Total amount of money taken is 10k NZD However, I got only 7800 CLM So what? Am I missing something? You'll probably have to put a little more thought and effort into the format you're presenting it, though. Currency exchange section is for actively exchanging your currency. From what I can tell, they will be in touch via email about what comes next. I don't think your coins are gone, yet, but they are stuck for now.
