Read the OP carefully, you misunderstood the OP, he is not buying BTC, he is selling BTC for Paypal.

Hi dozerz, are you selling only BTC? I want to send 2000 USD on bitfinex, so I would like to buy anything that I can transfer there and sell for USD.

Sent the paypal to him just now and received the bitcoin we agreed upon via a previous pm earlier in the week.
This is the fastest trade I have done buying bitcoin from paypal on the forum so far.
Very impressed this time since the other three deals were done took a day to complete due to different timezones I think.

responded. I have BTC and cash in all major currencies and I need to meet  50% cash : 25% Gold : 25% BTC reserve due to more buyers than sellers on main street. I can wait more than 30 days until paypal payment fully clears. That is not an issue.  I can also escrow the amount of BTC up front relating to this transaction with reputable bitcointalk escrow so there is no risk on you on paypal chargebacks.

I do not think the thread is active and required to trade as the last update of the thread was about a year ago. But I want to make you confirm that if OP wants to open trade again then still s/he will not make any deal with you as it is reversible payment gateway and you are a newbie who can scam any number of amount.
