There is a reason the US and China are in a cutthroat battle over the world's 5G systems, because it has dual use as a weapons platform. All I am going to say is you would be amazed what you can accomplish with the right resonant frequency. Look into interferometrics, directed energy, and scalar technologies. There is a whole ever expanding laundry list of nefarious things you could do with it.
