I don't know there are still waves fan boys out there, just look at Binance what they have achieved in a short period of time, as compared to the rubbish WaveDex. The only thing working for the team is that they were able to collect 33000BTC when BTC was still low and still sitting on these stash, with time I can see them burning all these on their useless project. Waves won't hit $18 again stop dreaming

personally, i know a little about waves which i think they want to empower blockchain technology for startups that are specifically built on the platform blockchain waves . However, I did not really see any evidence of dapps or ico being launched through their platform and made me think how they got a place that most people thought had great potential in the future. this is still a mystery, the reason the value continues to increase every phase and I don't think it will be the best investment place.

Waves is a very good and promising coin so far and I've no doubt about it. You know that crypto market is unpredictable, if market start showing good movement then the price of waves will raise again and I personally believe that waves will reach atleast $8 before end of this year.

That’s a big dump for waves and until now we don’t see any pump with waves so I think $10 will be the price of waves at the end of 2019 especially when the market becomes stable and go for a bull. Waves is still a top coin and hopefully to succeed on their recovery period.

The price of $ 10 is high compared to the real value of this coin. Really waves are getting worse because the project team doesn't have many technology updates and this greatly affects the current price of Waves. I think there should be no investment at this time because the market still has not had any price increases and if you invest now, you will surely have a big loss because this coin is still in a downward trend and it will be very difficult to achieve high prices in the future

There is no problem to keep investing in times and conditions like now, it's just that for coins waves it seems like it can't be invested in a short period of time so we need to be patient and stay optimistic because in the future it will definitely strengthen.

Just like any coins out there, Waves was affected by the bear market that's why the price seems to dip and can't recover. Just look at ETH, XRP and other top coins, they've experienced the same.

Wait this the market returns to bull cycle and I'm sure it has the chance to get to it's all time high or even posted a new one. Just be patience and stay with the market through thick and thin.

On the other hand, why don't you take the chance to invest because the price is sooo cheap!!!

price prediction in such a coin is difficult.. well i know there are some waves fanatics out there but the current market situation is difficult, though nowadays  market is slowly recovering

if the market continue rising maybe waves price could hit $5 in this year,
but, a major updates coming to wavesplatform, i think the price will growing hardly and maybe could hit $10, but remember everything is depends from the global market of cryptocurrencies my friend

Waves is a solid platform and is currently developing one of the fastest and most secure smart contract products available which may be useful for digital assets, but lately the focus has been on other networks that have enjoyed most of the limelight namely Tron and EOS but if the hype wears off there should be room for more interest in what other competing technologies have to offer and this may result in an increase in value later this year if market conditions are supportive

I think even the price increased it will stuck on between $7-$10. It can be more, of course but only if Bitcoin reach another all-time high then it's possible for Waves to gain a new all-time high too (will need more time). As long as I know, there are no significant development on the platfrom last year. There are a lot bugs and the platform obviously needs a lot of improvements.

I think if this year the price for most altcoins will grow then the price of waves can reach 5$ or a bit more, but for this i think is need more money on crypto market or maybe a bull run, but i think is hard to reach 18$.

$10 in this year is huge enough because the rising is about 400%, if we comparing with the price of waves at this moment, or about about $2 depends on coinmarketcap when i write this post,,

I bought waves at the price of 3$ in 2017 August i found lots of potential in this coin . But there is nothing progress is happeneing they made toekn creation inn waves platform very easy . Even they started lending even they have mobile app having more feature apart from its wallet value still its not growing . I thought it would be next ethereum but still its not able to compete with NEO.

Yes mainly in 2017 we can see a massive increase in the price of waves coin. And really I also believe that this coin also will be a  ethereum/ltc. I think this only happened for the bearish markets. After 2017 markets go to a big dump mainly btc and Alts follow and all alts are now very low price. Hope market will bullish soon and waves will fulfill the people desire.Thanks

I also think more than a price of 5 or 6 bucks Waves will not reach this year. His ATH will surely reach Waves only in a new bull run, but I don't expect a new bull run this year. Therefore my estimate is not higher than 5 or 6 bucks and that would be a good price for Waves this year. But until then there is still a long way to go and Waves must show in time what the project really can do.  :)

when viewed from the waves graph, although now waves are still in a position of price decline significantly, but the credibility of the waves is still high and the potential for waves is still good to be one of the best platforms in the future within the scope of cryptocurrency. especially in 2019

If the development will continue then the value will keep moving upwards, but same as you i don't see huge rising movement as the market still unable to sustained a stronger bull, maybe double of it's current value will be good before the end of the year, then it will be decide if the strong bull show next year and bring everything up meeting another high.

I read some were that "waves is going to compete with ethereum in some years to come " I think this year wave maybe heading towards $20 again and I have see recently that it has been reacting to some of the news that flows into cryptocurrencies market.

Are you going to think like me that waves will die just like coin coins using the waves platform? I see the trading day the waves are getting sluggish. But hopefully not

The price of $6 is still too big compared to the current value of Waves because this coin is no longer of much interest because of low investment demand and Waves technology is so bad that many investors don't feel like it. I have analyzed this coin for a year and have not seen any signs of growth and that makes me believe that Waves prices may decline very quickly if the market continues to decline. Don't expect much of Waves because this is not a long-term investment option and it really can't make a profit this year.

Waves will definitely rise, I have no doubt on that but not as high as other successful altcoins did already.

waves have platform and decentralized exchange. but those coin in waves platform not looking good and some are like no values att all..may be because its so cheap to make coin in waves platform

Yes, with a new bull run the price will surely rise, that is my opinion too. But without a new bull run the price will surely only rise slowly and steadily, which is good, but that's why I think 5 to 6 bucks is the highest price this year without a new bull run. Should a new bull run come, Waves certainly has the potential to reach and break his old ath. Let's see if we're right about our prediction.  ;)

Waves is still popular. Yes, it lost too much, but I suppose that this cryptocurrency will rise again. Too many people still support it, and the project is alive. Probably, the altcoin can reach 5-6 USD this year.

After checking the chart of waves I am sure it will cross the 7$ price tag sooner or later. Waves platform is following behind the ETH development and the developer's team is lazy for their own mistakes.

So does Bitcoin too during its last ATH then look at it now where it stopped? Waves token may follow if there is a bull run of the market but it won't reach their last ATH again since it is different this time around. If you all of these people who do believe at Waves then they should have to HODL until they reach their target price to sell and buyback again when it is cheap.

Maybe for now but we are talking of the future of waves here, and only those who followed waves actively can say this.
A coin once they already have big investors on board will find a way to improve their project and I believe waves are into it although some are not so satisfied with the development so far.

Both of waves platform don't work very well at all. Look at the chart about how the waves platform lost trust from the icos issuer to use it as its facility for tokenization and waves dex has a little volume and hundreds of shitcoins traded on there.
Waves platforms is fully with spam tokens dude. that's a garbage platform and this is the fact.

i bought 1000 waves from 11 dollar last year. now it is only 2 dollar.
my biggest mistkae is buying waves on bull run, i wish i bought bnb or stay in fiat.

Some projects use the waves platform and have been using them for some time.
Recent quote in the april 19 meet :-

Though the project has started doing developments but I don't think the price will soar high,it still needs time to mature and have some big developments.

Price predictions is quite very difficult. But as we know that waves is a very promising coin for this I think the price of this coin will increase lot in futute. Maybe it will break it’s ath again at the end of this year.

You are now in big loss if we calculate this by usd. Really sorry to heard that you are still in hold the coin. Yes last year waves price was bullish and you were affected by that. The guy that posted few days ago here that analysis in which Waves will be up to 75$ until August might be off by 30-40$ , but Waves 30$ until August in a bull market is sure.

Waves depends on PoS algorithm. It is one of the main rivals of Ethereum, however, its price still depends not only on Bitcoin but on ETH as well.
Now, when Ethereum is pretty stable, it is useless to wait for the great growth of this cryptocurrency. This token is very popular in the USA and among Russians, who work with crypto. It is supposed that in the best variant, Waves will grow up to 23 dollars in 2020.

Hold a shitcoin like waves without any good progress on its develop look so crap. Waves dead and none used its platform again. Most of the new icos and tokenization avoid waves consider it has been used by hundreds of the scammers to create scam coin.
Any waves ico looks horrible and most people can't trust it.

ICO in under waves platform is not effective, so it will not be used now.
The new way now is through IEO and the demand is on the BNB tokens, maybe Waves is finding ways to grow their project and not only focus on ICO.

A project usually using ethereum platform, it's rare to find a project that using waves platform. Also project that using waves platform usually don't have a good result when the token sale start.

Waves price is still nice tbh, when i checked at the market, the price is increase and i think it's because of crypto market is on green.

The popularity of ETH platform used in ICO has gone down after the decreasing interest of investors to put their money in ICO but Waves platform for ICO was never popular, they only have limited projects which are using the platform and I don't see one that's in the market now with a decent trading volume.

Waves is widely known but has some issues that has not been solved and to be honest that "ATH" you saying is because of the cryptohype that happen when bitcoin and altcoins suddenly bloom and goes over the expected value and that is the only time where waves goes over $10 and falls over too as every crypto does so I think highest it can go is $8 and will not go over that.

If you think that Waves can reach $ 8 with favorable circumstances in the cryptocurrency market, then by investing now at $ 2 a coin, you can make a good profit.  But it seems to me that Waves will only be able to show good results only when professional developers of new projects are interested in the platform.

I don't trust Waves anymore. I used to have a more sympathetic project. Can not increase the number of projects in the ecosystem. Or he can't provide volume.

I think it difficult for WAVES to raise prices like last year, because WAVES platform products are not so attractive to developers for investment. Seen from the small volume of WAVES platform users.

Almost every good altcoin price has been increased in this recent pump, but WAVES price did not increase enough. I think WAVES coin is like a sleeping giant now, anytime it can start growing forward!  My prediction is, WAVES price can hit 5-7 USD in this year.

The price is definitely increases but the investment is not what needed in the situation of bull Run whenever the market condition is not well then it is the perfect time for the investment it is also suitable for waves so if you have the money to invest then duet on the low market value.

I'm not sure about the future of Waves, when lots of coins and markets continue to rise, the price of Waves drops and today drop is more than 9%, so I will waiting good news before buy again.

I think that these factors should be ditched to know if the price will continue its bullish path:

1.-If it is listed in a Level 1 Exchange.

2.- If they have developed more special features.

3.- If the community has still been maintained, if it has grown.

4.- If Social Networks have always been active.

5.-If in this stage of the market the currency has risen or if it has had some kind of movement.

But taking into account if this has been favorable, you may again reach your ATH you can even pass it and have a new ATH.

this prediction might be right, but I'm sure the price can be $ 4 in the near future. well, there hasn't been a significant increase that has happened with the current price of the waves, however, I think in the near future the price will probably pump as well as the altcoin price also pump

but in the previous incremental event we did not see a pump for altcoins participating in the bitcoin pump. it looks like the bitcoin that we are seeing is growing fast but the altcoin we can see is very slow to follow market growth.
