You're using an OLD version and currently connected to the Hacker's server. Just disregard that message and you should be safe, do not follow the link provided by the message. I recommend upgrading your Electrum since versions below 3.3 are vulnerable to that kind of attack and you'll find it hard to connect to a legitimate server. Download only from: electrum.org (http://electrum.org) Always double-check the URL's characters. Optionally (but highly recommended), verify the file signatures of the file you download.

Make sure you only download from https://electrum.org (https://electrum.org) (and verify signature of downloaded files with Thomas PGP key). If you still use Tails, you should download Appimage version for your convenience. I’m using the latest version of tails, what should I do? Latest version of Tails OS doesn't mean it's installed with latest version of application. FYI, it's either because : 1. It's conservative OS (prefer security/stability over latest version) 2. Latest version might be incompatible with the OS 3.
