A website portal including IOS and Android apps to suit. The project will be funded partially with $BTC and partial ownership with an excellent incentive structure for users, developers and possibly miners.

You can get maximum exposure there. But as always say when people are looking for developers, just filtered all applicants, ask for portfolio, and look at their trust page, don't hire someone who has a red tag, most likely he will pull a scam on you.
