I have seen this kind of thing happen in so many other exchanges including Binance. Go check the CELR Token chart and see for yourself. I think it's simply because some smart chaps buy before the announcement is made, once it's made, In anticipation that there will be a FOMO lot rushing in to buy tokens even at a higher price, they dump the tokens on you late buyers.
