the conference and give a keynote speech on “Boson Consensus: A Scalable Blockchain Sharding Consensus”. What’s more, QuarkChain will hold an offline event with several famous blockchain projects such as CoinSuper, Ontology, and so forth on the evening of March 13 to share the future and solutions of the public blockchain and communicate with the blockchain enthusiasts.

QuarkChain will officially launch the Mainnet 1.0 Singularity on April 30, 2019 UTC+8. Mainnet Singularity will finish what Ethereum 2.0 plans to achieve ahead of time and will be the world’s first blockchain project that fully implemented state sharding technology. In addition, QuarkChain so far is the only public chain looking into supporting various consensus algorithms, multiple virtual machines, and multi-native tokens. The state sharding technology implementation, the most outstanding feature in QuarkChian, is considered as one of the most challenging technologies in the blockchain industry.

At the same time, QuarkChain announced the launch of “Guardian Plan”. Hash power guardians are being recruited within the global community to guarantee the security of the mainnet system.

Yes, there are many people who still have very good hope on this project due to the potential things they are doing in the background. This year they are going to release their Mainnet in Q2 which it is going to be a very good sign because it is one of a very good indication soon they will be having their own blockchain which helps them to get more partnerships with the companies to extend their resources to further level.

I fully agree, now many things are in the test, we will soon run the test network v2.5, where many options will work normally.

The developers promised to release the mainnet in Q1, wouldn't it?

Little bit delay is understandable and makes sense seeing the mainnet is planned on 30th of April. That means we may expect token swap in  May at least because feedback from the stability and security of mainnet will be important as well. Anyways isn't much time and seeing Sharding to be implemented before everyone else including Ethereum as well, makes excited.

Exactly, I can speak for myself here, as I am one of the ardent fans of the project and its development field. We are waiting, especially since we are already working in the test network and testing it in full.

Soon I will launch a topic related to mining QuarkChain, there will be explained what and how.

Just curious about your opinion regarding what will be the feature to attract the demand, we know that we have a very strict competition while another big major platform like EOS and TRON have already launched its network but no demand at all.

I can't give you a comparison with other projects here, but I can tell you that QuarkChain will surpass them in every sense, not just in terms of performance. In addition to the launch of the main network will be a lot of events that will show how the network develops.

Quarkchain is one of the best project of the year which will set new direction for this ecosystem. It have very large community and it is growing more faster than before I believe this won't remain undervalue for long time surely it will become next big star.

Fixed-Supply Token Model With Dynamically-Added Shards/Chains
Introduction

Currently, most of the blockchains adopt either a fixed-supply token model or inflation-supply token model. For example, Ethereum adopts inflation-supply token, although the Constantinople hard-fork will reduce block reward from 3ETH to 2ETH. Bitcoin employs fixed-supply token model, which halves the block reward in every 210,000 blocks and thus the limit of the supply is 21,000,000.

The next-generation blockchain will have multi-shard/multi-chain. By adding more shards/chains on-demand, the capacity of blockchain could be increased to meet the needs of more transactions per second (TPS) on blockchains. However, one tricky case is how to impose a proper token model on the shards/chains. In this article, we will discuss a fixed-supply token model with dynamically-added shards/chains.

I've encountered projects that are very promising but later on the enthusiasm of supporters died down. This might be a good project to look at but I am wondering what are the strategic plans of the dev team to maintain the dynamism of its community? Very few can survive long term so keeping its life is really a challenge.

Today is the 30th, at what time will the main network be launched?
What is the address of the official pool and where to download the official miner for this algo (I hope all these manipulations in the docker were needed only for the test network)?

The transfer will be available after passing the SWAP of coins. about three months.
What you see on the Binance is a token ERC-20 and now the main network of the coin is running!

Docker is needed now too, there will be no pools for some time due to the lack of transfer coins

I wonder is there any new thread for this token or simply there was no activity in all these months. Once I took break and went off since then same. I see swap announcement and decided to see what's going here as telegram is full of users. QKC will be swapped in multiple waves since exchanges will perform swap according to their own schedules. Follow the official announcements to avoid unpleasant situation for swaps.

How many coins in circulating in fact? According CMC there is only 2.4 bln of coins in circulating but according Coingesko there is 3.7 bln out of 10 mln in circulatin already... ?

I don't quite understand why Binance has not updated QKC to mainnet. Or are they already on on mainnet? I don't understand.

There seem to be a coin and token version of QKC. Kucoin is incompatible with Binance. And mining QKC can only produce coins compatible to transfer to Kucoin and not to Binance. Addresses in Binance are also 8 characters short.

So what is the reason for this. Quarkchain, please have some corrections in the exchanges so not to confuse people and avoid making people lose their  money because moving their QKC to incompatible exchanges such as in Binance.

To developers, please make corrections now, especially now that QKC prices are going up. Because we don't want to lose momentum.
