XLM available on these exchange https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/stellar/#markets so anyone who has BTC can buy from this exchange. If they buy from the exchange it will save time as it doesn't need to discuss and also it doesn't need to waste sending fee. I don't know what your deal is but take it somewhere else. sitting here going out of your way to post drama isn't cool.
