Title: why the red mark?
Post by: Privcy Foundation on April 23, 2019, 01:06:55 AM
I had to cancel the previous signature campaign I was running so no one ever got scammed. Why does the red mark remain?

You would have to ask the individuals that have given you this rating in order for your question to be properly answered. If I had to guess, though, I would probably say they you cancelling the signature campaign didn't do you any favors when it comes to their perception of whether or not it was a legitimate signature campaign to begin with.

You ask why the red tag yet you go around the forum leaving false negative feedback on innocent individuals account thinking it'll get red trusted as yours but I'm sorry to disappoint you only the DT members have the power to red tagged an account the rest feedbacks are kinda useless.

You have previously demonstrated an act of potential scam by starting a fake signature campaign for a privacy coin with a self moderated thread to avoid questioning. Also refusing to use an escrow when asked to & randomly tagging innocent users that's why you are red tagged.

I can't bring myself so low to you guys level by replying back with a negative feedback to your account for falsely tagging me that's will just be childish of me. Your account is already ruined because you're a scammer that's why you have been tagged.

Irrespective of canceling your previous fake signature, Your red mark tagged will still remain to serve as a warning to other forum members because you're a proven scammer.

Thought the same thing. One Privcy team, in fact, go as far to post in a thread saying that the campaign that OP started has nothing to do with them, so your behavior is really shady which is why your trust remains like that.

You have previously demonstrated an act of potential scam by starting a fake signature campaign from fake ICO with a self moderated thread to avoid questioning.

IIRC it was Privcy coin sig campaign, not an ICO.

Why does the red mark remain?
When you have been arrested for committing a crime and taken to prison to serve a sentence and then later released after serving the sentence, do you think they will erase your past crime records?
No, the wont.

Take the feedback you have on your profile as a record of your past crimes such that new users know your history and whom exactly they are dealing with.

Why does the red mark remain?
Because of your malicious attempt, not sure what that was, but it was malicious for sure.

The fact I'm thinking about is, the true privacy team didn't know about the campaign, then how come you launched a sig. campaign on behalf of them? Ref: One of the privacy team member confirmed here. (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5074449.msg48162189#msg48162189)

IMO, your red paints should not be removed.

IMO,OP is just a troll. He has nothing to do with Privcy coin and you can look at his/her post history to find what kind of poster he is.

Just spamming on random board without any contribution to this forum, needs to be banned.

Your red mark should remain because you ran fake signature campaign (http://archive.is/mOBtg). And you never paid to any participant who had wore signature. On the other hand you were not affiliated with Privcy Foundation (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5074449.msg48162189#msg48162189). Due to cheat attempt, your red tag should remain even you removed signature campaign.

If a thief steal valuable things from others, and after that he say that I left that profession then will police excuse? I don't think so.

OP, you got caught red handed. Use it as a lesson & improve your conduct on the forum. If you behave impeccably for a year or so you can ask the people who gave you a neg to change it to neutral.

Everyone when thinking about red marks means danger, many things that are not good and negative that are experienced by someone red mark many people who do not like or avoid, whether on the highway or in public places.
But on the negative side red means defiance and aggression, red marks in the real world can be said to give a negative impression on his actions. Many people don't like red marks, for example, like blood etc.
If the traffic light means red stops, you can imagine in daily life the meaning of the red sign.
