Who do you think will win this Pakistan Vs Australia UAE Series 2019 ?
I am hoping for a good competitive matches between the two nations

Pakistan won the toss and elected to bat first , even with good total posted they were not able to defend it, After winning the odi series against India, Australia have shown a good performance and giving clear hint that they are ready to win the 2019 world cup as strong contender.

First odi won by Australia with easy.

After an historical  start to their Asian campaign,Australia  are set to face Pakistan in the second and final chapter of their Asian journey at the United Arab Emirates.In sharjah Again Australia got victory in their 1st ODI by 8wicket.   

already Australia had any good form and they are beaten the India in previous series tour so I think they had a huge opportunities to in this series and trusting them also more comfortable for me.

My prediction is 5 - 0 series for Australia or the worse will be 4 - 1 for Australia.

If you watched the match yesterday then it's clear that Aussies are unbeatable for this Pakistani team.

I think we should discuss this on the existed topic. If people start to create thread for every series, it will be full of spam and will not also look pretty. It's up to you, you are free to create thread.

I can say that Australia is on the lead right now with two wins, and Australia have already won the recent match against India, I say that their head coach Justin Langer is doing a great job in keeping the team in shape, Even though there are 2 players that are suspended on the team I really think that they can surely win this match against Pakistan maybe a 4-1 will be the final score from the said match or they can beat Pakistan without a single lose is an overrated speculation but it still can.

Just saying , I don't think it's worth or efficient to open new threads for series guys . Don't you think? We have cricket thread which has discussions about all matches.

Like wich organisation keeps a league between just two teams lol? There is only so much scope for betting and everything else. Why would even sportsbooks accept such bets. The winner will be so easy to predict.

Australia is favorite to win the series but we never know the Pakistan might turn the tables any day.  :) This was just the first match. A lot depends upon todays match. If Pakistan is able to grab a win today, the series will be wide open.



Yes, i think that we can create the thread for a particular series, as it is easy to follow on the series through it. I know we have a general cricket thread where we can discuss all the matches, but then not everyone is interested in all matches. That is too much over crowded. By this way anyone can get the required information easily.

Still if i get a lot of reply to follow a single thread, i will  lock this thread. :-\

Australia already ahead in this series beaten Pakistan by 8 wicket. Pakistan played well but recent form of australian batting,  bowling so much enjoyable.i will go with pakistan and series won Pakistan by 3-2.hopefully comeback from 2nd match.       

Imagine, everyone creating a thread on each of the IPL match, how will this board look like? Also, creating thread for each match will encourage sig spammers to spam more. It's my thought only. You aren't bound to lock the thread though.

You got it all wrong. Who is saying to create a thread on each Match of IPL   ;)  For IPL, there can be one discussion thread.

In short, we can have a thread on particular series, but a thread on a single match is just not right.

both teams were being a huge players in their squad especially Australia isliye good form so I think the chances of winning will be more higher than Australia more than Pakistan so I think it will be interesting competition at this series.

Australia is in a good form but underestimating the team Pakistan is also not right idea because they had a huge heaters India team so the possibilities equal to both the teams it might be a toughest competition ever.

The way Australian have won the first match. I think that they are overwhelmingly favorite to win the series. But Pakistan is a very unpredictable team, they can bounce back any time.

The second match is also going in the favor of Australia. It will be almost impossible to come back for Pakistan from 2-0 in this series.
Look at the current score of Australia  150/0. It seems Pakistani bowlers are unable to show any sort of resistance to Australian batting line up.

I am thinking that should we have a new thread for this discussion or else it could have be covered under the cricketing discussion where it happens. this would lead to each new thread as their are many series that would happen during the year and then within some time it would be a dead thread once the series gets over?

I think this would be nice since this thread doesn't have that much participant.

Australia seem to be back in control after their ODI series win against India(3-2) which they won from a losing stage by the way and have already won this particular ODI series against Pakistan(3-0 at present) proving that they should not be underestimated in the upcoming World cup tournament.

Australia also won the forth one day against Pakistan and can easily white wash the series to 5-0. This will give them tremendous confidence going to the world cup, 3 months later. On the other hand Pakistani team is having a difficult time and they need to reunite as a team to be able to perform well in upcoming series.

Pakistan  played well but lose the match.when Pakistan chasing 327 run, one time most Pakistan supporters think its just near to be but pakistan Don't get.Australia won the asia after a long time.Australia won another series 5-0.

Finally a Well deserved Win for Australian team.  They really play the better game and deserve to lift the cup.

The main difference in those two series is that the openers are back in form, Usman Khawaja Finch and Maxwell are back in form and they are performing consistently in the last 8 consecutive games they won in the trot and they are looking like a force to beat in the coming world cup, hopefully there wont be any injuries from playing IPL and other tournaments around the time of world cup.

They are not good at chasing totals as they should have won two games while chasing if they could build partnerships and rotate the strike rather than attacking all the time and they lack a good finisher, there were some centuries from the Pakistan players and if they can perform collectively it will be a good sight to see.

Australia shows their ability in asia,in asia tour they defeat india 2-0  in t20,and won the odi series too.in Pakistan they won odi series 5-0 its needed to show before the worldcup.they done it comfortably.its very positive sign before Worldcup.australian cricketer gets inspiration from it.             

As per you statement that Australian team show their capability is Asia, should not be effective for the worldcup as the worldcup is in England where the conditions are very different from Asian countries. Yet i still believe that Aussie will be one of the favorites to win the the world cup.
