Anyone who truly gives a fuck about theymos's opinion would know that he already intervened (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5114714.0) twice (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5128907.msg50491004#msg50491004) to stop the scheme you (and so many others) got red-trusted for. Are you going to add his name to your lawsuit, too?

About your first negative which theymos clearly stated is a total abuse of the trust feedback i won't even talk as its so obvious.

Theymos is not a babysitter. He is trying to create a decentralized platform where issues work themselves out.  People should start behaving like adults for once.

You have dozens of negative trusts from various users, so why pick a fight with TMAN when he is actually one of the only people handling this in a respectable manner?

And to your explanation why they defend each other is the purpose to uphold control over DT.They mainly decide who will be included and who not.Losing a companion from DT means less power in controlling it.

Maybe you can also explain to me why is there never any abuse complaints of any decent DT member ?You will only see these members and nobody else.And its these members who know they abused and also refuse to take that negative feedback away.....

Less obvious is why theymos hasn't blacklisted me from DT1 for this alleged abuse, but what's life without a few mysteries?

And for your information because it seems you have not deal much with lawsuite other than TV Serials giving the oponent an offical last warning and possibility to close the case in peace without a lawsuite will be regarded in your favour when moving to court.
I'm opening the lawsuite in the right way giving everyone who will be invloved a fair chance to not let it happen and to make them fully aware that it will be only their responsibility that it will go in this way.
The abuse is obvious.If they wanna defend their abuse they will get now the opportunity in court where BS claims which are on this forum accepted on a daily basis will be smashed down there.
It will be a fair case for both sides where no DT member will be favored by other DT members.
About Vod as soon as i get a proof of his identity which can be used in court he will be served.
He begged me thousand of times to open that case but at the same time denies to give proof of his identity and always puts bs claims how to get his identity which would be in a court no evidence.
At least he is not so dumb in his head as he acts as he knows exectly he can be held fully responsible for his abuse.
