Title: Loki_Project Account Ban Appeal
Post by: windcoiner on April 16, 2019, 10:19:26 PM
Hello,

I'm reaching out to a moderator to learn why the Loki_Project account was banned by a forum moderator.

The link to the account was as follows: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1830345

I have sent an appeal and would like some advice on steps to possibly unban the account.

I understand it could have been marked for plagiarism however, all the content posted is associated with the https://loki.network/ website and associated social channels. This can be proven upon request. The account is controlled by the Loki team for Loki related announcements and posts. The Loki team is also the original creators of content posted.

Thank you

Maybe because you broke the rule regarding bumping a thread:

13. Bumps, "updates" are limited to once per 24 hours
Not even sure if breaking this rule can lead to a permaban.

5 posts in a raw within 2 hours:

There might be some rules that was evade, but these kind of rules (above posted) doesn't trigger for banning an account IMO, unless evading board rules or an obvious plagiarism.

I bet the reason for this is plagiarism, as a project's official account, obviously its good for them to spam/repost their articles to any kind of forum or social sites.

These shitposting shitcoiners are totes amazeballs. It is 100% your obligation to reference sources properly, not the obligation of moderators or anyone else to request proof once you get caught.

Having said that, just post the proof now at least. Don't play coy in your appeal thread. Also list all your alts while you're at it. We need to check if you didn't copy from yourself.

You have got enough answers on previous replies so I don't feel it necessary to explain but for your kind information i want to let you know that mods obviously banned that account due to proper reason. There is no way to think that account got banned for doing nothing.

Its better to edit your thread with enough proof but I have a question to OP, Is it looks familiar to you having 5 post in a raw just in a few time? From my side its the cheapest way of spamming on forum.
