Here's the Github release note with clickable link:

# Release 3.3.6 - (May 16, 2019)

 * qt: fix crash during 2FA wallet creation (#5334)
 * fix synchronizer not to keep resubscribing to addresses of
   already closed wallets (e415c0d9)
 * fix removing addresses/keys from imported wallets (#4481)
 * kivy: fix crash when aborting 2FA wallet creation (#5333)
 * kivy: fix rare crash when changing exchange rate settings (#5329)
 * A few other minor bugfixes and usability improvements.
Basically, they just fixed the ones that they've broken/missed on v3.3.5  :D
[#5334 (https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum/issues/5334) | #5333 (https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum/issues/5333) | #5329 (https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum/issues/5329)] That was a fast fix, in fairness.

Hopefully people won't confused between real and fake Electrum 3.3.6 since fake 3.3.6 released before real 3.3.6
I was also surprised by this warning, it was not long before the last warning.

Regarding this modification, does anyone have problems updating the price when changing rate settings?
Also, these two labels do not work with me. "USD Acquisition price & USD Capital Gains."

I only see these labels on outgoing transactions, but not on inbound ones.  Not sure why they aren't available for inbound transactions.  The information is supplied by the source set in Tools>Preferences>Fiat, it isn't provided by the Electrum software, so maybe the historic data isn't available from the sources listed.

I've noticed when I restore a wallet from seed phrase the AP/CG information is missing, but if I open an old wallet file of the same wallet the information is available.

"Capital Gains" are only realised when you "sell" an item... at that point in time, the difference in price between what you paid for it and what you received for "selling" it is your capital gain.
