Title: Litecoin Surges 10% Within Minutes – What’s Triggering the Crypto Rally?
Post by: CryptoTrump on March 05, 2019, 08:27:35 PM
Within minutes, Litecoin (LTC), the fifth most valuable asset in the global crypto market, surged by 10 percent against the U.S. dollar.

The sudden short-term rally of Litecoin was followed by the recovery of Bitcoin from around $3,700 to $3,868.

Bitcoin is en route to breaching the $3,900 resistance level once again after defending the $3,700 mark with relative ease.

What’s Behind the Litecoin Rally and Can Bitcoin Sustain Momentum?

According to many traders, the recent price movement of Litecoin was more technical than fundamental.

For the first time since July, Litecoin broke out of a key resistance level above 0.01 BTC mark with a strong performance against both BTC and the USD.

Throughout the past 3 months, Litecoin has performed relatively well in comparison to most cryptocurrencies in the global market.

I think that Litecoin halving started the bull run. Always altcoins followed Bitcoin in growth or in crash. But now, for the first time in the history Bitcoin is following Litecoin in growth.
For me it is a good signal. I do not think that Litecoin will rise and Bitcoin will continue with falling.

I did not hear a fundamental reason behind this price increase. But I do not think that technical reasons can influence the price so much. It is just crypto's volatility as usual.

It's too early to say that the cryptocurrency will grow and the fact that the bullish trend began very early, we could not break the resistance line, I think we will see the fall of litecoin and bitcoin!

Well, lets see if this is really bull run for LTC or just temporary surge.
I think halving alone is not only reason for the rising price, it must be there are some other things.
We know that ETH block reward has been halved too, but the price stay the same in the market.
