I hope you've also formed some other way to track and measure the different impacts (as much info as possible!) as a direct result of the signature campaign. I know personally that there is an active West African community in the altcoin sections, I hope they see this opportunity to earn a bit of Bitcoin and promote awareness of Bitcoin.

I am not from Africa but I understand these people need crypto more than us people who have banks to look after (do they really do?). The payment rates are low, for someone who come from developed nations, but in African nations, I think it makes sense for locals there. Additionally, it gives them motivations to grow up faster with decent posts and constructive topics. Campaigns are always there, they opened and close from time to time, and chances to join high payment-rate campaigns are opened for everyone. Let's grow up, improve your quality, your contributions, build up your accounts, sometimes you can join highly payment-rate campaigns for sure, African users. As you can see within recent weeks, there are some good paid campaigns opened, but there is no chance for airdropped higher rank users to join. Those campaigns' managers tend to accept self-made users. I think that the forum has jumped into new era, the era of self-made users. Higher rank users will only be able to join shitty campaigns, if they even can not earn 5, 10, or 20 merits more than one year after the merit system's birthday. Due to the reality that signatures of the campaign tend to use Green-colored theme, so I thought that it should be better for the campaign in general if it can stick to basic Green-colored theme, for both signatures and avatar. In short, I think it should be better if you spend a bit of time to re-design the avatar to switch its theme to Green-colored. Additionally, Africans tend to prefer bright colors, like Green, Red, Yellow, so why not redesign both signature and avatar with main colors are Red and Yellow, that are closer to the background of safaris, that are familiar with Africans? Right now it's the pay value discouraging participants. It is not strange, fella. Users tend to have more interests and pay more attention on bounty topics, not merit challenge topics, or community topics. It is due the the fact that there are a large proportion of users come there first with intention to earn money, not to get knowledge, technical advice, etc. I opened my merit challenge more than one month ago (five weeks ago), there is very little interests. More than 70 sMerits available to give away (high strict rules) [Members only] (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5109876.0) This is a proof that most of the users here are inclined with payments rather than helping someone else. I do have a project on my board too, and it doesn't getting much attention, although the purpose is good. Well, I'm the one who will get a payment for this campaign for now. It's not big indeed, but who cares. That's totally right that the most of users here are profit searchers. Maybe the project would get more attention if it would last longer and if low member ranks woul be welcomed. It's kinda disappointing, with a thousand of users here everyday only a few people are willing to help and it only counts not more than a hundred...
