Is this your wallet address? Because I don't see any stuck transaction there! Can you provide the unconfirmed transaction id I don't know how BRD wallet calculates fees, but it is always adviced to take a look at websites like: https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/ to have an idea about the most suitable fees. Not every miner can help you with this, only pool operators or solo miners that owns a mining node with a good chance of finding a block. Most of the Bitcoin miners are mining with pools and can't help you with it. If ever, make sure that you've set the minimum fee to 10sat/byte to be eligible for free "legit" acceleration services. You're right but all the people which offer the transaction acceleration service also collect some tips for some certain transactions but what usually determine if they confirm the transaction for free are the fee used, spot of the transaction in mem and the level of the transaction input.
