"USD Acquisition price & USD Capital Gains." I only see these labels on outgoing transactions, but not on inbound ones. Not sure why they aren't available for inbound transactions. The information is supplied by the source set in Tools>Preferences>Fiat, it isn't provided by the Electrum software, so maybe the historic data isn't available from the sources listed. I've noticed when I restore a wallet from seed phrase the AP/CG information is missing, but if I open an old wallet file of the same wallet the information is available. "Capital Gains" are only realised when you "sell" an item... at that point in time, the difference in price between what you paid for it and what you received for "selling" it is your capital gain. |
