you did not present any proof, so why did you create this thread if you do not have any proof or evidence that the project is suspicious or scam?

Although I like the idea of StacksCity project ,but I also have doubts about this project. .Why do I support this statement? Two reasons:
1.In the ANN thread  manager  answers at the questions  a vague and evasive, with common phrases.
2.There is no information about the team.
3.The bounty's spreadcheet isn't update
The manager confirmed participation of only a few bounty hunteres.
The calculation of the stakes doesn't correspond to the reporting weeks and to  the hunters' reports, the principle of the accrued stakes is unclear.

Makes sense, if something is not right even at the slightest, people should have second thought investing on that project, ICO now should be very transparent and can answer all valid questions if they tried to evade these legit questions then we can mark this project as questionable.

If a project looks like a scam, doesn't mean it is a scam. Proceed with caution, but don't make assumptions or accusations without a proof.
