Export the private key of the specific address used for that payment and import/sweep it to Electrum if you still have one:
  • Open your wallet, Find the "backup this wallet" button and click it.
  • Click "Export Key List" and enter your passphrase.
  • Your Private key should appear [Uncheck "HASH160", "Private Key (Plain HEX)", "Public Key" and "Chain Index" for a better view]
  • Copy the private key (should start with "5", sometimes "K or L") of the specific address.

In Electrum:
  • Open your Main wallet.
  • Click "Wallet" tab and select "Private key" then "Sweep".
  • Paste the private key (start with "p2pkh:" if armory's address starts with "1", If "3" "p2wpkh-p2sh:" and if "bc1": "p2wpkh:")
    Example: p2pkh:5XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
  • Click Sweep to continue

It doesn't need to be synchronized in order to export the keys.
I just found this old guide with images, just follow the instructions provided (almost same as the above): Re: Import Armory Wallet to Blockchain (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=351099.msg3763524#msg3763524)

Theoretically, the first address' key should show up but...
If it didn't showed up because Armory doesn't "know" that the address was used, check "Include Unused (address pool)" to view the next addresses based from the root key.
